| 1 | 猪链球菌2型分离株对野生斑马鱼的致病性显示文摘以野生斑马鱼为模式动物,对6株mrp+epf+sly+猪链球菌2型(SS2)分离株进行致病性比较。斑马鱼经腹腔接种不同稀释度的SS2分离株,连续观察5d,Kaplan-Meier生存曲线分析并统计半数致死量(LD50)。结果显示,6个分离株对斑马鱼的LD50在105cfu^106cfu之间,临床株与非临床株的毒力差异不显著(P>0.05)。从攻毒后死亡的鱼腹腔和脑可分离到SS2,并伴有腹腔出血及肝、肠、脑部炎性病变。表明SS2可感染斑马鱼,为进一步研究SS2的体内感染机制及毒力因子功能等奠定了基础。 | 陈阳 吴迪 陈雪燕 赵焕灿 扈鸿霞 Cheick A Diakite 方维焕 | 2008 | 动物医学进展2008，29，6： | 4 |
| 2 | Non-isothermal Decomposition Mechanism and Kinetics of LiClO_4 in Nitrogen显示文摘The non-isothermal decomposition kinetics of LiClO4 in flow N2 atmosphere was studied.TG-DTA curves show that the decomposition proceeded through two well-defined steps below 900°C,and the mass loss was in agreement with the theoretica1 value.XRD profile demonstrates that the product of the thermal decomposition at 500°C is LiCl.For the decomposition kinetics study,the activation energies calculated with the Friedman method were considered as the initial values for non-linear regression and were used for verifying the correctness of the fitted models.The decomposition process was fitted by a two-step consecutive reaction:extended Prout-Tompkins equation[Bna,f (α) is (1?α)nα a] followed by a 1th order reaction(F1).The activation energies were (215.6±0.2) and (251.6±3.6) kJ/mol,respectively.The exponentials n and a for Bna reaction were (0.25±0.05) and (0.795±0.005),respectively.The reaction types and activation energies were in agreement with those obtained from the isothermal method,but the exponentials were optimized for better fitting and prediction. | DIAKITE Kahirou | 2010 | Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2010，26，2： | 3 |
| 3 | Kinetics of the Thermal Decomposition of Magnesium Salicylate Powder in Air显示文摘Simultaneous thermogravimetry-differential thermal analysis(TG-DTA) was used to study the kinetics and the degradation of magnesium salicylate(C 14H 10MgO6) in air. The results show that the decomposition proceeds through two steps. The kinetics of the first decomposition step was studied. The activation energies were calculated by using the Friedman and Flynn Wall Ozawa(FWO) methods, and the most probable kinetic model function was estimated using the multiple linear regression method.
