1粘附法筛选胃癌细胞亚株显示文摘筛选不同表型的胃癌细胞亚株。方法:用体外粘附法筛选对层粘素(laminin,Lin)有不同粘附力的MKN-45胃癌细胞亚株,并用Boyden小室法和裸鼠接种法观察细胞亚株的体内、外侵袭转移能力。结果:经体外反复以层粘素粘附筛选,得到高粘附力的MKN-45Lm+细胞亚株和低粘附力的MKN-45Lm-细胞亚株。Lm+细胞体外对人工基膜Matrigel的侵袭、移行能力及在裸鼠体内的成瘤性和肺转移灶形成率均大于Lm-细胞,并有高转移和高侵袭倾向。结论:体外粘附法能成功筛选特定表型的胃癌细胞亚株,胃癌细胞的粘附力与侵袭转移相关。陈向荣 任卫平 童菊芳 萧树东 Bonnie F Sloane 2000胃肠病学2000,5,2:14

3老年高血压和糖尿病患者的死亡率和大血管风险:强化药物治疗的效果显示文摘本研究是为了确定强化药物治疗(intensive drug therapy,IDT)对年龄≥65岁患有2型糖尿病(type 2diabetes mellitus,T2DM)和高血压的患者全因死亡、充血性心力衰竭(congestive heart failure,CHF)、因心肌梗死住院与脑卒中或短暂性脑缺血发作(transient ischemic attack,TIA)的影响。方法:研究对象为来自美国医疗保险数据库的高血压和T2DM患者。采用倾向评分匹配方法对非强化药物治疗组和IDT组进行匹配。使用Cox比例风险模型计算HR。结果:IDT与增加的CHF(HR=2.32,95%CI2.32~2.38)、心肌梗死(HR=4.27,95%CI 4.05~4.52)和脑卒中或TIA(HR=1.80,95%CI 1.70~1.89)风险相关,但也与降低的死亡风险(HR=0.95;95%CI 0.93~0.97)相关。遵循糖尿病管理指南治疗可降低CHF(HR=0.73,95%CI 0.71~0.73)、心肌梗死(HR=0.64,95%CI 0.62~0.67)、脑卒中或TIA(HR=0.82,95%CI 0.78~0.86)和死亡(HR=0.29,95%CI 0.28~0.29)的风险。结论:在高危人群中使用IDT可延缓死亡的发生,但不影响严重大血管病变的发生。IDT对高危患者的保护作用所带来的益处超过多药治疗产生的不良健康问题。Yashkin AP Kravchenko J Yashin AI Sloan F 陈云(编译) 叶鹏(审校) 2018中华高血压杂志2018,26,12:2
