1Epigenetic mechanisms as a new approach in cancer treatment:An updated review显示文摘Epigenetic,along with genetic mechanisms,is essential for natural evolution and maintenance of specific patterns of gene expression in mammalians.Global epigenetic variation is inherited somatically and unlike genetic variation,it is dynamic and reversible.They are somatically associated with known genetic variations.Recent studies indicate the broad role of epigenetic mechanisms in the initiation and development of cancers,that they are including DNA methylation,histone modifications,nucleosomes changes,non-coding RNAs.The reversible nature of epigenetic changes has led to the emergence of novel epigenetic therapeutic approaches,so that several types of these medications have been approved by the FDA so far.In this review,we discuss the concept of epigenetic changes in diseases,especially cancers,the role of these changes in the onset and progression of cancers and the potential of using this knowledge in designing novel therapeutic strategies.Masoumeh Fardi Saeed Solali Majid Farshdousti Hagh 2018Genes & Diseases2018,5,4:7

There are so many challenges for implementing a smart home system in which the most important ones are the cost and simplicity of the implementation method. It is clear that the major share of the total cost is referred to the internal controlling system network; although there are too many methods proposed but still there is not any satisfying method at the consumers' point of view. 5Development of a Circuit-theory Based Transmission Cost Allocation Method by Orthogonal Projection and Equal-sharing Principle显示文摘This paper presents a new solution to the problem of transmission cost allocation to its users.The proposed technique utilizes modified Z-bus theory,equivalent current injection and impedance of the generators and loads,and is developed by the equal-sharing as well as the orthogonal projection principle.The procedure is performed in three steps.First,the modified Z-bus theory is used to calculate the contribution of the users into the network bus voltages as well as the branch currents.Then,the equal sharing principle is confirmed by the game theory solutions and is subsequently applied to identify the users’contributions into the branch power flows.After that,the orthogonal projections of the contributions are calculated and the concept of effective contributions is suggested.The proposed methodology provides the percentage shares of the users on the network complex variables,which help to better assess the contributions.A 2-bus and the IEEE 30-bus test system are used to validate the proposed technique.Finally,the proposed methodology is applied to the polish 2383-bus system to emphasize its applicability to large practical systems.Saeid Pouyafar Mehrdad Tarafdar Hagh Kazem Zare 2019CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2019,5,2:2
