1植物A.murale和A.corsicum修复镍污染土壤显示文摘通过盆栽试验,研究了镍富集植物A.murale、A.corsicum及普通作物萝卜和芥菜,在4种不同Ni含量土壤中富集Ni的能力.A.murale和A.corsicum能够超量富集Ni,在4种土壤处理中,其地上部Ni浓度均显著高于萝卜和芥菜.在墨江土壤(Ni 1062mg/kg)中,A.murale和A.corsicum去除Ni能力明显大于萝卜和芥菜;在信宜土壤(Ni 107mg/kg)中,芥菜去除Ni能力最强;而元江土壤(Ni 2519mg/kg)中4种植物去除Ni的能力均很低.调节土壤pH值能显著改变A.murale和A.corsicum提取Ni的能力,最佳去除Ni土壤pH值在6.0左右.酸化及碱化处理蛇纹岩发育土壤均显著降低了A.murale和A.corsicum去除土壤Ni的能力.仇荣亮 刘凤杰 万云兵 汤叶涛 胡鹏杰 Brewer E P LI Y M 2008中国环境科学2008,28,11:7
2仙人掌果提取液对卵巢癌的抑制作用显示文摘目的:研究仙人掌果提取液在动物体内和体外对卵巢癌的抑制作用。方法:用Crystalviolet方法测定、细胞周期分析及细胞凋亡TUNEL分析观察仙人掌果提取液在体外对卵巢癌细胞生长的抑制作用;仙人掌果提取液对人卵巢癌的动物模型的治疗效果。结果:2种卵巢癌细胞(OVCA420和SKOV3)对于不同浓度仙人掌果提取液反应敏感程度不同,IC50分别是0·8%和8%,正常卵巢上皮细胞(IOSE)的IC50为2%;仙人掌果提取液可以有效的抑制卵巢癌在动物体内的生长(P<0·05),与N-(4-hydroxyphernyl)retinamide(4HPR)作用相似(P>0·05)。结论:仙人掌果提取液对体外卵巢癌细胞生长和动物体内的卵巢癌生长均有明显抑制作用。邹大明 刘华钢 Molly Brewer Jean M Feugang 梁秋云 Kenneth D.
