| 1 | 应用自动识别与定量分析数据库筛查黄河和长江水中有机污染物显示文摘采用气质联用分析,并应用自动识别与定量分析数据库(AIQS-DB)对黄河下游和长江下游水样中近1000种有机污染物进行了筛查.结果表明,黄河下游山东段和长江下游江苏段水样分别检出95种和121种化合物,主要包括正构烷烃、多环芳烃、酚类、硝基化合物、酞酸酯类、农药和药物等.其中,黄河和长江水样中正构烷烃平均浓度分别为1806ng/L和720ng/L;16种优控PAHs平均浓度分别为27ng/L和30ng/L;6种优控PAEs的平均浓度分别为77ng/L和2166ng/L;黄河和长江水样分别检出9种和17种农药.黄河各采样点间污染物浓度差别较大,而长江采样点间浓度相差较小.研究表明,气质联用结合AIQS-DB可有效用于区域性污染物的筛查. | 李维美 李雪花 蔡喜运 陈景文 乔显亮 Kiwao Kadokami Daisuke Jinya Toyomi Iwamura | 2010 | 环境科学2010，31，11： | 14 |

| 6 | Russell body gastritis with Dutcher bodies evaluated using magnification endoscopy显示文摘Russell body gastritis(RBG) is an unusual type of chronic gastritis characterized by marked infiltration of Mott cells,which are plasma cells filled with spherical eosinophilic bodies referred to as Russell bodies.It was initially thought that Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori) infection was a major cause of RBG and that the infiltrating Mott cells were polyphenotypic;however,a number of cases of RBG without H.pylori infection or with monoclonal Mott cells have been reported.Thus,diagnostic difficulty exists in distinguishing RBG with monoclonal Mott cells from malignant lymphoma.Here,we report an unusual case of an 86-year-old-Japanese man with H.pylori-positive RBG.During the examination of melena,endoscopic evaluation confirmed a 13-mm whitish,flat lesion in the gastric antrum.Magnification endoscopy with narrowband imaging suggested that the lesion was most likely a poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma.Biopsy findings were consistent with chronic gastritis with many Mott cells with intranuclear inclusions referred to as Dutcher bodies.Endoscopic submucosal dissection confirmed the diagnosis of RBG with kappa-restricted monoclonal Mott cells.Malignant lymphoma was unlikely given the paucity of cytological atypia and Ki-67 immunoreactivity of monoclonal Mott cells.This is the first reported case of RBG with endoscopic diagnosis of malignant tumor and the presence of Dutcher bodies. | Kenji Yorita Takehiro Iwasaki Kunihisa Uchita Naoto Kuroda Koji Kojima Shinichi Iwamura Yutaka Tsutsumi Akinobu Ohno Hiroaki Kataoka | 2017 | World Journal of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy2017，9，8： | 2 |

| 9 | Cytopathic effects and local immune responses in repeated neoadjuvant HSV-tk+ ganciclovir gene therapy for prostate cancer显示文摘Objective:Cytopathic effects and local immune response were analyzed histologically in prostatic cancer(PCa)with in situ herpes simplex virus-thymidine kinase(HSV-tk)/ganciclovir(GCV)gene therapy(GT).Methods:Four high-risk PCa patients who received HSV-tk/GCV GT were investigated.After two cycles of intraprostatic injection of HSV-tk and administration of GCV,radical prostatectomy was performed.Formalin-fixed,paraffin-embedded sections were evaluated using immunohistochemistry.PCa with hormone therapy(HT,n=3)or without neoadjuvant therapy(NT,n=4)that were equivalent in terms of risk were also examined as reference.Immunoreactively-positive cells were counted in at least three areas in cancer tissue.Labeling indices(LI)were calculated as percentage values.Results:ssDNA LI in GT increased,indicating apoptosis,as well as tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes and CD68-positive macrophages,compared with their biopsies.GT cases showed significantly higher numbers of single-stranded DNA(ssDNA)LI,CD4/CD8-positive T cells and CD68-positive macrophages including M1/M2 macrophages than HT or NT cases.However,there was no significant difference in CD20-positive B cells among the types of case.There were strong correlations between CD8+T cells and CD68+macrophages(ρ=0.656,p<0.0001)as well as CD4+T cells and CD20+B cells(ρ=0.644,p<0.0001)in PCa with GT.Conclusions:Enhanced cytopathic effect and local immune response might be indicated in PCa patients with HSV-tk/GCV gene therapy. | Nobuyuki Yanagisawa Takefumi Satoh Ken-ichi Tabata Hideyasu Tsumura Yasutomo Nasu Masami Watanabe Timothy C.Thompson Isao Okayasu Yoshiki Murakumo Shiro Baba Masatsugu Iwamura | 2021 | Asian Journal of Urology2021，8，3： | 1 |
