| 1 | Radiative transfer models(RTMs)for field phenotyping inversion of rice based on UAV hyperspectral remote sensing显示文摘The nondestructive and rapid acquisition of rice field phenotyping information is very important for the precision management of the rice growth process.In this research,the phenotyping information LAI(leaf area index),leaf chlorophyll content(C_(ab)),canopy water content(C_(w)),and dry matter content(C_(dm))of rice was inversed based on the hyperspectral remote sensing technology of an unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV).The improved Sobol global sensitivity analysis(GSA)method was used to analyze the input parameters of the PROSAIL model in the spectral band range of 400-1100 nm,which was obtained by hyperspectral remote sensing by the UAV.The results show that C_(ab) mainly affects the spectrum on 400-780 nm band,C_(dm) on 760-1000 nm band,C_(w) on 900-1100 nm band,and LAI on the entire band.The hyperspectral data of the 400-1100 nm band of the rice canopy were acquired by using the M600 UAV remote sensing platform,and the radiance calibration was converted to the canopy emission rate.In combination with the PROSAIL model,the particle swarm optimization algorithm was used to retrieve rice phenotyping information by constructing the cost function.The results showed the following:(1)an accuracy of R^(2)=0.833 and RMSE=0.0969,where RMSE denotes root-mean-square error,was obtained for C_(ab) retrieval;R^(2)=0.816 and RMSE=0.1012 for LAI inversion;R^(2)=0.793 and RMSE=0.1084 for C_(dm);and R^(2)=0.665 and RMSE=0.1325 for C_(w).The C_(w) inversion accuracy was not particularly high.(2)The same band will be affected by multiple parameters at the same time.(3)This study adopted the rice phenotyping information inversion method to expand the rice hyperspectral information acquisition field of a UAV based on the phenotypic information retrieval accuracy using a high level of field spectral radiometric accuracy.The inversion method featured a good mechanism,high universality,and easy implementation,which can provide a reference for nondestructive and rapid inversion of rice biochemical parameters using UAV hyperspectral remote sensing. | Yu Fenghua Xu Tongyu Du Wen Ma Hang Zhang Guosheng Chen Chunling | 2017 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2017,10,4: | 8 |
| 2 | A new Lactobacillus gasseri strain HMV18 inhibits the growth of pathogenic bacteria显示文摘To search for a new eco-friendly therapy for infectious disease caused by Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus or Klebsiella oxytoca,we collected the vaginal swabs from healthy women,screened for Lactobacillus and found a strain repressing the growth of pathogenic bacteria.The new isolate was identified as L.gasseri by the colony morphology,Gram staining,biochemical reactions and confirmed by the 16 S rDNA sequencing.The HMV18 strain inhibited the growth of food-borne pathogens such as E.coli,S.aureus and K.oxytoca.The HMV18 strain was sensitive to penicillin,ampicillin,erythromycin,tetracycline and chloramphenicol.The HMV18 strain producedα-hemolysis.Pathological histology of the mice ileum showed that the mucosa,villi,lamina propria and crypt depth remained intact and there was no inflammation or hyperemia in the L.gasseri HMV18 gavaged group.L.gasseri HMV18 could not up-regulate inflammatory cytokines level of plasma.All the results suggested L.gasseri HMV18 is a candidate probiotic to be an additive for food preservation or drug to prevent food-borne diseases. | Xiang Gao Zixuan Wang Xiang Li Xiaoling Zhang Shengqiang Du Miaomiao Jia Dailun Hu Xianxian Jia Bin Cong Yan Zhang Chunling Ma Song Zhou Jun Zhang | 2022 | Food Science and Human Wellness2022,11,2: | 3 |

| 14 | 降低NF-κB的活性通过下调cyclin D1的表达抑制A549细胞增殖(英文)显示文摘Objective: To investigate the effect of decreasing activity of NF-κB on proliferation of A549 cell line and the pos-sible molecular mechanism. Methods: The recombinant plasmid PCDNA3.1(+)/IκBα expressing IκBα was constructed. The recombinant plasmid was then transfected to A549 cell. The activity of NF-κB, cell proliferation, and cyclin D1 expression were observed. Results: Our results showed that transfecting PCDNA3.1(+)/IκBα inhibited activity of NF-κB in A549 cells, and decreasing activity of NF-κB inhibited proliferation of A549 cells. Decreasing activity of NF-κB was accompanied with down-regulation of cyclin D1 expression. | 15 | Proliferation changes in hippocampal neurons following pilocarpine-induced intractable epilepsy in adult rats显示文摘Epilepsy can lead to the changes in neurons residing in the dentate gyrus. The present study aimed to observe the cell dividing features following epilepsy in adult rat hippocampi,and to study difference in cell proliferation between adult rats with common epilepsy and intractable epilepsy. Adult,male,Sprague Dawley rats were randomly divided into control(n = 8,treatment with normal saline) and three experimental groups: common epilepsy(n = 33) ,intractable epilepsy(n = 11) ,and drug-responsive(n = 25) . Pilocarpine(15 mg/kg) was intraperitoneally administered to establish epilepsy in the three experimental groups. Rats that developed epilepsy were treated with chloral hydrate. Rats that did not exhibit spontaneous seizures were enrolled in the common epilepsy group,and rats with spontaneous seizure were included in the spontaneous seizure group. At 6 hours after epileptic attack termination,rats were intraperitoneally injected with bromodeoxyuridine(BrdU;50 mg/kg) ,an optimal marker for labeling cell proliferation in vivo,four times. Immunohistochemistry results at 48 hours after BrdU injection indicated that the number of BrdU-positive cells was the highest in the common epilepsy group,followed by the control group,and lastly the intractable group(P < 0.01) . In addition,the number of BrdU-positive cells in the common epilepsy group was similar to the drug-responsive group. | 18 | Effects of paclitaxel on cell proliferation and apoptosis and its mechanism in human lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells显示文摘Objective: To investigate the effect of paclitaxel on cell proliferation and apoptosis of human lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells line and its mechanism in vitro. Methods: Cell growth inhibition of paclitaxel on A549 cells was analyzed by MTT assay. Cell apoptosis was detected by DNA cytofluorometry, Hoechst33258 staining when treated with paclitaxel for 48 hours. Meanwhile, Cell cycle and apoptotic rate were analyzed by flow cytometry. The protein expressions of Bax and Bcl-2 were studied by Western Blot. Results: Paclitaxel inhibited the proliferation of A549 cells in a time-and dose-dependant manner. Hoechst33258 staining indicated that apoptosis was induced by paclitaxel. After treated for 48 hours, cell apoptosis rates of 25 nmol/L, 50 nmol/L and 100 nmol/L paclitaxel groups were 11.52 ± 1.94%,17.73 ± 2.53%, and 29.32 ± 5.51% respectively, which were significantly higher than those of control group 5.88 ± 1.07%(all P﹤0.01), and apoptosis rate increased in dose-dependant manner. Meanwhile, G2/M stage cell percentage of 25 nmol/L, 50 nmol/L and 100 nmol/L paclitaxel groups were 42.52 ± 6.25%, 40.46 ± 5.81%, and 35.34 ± 6.17% respectively,which were significantly higher than that of control group 22.32 ± 3.30%(all P﹤0.01); Western blot showed that paclitaxel increased the expression of Bax and decreased the expression of Bcl-2 in dose-dependant manner. Conclusion: Paclitaxel can inhibit A549 cell proliferation in a time- and dose-dependant manner.
