| 1 | Warm Deformation of Low Carbon Steel Using Forward Extrusion-Equal Channel Angular Pressing Technique显示文摘A combination of extrusion and equal channel angular pressing (ECAP) was used to deform a plain low carbon steel. This process consists of two successive deformations by extrusion and ECAP in a single die (Ex-ECAP). Cylindrical samples were heated to predefined temperatures (650 and 850 ℃) and then pressed through a die channel with crosshead speed of 10 mm/s. Microstructure and resultant mechanical properties of processed material were studied. The results showed that pressing temperature has a significant effect on the resultant microstructure. While at 650 ℃, the cold worked structure with elongated ferrite grains were obtained, and at 850 ℃ the microstructure consisted of elongated ferrite grains and very fine grains at their boundaries as a consequence of continuous dynamic recrystallization (CDRX) of ferrite phase. | 2 | Comparative performance of different urea coating materials for slow release显示文摘Approximately 70%of the applied urea fertilizer may be lost into the environment.This loss is due to leaching,decomposition and ammonium volatilization in soil,water and air.Through coating,the slow release technology can be used to reduce losses and to increase the fertilizer efficiency.Sulfur has been used as a coating material,but the coating cracks easily because of its friability,sometimes being peeled off from the urea surface.In this study,four types of materials,namely,gypsum,cement,sulfur and zeolite,were mixed and used as coating materials to search for the most effective and cheap coating materials.The primary reasons for selecting these materials were improving fruit quality and preventing plant diseases,providing a plant nutrient,increasing soil fertility and water retention.The materials were also selected based on their availability,processiblity and price.The effects of the coating materials,thickness,drying time,sieving and sealant on the crushing strength and dissolution rate of urea were investigated.Coated urea with the same proportion of gypsum-sulfur exhibited high crushing strength and lower dissolution rate.However,the performance was further enhanced by applying molten paraffin wax on the hot urea surface.SEM images demonstrated that the micro-structure of gypsum-sulfur coated urea after sieving resulted in a smoother coated layer.The efficiency of the coated urea was improved by26%using gypsum-sulfur(20%total coating),3%paraffin wax and sieving the coating materials before application. | Khairul Ridzwan Mohd Ibrahim Farahnaz Eghbali Babadi Robiah Yunus | 2014 | Particuology2014,12,6: | 6 |

| 5 | Microstructure and mechanical properties of SiC-particle-strengthening tri-metal Al/Cu/Ni composite produced by accumulative roll bonding process显示文摘In this study, a multilayer Al/Ni/Cu composite reinforced with Si C particles was produced using an accumulative roll bonding(ARB) process with different cycles. The microstructure and mechanical properties of this composite were investigated using optical and scanning microscopy and hardness and tensile testing. The results show that by increasing the applied strain, the Al/Ni/Cu multilayer composite converted from layer features to near a particle-strengthening characteristic. After the fifth ARB cycle, a composite with a uniform distribution of reinforcements(Cu, Ni, and SiC) was fabricated. The tensile strength of the composite increased from the initial sandwich structure to the first ARB cycle and then decreased from the first to the third ARB cycle. Upon reaching five ARB cycles, the tensile strength of the composite increased again. The variation in the elongation of the composite exhibited a tendency similar to that of its tensile strength. It is observed that with increasing strain, the microhardness values of the Al, Cu, and Ni layers increased, and that the dominant fracture mechanisms of Al and Cu were dimple formation and ductile fracture. | 6 | Fabrication and characterization of GNPs and CNTs reinforced Al7075 matrix composites through the stir casting process显示文摘This study investigated the effects of adding graphene nanoplates(GNPs)and carbon nanotubes(CNTs)into the Al7075 matrix via the stir casting method on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the fabricated composites.By increasing the volume fraction of rein-forcements,the fraction of porosity increased.The X-ray diffraction results showed that the addition of reinforcements into the Al7075 changed the dominant crystal orientation from(002)to(111).Field emission scanning electron microscopy images also showed the distribution of clustered reinforcements in the matrix.Between the two reinforcements,the addition of CNTs generated a lower fraction of porosities.Through the addition of 0.52vol%GNPs into the matrix,the hardness,ultimate tensile strength and uniform elongation increased by 44%,32%,and 180%,respectively.Meanwhile,the presence of 0.71vol%CNTs in the matrix increased the hardness,tensile strength and uniform elongation by 108%,129%,and 260%,respectively. | Siavash Imanian Ghazanlou Beitallah Eghbali | 2021 | International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2021,28,7: | 4 |

| 8 | 儿童注意缺陷多动障碍夜间遗尿的风险因素研究(英文)显示文摘背景:儿童注意力缺陷多动障碍(attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,ADHD)的存在对其夜间遗尿(nocturnal enuresis,NE)的治疗不利;然而,较少有研究对ADHD患者的夜间遗尿的危险因素进行研究。目的:本研究旨在探讨儿童ADHD患者夜间遗尿的患病率及其危险因素。方法:研究对象为331名6-10岁的儿童,由儿少精神病学家根据DSM-IV-TR的诊断标准明确诊断ADHD。NE的诊断标准为年龄5岁以上,每周夜尿至少两次,持续3个月或更长时间,夜间不自主排尿,伴有或不伴有日间尿失禁,无任何神经系统症状和体征,无泌尿系统疾病。有关人口数据、围产期病史、既往病史的详细资料均从父母或医疗记录中收集的。结果:注意力缺陷亚型的ADHA患儿有77.5%伴发夜间遗尿症,而在多动/冲动亚型为31.7%、混合亚型为22.5%的(p<0.001, t=42.71)。在有遗尿症的患儿中,家族性尿失禁的发生率明显较高(26%比18%,p<0.001,t=16.9),剖腹产率(47%对33%,p=0.019, t=5.84),新生儿败血症史(16%与7%,p=0.018, t=5.62),高于非NE患儿。此外,有NE的患者的出生体重低于非NE患者(2.93(0.65)和3.09(0.46),p=0.026,t=2.51)。此外,父母低教育程度与NE的高发生率有关。结论:ADHD患儿的NE患病率较高。男性、父母低教育程度、新生儿败血症史、家族性尿失禁史、低出生体重和剖腹产都可能是ADHD患儿的NE患病的危险因素。大多数注意力缺陷亚型的患儿都伴发NE。 | Khazaie H Eghbali F Amirian H Moradi MR Ghadami MR | 2018 | 上海精神医学2018,30,1: | 3 |
| 9 | Strain hardening behavior, strain rate sensitivity and hot deformation maps of AISI 321 austenitic stainless steel显示文摘Hot compression tests were performed on AISI 321 austenitic stainless steel in the deformation temperature range of 800–1200℃ and constant strain rates of 0.001,0.01,0.1,and 1 s^(−1).Hot flow curves were used to determine the strain hardening exponent and the strain rate sensitivity exponent,and to construct the processing maps.Variations of the strain hardening exponent with strain were used to predict the microstructural evolutions during the hot deformation.Four variations were distinguished reflecting the different microstructural changes.Based on the analysis of the strain hardening exponent versus strain curves,the microstructural evolutions were dynamic recovery,single and multiple peak dynamic recrystallization,and interactions between dynamic recrystallization and precipitation.The strain rate sensitivity variations at an applied strain of 0.8 and strain rate of 0.1 s^(−1) were compared with the microstructural evolutions.The results demonstrate the existence of a reliable correlation between the strain rate sensitivity values and evolved microstructures.Additionally,the power dissipation map at the applied strain of 0.8 was compared with the resultant microstructures at predetermined deformation conditions.The microstructural evolutions strongly correlated to the power dissipation ratio,and dynamic recrystallization occurred completely at lower power dissipation ratios. | Mehdi Shaban Ghazani Beitallah Eghbali | 2021 | International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2021,28,11: | 2 |

| 14 | Grain Refinement in a Low Carbon Steel Through Multidirectional Forging显示文摘Grain refinement is one of the successful and low-cost methods to develop metals having excellent combination of strength and ductility. Low carbon steel was deformed by using multidirectional forging (MDF) technique at room temperature. The influence of strain amount and annealing process on the microstructure and mechanical properties of investigated steel was studied. The grain refinement mechanism was studied by the microstructure observation. The results showed that the grain refinement was attained by multidirectional forging technique. The initial coarser grains of average 38 μm size fragmented into very fine ferrite with grain sizes of about 1.2 μm.
