1MICROSTRUCTURAL MODEL OF GATORIZED WASPALOY IN THE ISOTHERMAL FORGING PROCESS显示文摘A microstructural model, which was to predict the evolution of microstructure of Gatorized Waspeloy in the isothermal forcing process, was developed in terms of dynamic recrystallization and grain growth. Three steps of experiment were conducted during developing the model: (1) .Specimens were compressed in M FS testing machine; (2) Dynamic recrystallization and grain growth were discussed; (3) Dynamic recrys- tallization model and grain growth mode were set up. 3EFFECT OF CHEMICAL COMPOSITION ON RETAINED AUSTENITE IN TRIP STEEL显示文摘The systematic chemical compositions including common C, Si, Mn, Al, and micro- alloying elements of Ti and Nb were designed for high volume fraction of retained austenite as much as possible. The thermo-cycle experiments were conducted by using Gleeble 2000 thermo-dynamic test machine for finding the appropriate composition. 4EFFECT OF COPPER AND BORON CONTENT ON STRAIN-INDUCED Nb(C,N) PRECIPITATION IN ULCB STEELS AT HOT DEFORMATION TEMPERATURE显示文摘The stress relaxation curves of Ultra-Low Carbon Bainitic(ULCB) steels with different Cu and B contents were measured by using Gleeble-1500 dynamic thermal-mechanical simulator. The results show that Cu and B added can accelerate the strain-induced precipitation reaction, and the effect of Cu and B is even more obvious with Cu and B combined addition or Cu content increased. The TEM analysis of precipitate engendered at the temperature of 850℃ C indicate that Nb(C,N) precipitate nucleates dominantly on the dislocation line, and grows with holding time extended while the precipitate particle size increases from 5 nm to 17 nm.G.F. 6Tension and Thickness Control Strategy Analysis of Two Stands Reversible Cold Rolling Mill显示文摘In order to lucubrate the rolling characteristic of the two stands reversible cold rolling mill and establish the tension and thickness control strategy, the steady-state characteristic simulating program was established using the steady-state continuous rolling theory. The influences of each factor on exit thickness under different tension control methods were analyzed. The results show that, the influence of the entry stand gap on exit thickness is significant and it changes little with different tension control methods. As a result, the entry stand gap can be used as the main control method of exit thickness, whereas rolling speed of any stand and roll gap of the exit stand can be used to adjust the inter-stand tension. 7Theoretical calculation of the impact work in the alloying non-quenched and tempered steel显示文摘Coupled with hot-continuous rolling technology and based on the calculation of the finishing rolling impact work in the non-quenched and tempered Si-Mn steel, the calculations of the finishing rolling impact work in the alloying non-quenched and tempered steel with the elements of Cr, Ni, Mo, W, Cu, V, Nb and Ti are studied with the covalent electron number nA of the strongest bond in alloying phases, the smallest electron density difference ?ρ of phase interfaces, and the number of atom states σ (σ′) which keep the interface electron density continuous. The calculated results show that the finishing rolling impact work of the alloying non-quenched and tempered steel intensely depends on strengthening mechanisms. The solution strengthening, interface strengthening, precipita- tion strengthening of pearlite, and dispersion strengthening will result in the decrease of the finishing rolling impact work; the refinement strengthening, the precipitation strength- ening of V, Nb and Ti in α-Fe-C-V(Nb, Ti), and the residual austenite containing Ni on the boundary of α-Fe-C-Ni will increase the impact work; and the increments or decrements can be calculated with nA, ?ρ, σ (σ′) and weights of alloying elements. The calculation formulas of the finishing rolling impact work in this paper are intergraded with the sug- gested ones of the finishing rolling tensile strength, yield strength, and elongation of the non-quenched and tempered steel. 8上海地区弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤的生发中心B细胞样型显著偏低显示文摘目的探讨中国上海地区弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤(DLBCL)的生发中心B细胞(GCB)样型与非GCB样型的分布以及可能影响因素。方法应用免疫组织化学EnVision法分析124例来自该院的原发DLBCL中CD10、bcl-6、MUM1、GCET1和FOXP15种蛋白的表达,采用Hans和Choi两种免疫表型分型法进行分型。其中118例应用荧光原位杂交技术检测t(14;18)和bcl-6基因重排情况。结果使用Hans法对124例DLBCI.进行分型,27例(22%)为GCB样型,97例(78%)为非GCB样型。使用Choi法进行分型显示34例(27%)为GCB样型,90例(73%)为非GCB样型(即ABC样型)。GCB样型显著低于非GCB样型(P=0.0001)。t(14;18)易位仅4例(3%),3例发生于GCB样型中。bcl-6基因重排阳性的病例为46例(39%),高发于GCB样型中。bcl-6基因重排与bcl-6蛋白表达没有明显相关性。结论中国上海地区DLBCL的GCB样型显著低于非GCB样型,可能与其DLBCL的t(14;18)低水平发生有关。陈燕 陈慧 付凯 朱雄增 Richard Irons 2010中华病理学杂志2010,39,5:11
9苯中毒骨髓损伤的特征显示文摘目的对23例苯中毒病人的周围血及骨髓进行分析,探讨苯中毒骨髓损伤的特征和机制。方法23例住院苯中毒患者,平均离岗及诊断苯中毒时间2.7年;21例为慢性轻度苯中毒,2例为慢性重度苯中毒(苯中毒再生障碍性贫血);男8例,女15例,平均年龄(45.5±7.8)岁。按统一调查表询问职业史、毒物接触史、药物接触史、造血系统疾病史以及肿瘤史;实验室检查包括:血常规、骨髓常规以及骨髓活检、荧光原位杂交技术(FISH)、流式细胞仪和TCR受体基因重排分析。结果(1)23例苯中毒病人中,血常规检查6例正常、系减少1例、一系或二系减少16例(其中14例淋巴细胞数减少)。血中大颗粒淋巴细胞(LGL)百分比增加(平均29.6%,n=22)。(2)23例苯中毒病人骨髓检查均示有一系或二系发育不全,骨髓损害的特征包括:显著的红系病态造血,嗜酸细胞发育不良,中性粒细胞前体细胞中异常的胞浆颗粒,嗜血细胞生成,髓质退化及骨髓增生低下。(3)T细胞受体(TCR)可变区基因重排(14/23),CD4+/CD8+比例减低(0.77±0.48,n=23)。(4)未发现研究对象染色体结构异常。结论与MDS各亚型常见的骨髓表现不同,慢性苯中毒骨髓损伤的特征是:显著的红系病态造血,嗜酸细胞发育不良,中性粒细胞前体细胞中异常的胞浆颗粒,嗜血细胞生成,髓质退化及骨髓增生低下;脱离苯接触若干年后,骨髓的这些损害仍持续存在。吕玲 林国为 邹和建 王小钦 Liming Bao Richard D Irons 2007中国工业医学杂志2007,20,1:8
10Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Martensitic Stainless Steel 6Cr15MoV显示文摘Martensitic stainless steel containing Cr of 12% to 18% (mass percent) are common utilized in quenching and tempering processes for knife and cutlery steel. The properties obtained in these materials are significantly influenced by matrix composition after heat treatment, especially as Cr and C content. Comprehensive considered the hardness and corrosion resistance, a new type martensitic stainless steel 6Cr15MoV has been developed. The effect of heat treatment processes on microstructure and mechanical properties of 6Cr15MoV martensitic stainless steel is emphatically researched. Thermo-Calc software has been carried out to thermodynamic calculation; OM, SEM and TEM have been carried out to microstructure observation; hardness and impact toughness test have been carried out to evaluate the mechanical properties. Results show that the equilibrium carbide in 6Cr15MoV steel is M23C6 carbide, and the M23C6 carbides finely distributed in annealed microstructure. 6Cr15MoV martensitic stainless steel has a wider quenching temperature range, the hardness value of steel 6Cr15MoV can reach to HRC 60.8 to HRC 61.6 when quenched at 1 060 to 1 100 ℃. Finely distributed carbides will exist in quenched microstructure, and effectively inhabit the growth of austenite grain. With the increasing of quenching temperature, the volume fraction of undissolved carbides will decrease. The excellent comprehensive mechanical properties can be obtained by quenched at 1 060 to 1 100 ℃ with tempered at 100 to 150 ℃, and it is mainly due to the high carbon martensite and fine grain size. At these temperature ranges, the hardness will retain about HRC 59.2 to HRC 61.6 and the Charpy U-notch impact toughness will retain about 17.3 to 20 J. A lot of M23C6 carbides precipitated from martensite matrix, at the same time along the boundaries of martensite lathes which leading to the decrease of impact toughness when tempered at 500 to 540 ℃. 11DUCTILEBRITTLETRANSITION OF POLYCRYSTALLINE Ni_3Al WITH VARYING GRAIN SIZE显示文摘It is known that in B (un)doped Ni 3Al polycrystals, the dependence of yield strength on grain size follows the Hall Petch relationship: σ y= σ 0+ K y d -1/2 , and the slope K y can be reduced by B doping owing to the lowering of grain boundary resistance to slip transmission. If the intergranular cracking in polycrystalline Ni 3Al occurs from the microcavity along the grain boundaries, the effective external tensile stress for the propagation of the crack like microcavity along the grain boundaries can be deduced as: σ f= σ i+ K u d -1/2 , where K u reflects the effects of such factors as environment, strain rate, boron doping and the orientation of the grain boundary on the trend of intergranular cracking. For loaded polycrystalline Ni 3Al, it should be competitive between the intergranular cracking and slip transmission across the grain boundary. Therefore, comparing the varieties of both σ y and σ f with grain size, the dependence of ductile brittle transition on grain size, and the effects of the above factors on ductile brittle transition can be expected. The model also predicts that there exists a critical grain size for the ductile brittle transition of polycrystalline Ni 3Al alloys, and B doping can increase the critical grain size due to the reduction of the slope K y and the increase of K u. 13A study on centrifugal casting of high speed steel roll显示文摘High speed steel (HSS) rolls can replace traditional rolls such as alloyed cast iron rolls and powder metallurgical (PM) hard alloy rolls. The main reasons for the replacement are that the wear resistance of low-cost alloyed cast iron rolls is poor and the cost of high-quality PM hard alloy rolls is very high. By means of centrifugal casting, HSS rolls having excellent wear resistance have been manufactured. The hardness of the HSS roll is 6.5~67 HRC, the range of variation is smaller than 2 HRC and its impact toughness is 15 J/cm2. The wear rate of HSS rolls used in the pre-finishing stands of high-speed hot wire-rod rolling mill reaches 2.5×10-4mm per ton steel. Furthermore, the manufacturing cost of HSS rolls is significantly lower than that of PM hard alloy rolls; it is only 30 percent of that of PM hard alloy rolls.~*H. G. Fu~1, X.H. Zhang~2(1. 14Tensile properties and fracture behavior of Ti_2AlNb based alloys at room temperature显示文摘The tensile mechanical properties and fracture behaviors of Ti 22Al 20Nb 7Ta alloys were studied at room temperature. Three typical microstructures of Ti 2AlNb based alloys were obtained by combination of thermal mechanical processing and heat treat ment. They are: 1) lath mixture of O + B 2 with remaining β grain boundaries and α 2 phase; 2) equiaxed O phase in B 2 matrix; 3) fine lath mixture of O + B 2 without remaining β grain boundaries. It is shown that the microstructure obviously affects the tensile properties of Ti 2AlNb based alloys. The microstructure of fine lath mixture of O + B 2 without remaining β grain boundaries has good combination of yield stress and ductility, while the microstructure with lath mixture of O + B 2 with remaining β grain boundaries and α 2 phase has low yield stress and elongation. The fracture mode was also controlled by the microstructure of Ti 2AlNb based alloys. 15Effects of Catalyst and Additive Containing Li, Na, or Ca on Reduction of Iron Oxide/Carbon Composite Pellets显示文摘The catalyst containing 0.69% (mass fraction) of Li, Na+, or Ca2+ were synthesized, and the catalytic effect on the reduction of iron oxide/carbon composite pellets were investigated by comparing with that of additive at 850 ℃. The effect of the catalyst was greater than that of the additive, it can be considered that catalyst promoted the formation of iron nucleus early on reduction processes of iron oxide/carbon composite pellets. 16Development of electroslag metallurgy and casting in China显示文摘The electroslag metallurgy has been developed since 1958. At present, all special steel plants have constructed electroslag metallurgical workshops. There are 86 Electroslag Remetting (ESR) furnaces in these steel plants with annual capacity of 100 000 tons. The products by ESR include 243 designations of steel and superalloy. The Chinese metallurgists have made significant achievements in the type and structure of electroslag remelting furnaces, eletroslag remelting technology, shaped castings by Electroslag Remelting Casting (ESRC), the manufacture of large-size ingots by ESR and the study of ESR mechanism. 19Comparison and analysis of dislocation density, morphology and evolution in microstructure of low-carbon steel produced using different technologies显示文摘Three kinds of specimens were produced from hot strips of similar composition and same thickness (nominal gauge 4.0mm) but produced using different technologies, and the dislocation density of these strips was quantitatively measured by positron annihilation technique test. The dislocation morphology and evolution in microstructure of each pass for producing the 1.9mm hot strip using CSP (compact strip production) technology were observed under an H-800 transmission electron microscope; its density was also quantitatively measured using the positron annihilation technique test, and the factors influencing the dislocation density during the production process were analyzed. The experimental results show that the dislocation density in the microstructure produced using CSP technology is higher than that in the microstructure produced using conventional technology.
