| 1 | 腰椎间盘髓核摘除术纤维环修复的前瞻性多中心随机对照研究显示文摘腰椎间盘髓核摘除(lumbar discectomy,LD)是常见的脊柱外科手术,远期随访研究显示标准手术后数年疗效各异,椎间盘突出复发率为10%~15%。由于缺乏对纤维环修复的有效方法,临床医师通常在术中不处理破损的纤维环,椎间盘突出复发的潜在风险增加。为避免复发,临床上倾向于尽可能切除椎间盘甚至纤维环内的组织,但临床报道结果表明,此举加速椎间盘高度丢失,导致更为严重的终板退化,临床效果欠佳,患者背痛症状长期存在。本研究采用新型Xclose组织修复系统(Anulex Technologies, Minnetonka, MN,图1)修复纤维环,并通过前瞻性单盲随机对照研究评价其临床疗效。 | Bailey A Araghi A Blumenthal S 白朝晖 尹庆水 | 2013 | 中国骨科临床与基础研究杂志2013，5，6： | 20 |
