1高铌X80管道不同强度匹配环焊接头性能及应变演化显示文摘为探究管道环焊缝断裂失效机理,测试了两种不同强度匹配的高铌X80环焊缝接头的组织和性能,并借助数字图像相关法(digital image correlation, DIC)观测了焊接接头在拉伸载荷下的应变行为.结果表明,低强匹配和高强匹配的高铌X80管道环焊接头均具有较好的冲击韧性,二者的夏比冲击吸收能量平均值相当,热影响区韧性离散主要是粗晶区组织不均匀性所致;高铌X80管线钢碳当量CEIIW较低,环焊缝接头热影响区存在一定程度软化.在轴向拉伸载荷下,无论是低强匹配还是高强匹配,应变集中最先出现在环焊缝的根焊和热影响区部位.随着拉伸载荷的增加,高强匹配环焊缝接头的应变集中逐渐从根焊和热影响区转移到母材,管道承受轴向载荷和变形的能力大于低强匹配环焊接头;而对于低强匹配,因在焊缝和热影响区产生塑性应变累积,即使具有较好的韧性,环焊接头也会发生断裂.何小东 高雄雄 David Han 池强 霍春勇 JoséB Bacalhau 2022焊接学报2022,43,2:11
2Novel adjunctive treatments of myocardial infarction显示文摘Myocardial infarction is a major cause of death and disability worldwide and myocardial infarct size is a major determinant of prognosis. Early and successful restoration of myocardial reperfusion following an ischemic event is the most effective strategy to reduce final infarct size and improve clinical outcome,but reperfusion may induce further myocardial damage itself. Development of adjunctive therapies to limit myocardial reperfusion injury beyond opening of the coronary artery gains increasing attention. A vast number of experimental studies have shown cardioprotective effects of ischemic and pharmacological conditioning,but despite decades of research,the translation into clinical effects has been challenging. Recently published clinical studies,however,prompt optimism as novel techniques allow for improved clinical applicability. Cyclosporine A,the GLP-1 analogue exenatide and rapid cooling by endovascular infusion of cold saline all reduce infarct size and may confer clinical benefit for patients admitted with acute myocardial infarcts. Equally promising,three follow-up studies of the effect of remote ischemic conditioning(RIC) show clinical prognostic benefit in patients undergoing coronary surgery and percutaneous coronary intervention. The discovery that RIC canbe performed noninvasively using a blood pressure cuff on the upper arm to induce brief episodes of limb ischemia and reperfusion has facilitated the translation of RIC into the clinical arena. 3Role of interventional radiology in the management of acute gastrointestinal bleeding显示文摘Acute gastrointestinal bleeding(GIB) can lead to significant morbidity and mortality without appropriate treatment. There are numerous causes of acute GIB including but not limited to infection, vascular anomalies, inflammatory diseases, trauma, and malignancy. The diagnostic and therapeutic approach of GIB depends on its location, severity, and etiology. The role of interventional radiology becomes vital in patients whose GIB remains resistant to medical and endoscopic treatment. Radiology offers diagnostic imaging studies and endovascular therapeutic interventions that can be performed promptly and effectively with successful outcomes. Computed tomography angiography and nuclear scintigraphy can localize the source of bleeding and provide essential information for the interventional radiologist to guide therapeutic management with endovascular angiography and transcatheter embolization. 5Single nucleotide polymorphism in the tumor necrosis factor-alpha gene affects inflammatory bowel diseases risk显示文摘AIM: To investigate the role that single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in the promoter of the tumour necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) gene play in the risk of inflammatory bowel diseases (IBDs) in a New Zealand population, in the context of international studies. METHODS: DNA samples from 388 patients with Crohn's disease (CD), 405 ulcerative colitis (UC), 27 indeterminate colitis (IC) and 201 randomly selected controls, from Canterbury, New Zealand were screened for 3 common polymorphisms in the TNF-α receptor: -238 G→A, -308 G→A and -857C→T, using a TaqmanR assay. A meta-analysis was performed on the data obtained on these polymorphisms combined with that from other published studies. RESULTS: Individuals carrying the -308 G/A allele had a significantly (OR = 1.91, χ2 = 17.36, P < 0.0001) increased risk of pancolitis, and a 1.57-fold increased risk (OR = 1.57, χ2 = 4.34, P = 0.037) of requiring a bowel resection in UC. Carrying the -857 C/T variant decreased the risk of ileocolonic CD (OR = 0.56, χ2 =4.32, P = 0.037), and the need for a bowel resection (OR = 0.59, χ2 = 4.85, P = 0.028). The risk of UC was reduced in individuals who were smokers at diagnosis, (OR = 0.48, χ2 = 4.86, P = 0.028). CONCLUSION: TNF-α is a key cytokine known to play a role in inflammatory response, and the locus for the gene is found in the IBD3 region on chromosome 6p21, known to be associated with an increased risk for IBD. The -308 G/A SNP in the TNF-α promoter is functional, and may account in part for the increased UC risk associated with the IBD3 genomic region. The -857 C/T SNP may decrease IBD risk in certain groups. 7家猪体外胰蛋白酶消化关节软骨:7.0TMR T1ρ加权成像与量化分析显示文摘背景:T1ρ驰豫时间是探测软骨生化改变的最具吸引力的新的磁共振参数。早期骨关节炎主要表现为蛋白多糖的丢失以及胶原的轻微改变。目的:应用T1ρ成像技术与弛豫时间图量化分析方法,评价体外胰蛋白酶消化与未消化家猪髌骨软骨T1ρ驰豫时间的改变。设计、时间及地点:同体对照观察,于2007-02/2008-01在丹麦奥胡斯大学医院骨科与磁共振研究中心完成。材料:丹麦雌性长白猪10头,左右侧髌骨共20个。方法:选择10头家猪,取右侧髌骨10个为对照组,浸泡于PBS中4h后取出。取左侧髌骨10个为消化组,浸泡于含有胰蛋白酶的PBS溶液中,4h后取出。利用7.0T磁共振机,分别采用自旋锁定自动补偿脉冲簇的三维SE序列进行扫描,获得关节软骨的T1ρ加权图像。重构T1ρ弛豫时间图,测定关节软骨T1ρ值。取两组髌骨软骨标本行番红O/固绿染色进行组织学观察。主要观察指标:①T1ρ弛豫时间图量化分析结果。②两组软骨标本组织学结果。结果:经酶诱导消化的体外家猪髌骨关节软骨T1ρ加权图像成像清晰,呈分层状表现,对比度好,无异常伪影。大体观察两组关节软骨T1ρ加权图像,见局部的信号异常改变。重构T1ρ弛豫时间图并量化测定分析显示,消化组软骨表层T1ρ值高于对照组,差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05),其全层、深层与钙化层之间的比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:经胰蛋白酶诱导消化可引起退变软骨T1ρ驰豫时间改变,特别是在软骨的表层变化明显,提示T1ρ驰豫时间是较敏感、特异性的检测指标,可进一步应用于关节软骨退变的早期诊断。周智洋 单鸿 李占军 邹学农 Steffen Ringgaard 邹立津 李海声 Hans Stodkilde-Jorgensen Cody Bünger 2009中国组织工程研究与临床康复2009,13,37:5

13Reduced anoctamin 7(ANO7) expression is a strong and independent predictor of poor prognosis in prostate cancer显示文摘Objective:Anoctamin 7(ANO7)is a calcium2+-dependent chloride ion channel protein.Its expression is restricted to prostate epithelial cells.The exact function is unknown.This study aimed to analyze ANO7 expression and its clinical significance in prostate cancer(PCa).Methods:ANO7 expression was assessed by immunohistochemistry in 17,747 clinical PCa specimens.Results:ANO7 was strongly expressed in normal prostate glandular cells but often less abundant in cancer cells.ANO7 staining was interpretable in 13,594 cancer tissues and considered strong in 34.4%,moderate in 48.7%,weak in 9.3%,and negative in 7.6%.Reduced staining was tightly linked to adverse tumor features[high classical and quantitative Gleason grade,lymph node metastasis,advanced tumor stage,high Ki67 labeling index,positive surgical margin,and early biochemical recurrence(P<0.0001 each)].The univariate Cox hazard ratio for prostate-specific antigen(PSA)recurrence after prostatectomy in patients with negative vs.strong ANO7 expression was 2.98(95%confidence interval 2.61–3.38).The prognostic impact was independent of established pre-or postoperatively available parameters(P<0.0001).Analysis of annotated molecular data showed that low ANO7 expression was linked to TMPRSS2:ERG fusions(P<0.0001),elevated androgen receptor expression(P<0.0001),as well as presence of 9 of 11 chromosomal deletions(P<0.05 each).A particularly strong association of low ANO7 expression with phosphatase and tensin homolog(PTEN)deletion may indicate a functional relationship with the PTEN/AKT pathway.Conclusions:These data identify reduced ANO7 protein expression as a strong and independent predictor of poor prognosis in PCa.ANO7 measurement,either alone or in combination,might provide clinically useful prognostic information in PCa.Andreas Marx Lena Koopmann Doris Hoflmayer Franziska Büscheck Claudia Hube-Magg Stefan Steurer Till Eichenauer Till S.Clauditz Waldemar Wilczak Ronald Simon Guido Sauter Jakob R.Izbicki Hartwig Huland Hans Heinzer Markus Graefen Alexander Haese Thorsten Schlomm Christian Bernreuther Patrick Lebok Sarah Bonk 2021Cancer Biology & Medicine2021,18,1:3

17Nanoscopy reveals surface-metallic black phosphorus显示文摘Black phosphorus(BP)is an emerging two-dimensional material with intriguing physical properties.It is highly anisotropic and highly tunable by means of both the number of monolayers and surface doping.Here,we experimentally investigate and theoretically interpret the near-field properties of a-few-atomic-monolayer nanoflakes of BP.We discover near-field patterns of bright outside fringes and a high surface polarizability of nanofilm BP consistent with its surface-metallic,plasmonic behavior at mid-infrared frequencies o1176 cm−1.We conclude that these fringes are caused by the formation of a highly polarizable layer at the BP surface.This layer has a thickness of~1 nm and exhibits plasmonic behavior.We estimate that it contains free carriers in a concentration of n≈1.1×10^(20) cm^(−3).Surface plasmonic behavior is observed for 10–40 nm BP thicknesses but absent for a 4-nm BP thickness.This discovery opens up a new field of research and potential applications in nanoelectronics,plasmonics and optoelectronics.Yohannes Abate Sampath Gamage Zhen Li Viktoriia Babicheva Mohammad H Javani Han Wang Stephen B Cronin Mark I Stockman 2016Light(Science & Applications)2016,5,1:2
