| 1 | Outcomes of staged hepatectomies for liver malignancy显示文摘Liver malignancies are the fifth most common cause of death worldwide.Surgical intervention with curative intent is the treatment of choice for liver tumors as it provides long-term survival.However,only 20%of patients with metastatic liver lesions can be managed by curative liver resection.In most of the cases,hepatectomy is not feasible because of insufficient future liver remnant(FLR).Two-stage hepatectomy is advocated to achieve liver resection in a patient who is considered to not be a candidate for resection.Procedures of staged hepatectomy include conventional two-stage hepatectomy,portal vein embolization,and associating liver partition and portal vein ligation for a staged hepatectomy.Technical success is high for each of these procedures but variable between them.All the procedures have been reported as being effective in achieving a satisfactory FLR and completing the second-stage resection.Moreover,the overall survival and disease-free survival rates have improved significantly for patients who were otherwise considered nonresectable;yet,an increase in the morbidity and mortality rates has been observed.We suggest that this type of procedure should be carried out in high-flow centers and through a multidisciplinary approach.An experienced surgeon is key to the success of those interventions. | Naif A Albati Ali A Korairi Ibrahim Al Hasan Helayel K Almodhaiberi Abdullah A Algarni | 2019 | World Journal of Hepatology2019，11，6： | 2 |
| 2 | Microstructural,Mechanical,Electrical,and Thermal Properties of the Bi-Sn-Ag Ternary Eutectic Alloy显示文摘The development of lead-free solders has emerged as one of the key issues in the electronics packaging industries.Bi-Sn-Ag eutectic alloy has been considered as one of the lead-free solder materials that can replace the toxic Pb-Sn eutectic solder without increasing soldering temperature.We investigated the effects of temperature gradient and growth rate on the mechanical,electrical and thermal properties of the BiSn-Ag ternary eutectic alloy.Bi-47 wt%Sn-0.68 wt%Ag alloy was directionally solidified upward with different temperature gradients(G=2.33-5.66 K/mm) at a constant growth rate(V=13.25 μm/s) and with different growth rates(V=6.55-132.83 μm/s) at a constant temperature gradient(G=2.33 K/mm) in the growth apparatus.The microstructures(λ),microhardness(HV),tensile stress(σ),electrical resistivity(ρ),and thermal properties(△H,C_p,T_m) were measured on directionally solidified samples.The dependency of the λ,HV,σ,and ρ on G and V was investigated.According to the experimental results,X values decrease with increasing G and V,but HV,λ,and ρ values increase with increasing G and V.Variations of electrical resistivity(ρ) for cast samples with the temperature in the range of 300-400 K were also measured by using a standard dc four-point probe technique.The enthalpy of fusion(△H) and specific heat(C_p) for the same alloy was also determined by means of differential scanning calorimeter(DSC) from heating trace during the transformation from eutectic liquid to eutectic solid. | KAYA Hasan ENGÍN Sevda AKER Aynur BüYüK Ugur ÇADIRLI Emin | 2017 | Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2017，32，1： | 2 |
| 3 | 用PDE-5抑制剂治疗勃起功能障碍的男性患者中前列腺癌的发生率:回顾性研究显示文摘本研究比较了用PDE-5抑制剂治疗勃起功能障碍(ED)7年的男性患者和与这些患者年龄及各种风险因素相似的7年内不使用PDE一5抑制剂治疗ED的男性患者中前列腺癌发生率的情况。通过分析2000年到2006年的电子病例和数据库,以年龄在50至69岁,2000年前无前列腺癌病史的ED患者作为研究对象。这些患者被分为两组:2362名曾用PDE-5抑制剂治疗的男性和2612名不曾使用过该药物的男性。比较每组的人口数据。在研究期内:97名(4.1%)接受过PDE-5抑制剂治疗的ED患者被诊断出患了前列腺癌,在非PDE-5抑制剂治疗组中,258名(9.9%)被诊断出患了前列腺癌(P〈O.0001)。在非洲裔美国人中,接受PDE-5抑制剂治疗的比例比不用的比例高(10.5%VS.7.1%,P〈0.0001)。接受过PDE-5治疗的患者,其前列腺特异性抗原增高的比例比较低(10.0%vs.13.1%,P=0.0008),但良性前列腺增生的比例比较高(38.4%vs.35.1%,P=0.0149)。接受PDE-5抑制剂治疗ED的男性不易患前列腺癌(调整后的优势比为0.4,95%CI:0.3—0.5,P〈0.0001)。我们的研究数据表明:用PDE-5抑制剂治疗ED的男性倾向于不易患前列腺癌。还需要进行更多的研究。 | Anthony H Chavez K Scott Coffield M Hasan Rajab Chanhee Joe | 2013 | Asian Journal of Andrology2013，15，2： | 2 |
