2自水解预处理对稻草化学成分及酶解性能的影响显示文摘研究了自水解处理对稻草秸秆主要化学成分及酶解糖化效率的影响。结果显示:在100~160℃下对稻草进行自水解预处理,酸溶木质素的脱除程度随着自水解温度的升高而增大,而Klason木质素含量几乎没有变化,几乎全部SiO2仍然保留在预处理后草片中;稻草高聚糖的降解程度随着自水解温度的升高而增加,但由于自水解液酸性较弱,大量高聚糖仍保留在草片中;自水解预处理有利于促进稻草的酶解糖化,随着自水解预处理温度的升高和酶用量的增大,酶解液中各种聚糖得率均有不同程度的提高,但自水解温度的影响显得更为重要;经160℃自水解预处理的稻草在40 FPU/g混合酶用量下,葡聚糖和木聚糖的总转化率约为68%和45%,总糖转化率近60%。荆磊 金永灿 张厚民 韩强 Hasan Jameel Richard Phillips 2010纤维素科学与技术2010,18,2:12
3Inhibition of hepatitis B virus DNA replicative intermediate forms by recombinant interferon-γ显示文摘AIM: To evaluate the in vitro anti-HBV activity of recombinant human IFN-γ, alone and in combination with lamivudine. METHODS: A recombinant baculovirus-HBV/HepG2 culture system was developed which could support productive HBV infection in vitro. Expression of HBsAg and HBeAg in infected HepG2 culture medium was detected by commercial enzyme immunoassays. HBV DNA replication intermediates were detected in infected cells by Southern hybridization and viral DNA load was determined by dot hybridization. RESULTS: IFN-γat 0.1 to 5μg/L efficiently down regulated HBsAg expression in transduced HepG2 cells. At 5μg/L, IFN-γalso suppressed HBV DNA replication in these cells. While treatment with a combination of lamivudine and IFN-γshowed no additive effect, sequential treatment first with lamivudine and then IFN-γwas found to be promising. In this culture system the best HBV suppression was observed with a pulse of 2μmol/L lamivudine for two days, followed by 1μg/L IFN-γfor another four days. Compared to treatment with lamivudine alone, the sequential use of 0.2μmol/L lamivudine for two days, followed by 5μg/L IFN-γfor six days showed a 72% reduction in HBV cccDNA pool. CONCLUSION: This in vitro study warrants further evaluation of a combination of IFN-γand lamivudine, especially in IFN-αnon-responder chronic hepatitis B patients. 4绿液预处理对麦草化学成分及酶水解糖化的影响显示文摘主要探讨在不同温度、用碱量和硫化度条件下绿液预处理对麦草化学成分及酶水解效率的影响。随着预处理用碱量和硫化度的提高木质素的脱除率增加,但同时也加剧了碳水化合物的降解,导致麦草浆得率下降。绿液预处理废液的pH值小于9.5,弱碱介质可以减少碳水化合物的降解,同时避免禾草原料含量较高的硅溶解在黑液中,有利于废液的碱回收利用。预处理后浆料经过由纤维素酶、木聚糖酶和β-葡萄糖苷酶组合而成的混合酶液水解,纤维素酶用量从5 FPU/g增加到10 FPU/g时,总糖得率及转化率显著增加。在酶用量为10 FPU/g条件下经过48 h的酶水解后,温度130℃、用碱量8%、硫化度40%条件下的预处理浆料总糖得率达到最大值43%,总糖转化率为73.1%。黄婷 陆青山 金永灿 谷峰 张厚民 JAMEEL Hasan PHILLIPS Richard 李忠正 2011林产化学与工业2011,31,5:4
5醋酸预水解对稻草化学成分及酶水解性能的影响显示文摘研究了醋酸预处理对稻草主要化学成分及酶水解糖化效率的影响。在160℃下以不同的醋酸用量(0~4%)对稻草进行处理,预处理后稻草的Klason木质素含量基本保持不变,约60%的酸溶木质素被脱除;灰分含量(质量分数)约下降30%,灰分中SiO2则几乎全部保留在预处理浆料中。预处理醋酸用量的增加对酸溶木质素和灰分含量的变化均无显著影响。预处理后高聚糖的降解程度随醋酸用量的增加而上升,其中半纤维素的降解程度尤为显著,阿拉伯聚糖、半乳聚糖大量溶出。对经醋酸预处理稻草的酶水解研究表明,预处理中醋酸用量的增加无助于酶水解液中还原糖得率的提高。稻草于160℃下经不添加醋酸的自水解预处理后,其酶解还原糖得率均高于经醋酸预处理的稻草,当纤维素酶用量为40 FPU/g(对底物)时,稻草中高聚糖的酶水解转化效率最高,葡聚糖、木聚糖的转化率分别为67.8%和45.3%,总糖转化率为58.8%。王旺霞 荆磊 金永灿 张厚民 Hasan Jameel Richard Phillips 李忠正 2011纤维素科学与技术2011,19,2:4
6碳酸钠预处理对麦草酶水解糖化的影响显示文摘麦草是一种具有很大潜力的制取生物乙醇的可再生木质纤维素原料。文章探讨了碳酸钠预处理预浸时间、保温时间、碳酸钠用量对麦草化学成分及酶水解效率的影响。结果表明,延长碳酸钠预处理保温时间对木质素脱除无明显影响,但浆料得率和酶水解总糖转化率有所下降;合理的预浸时间为30 min,继续延长预浸时间对预处理浆料酶水解总糖转化率无促进作用;增加预处理Na2CO3用量有助于促进木质素的脱除,大部分碳水化合物保留在浆料中。在8% Na2CO3(Na2O计)用量下,麦草于80℃预浸30 min后升温至130℃,不保温所得到的浆料在纤维素酶用量为20 FPU/g(对纤维素)时,其总糖转化率为60%。黄婷 张帅 金永灿 张厚民 Hasan Jameel Richard Phillips 李忠正 2012纤维素科学与技术2012,20,1:3

8金属多氧酸盐杂化催化剂上环己烯分子氧环氧化显示文摘针对分子氧环己烯催化环氧化反应转化率和环氧化选择性低、需要大量溶剂的加入等缺点,现以金属多氧酸盐(POMs)和纳米金作为催化活性中心,采用混合甲醛还原法、水合肼&甲醛还原法、氢气&甲醛还原法等3种方式分别添加二元金属Co、Bi制备以ZSM-5分子筛作为载体的负载型金属多氧酸盐杂化催化剂,考察了二元金属种类及负载方法、POMs种类、反应条件等对催化剂在无溶剂条件下催化分子氧环己烯环氧化性能的影响。实验结果表明,以混合甲醛还原法负载二元金属Bi的催化剂性能比负载Co的催化剂更好,其中Bi较合适的表观负载量为0.5%;金属多氧酸盐选择PMo11和BMo11混合负载效果略优,总负载量w为6.67%,二者质量比为1:1,以此制备的催化剂1%Au-0.5%Bi/PMo11-BMo11/ZSM-5-m催化环氧化性能较佳,在反应压力0.5 MPa、反应温度80℃、环己烯2.0 g、3滴(约0.04 g)叔丁基过氧化氢(TBHP)、催化剂0.02 g的条件下反应18 h,环己烯的转化率可达39.3%,环氧环己烷的选择性可达到40.9%。丁智俊 王媛媛 王丹 刘赛赛 JAMEEL Umsa 朱明乔 2019高校化学工程学报2019,33,5:2

10A Fuzzy Logic Based Power-Efficient Run-Time Reconfigurable Multicore System显示文摘Increasing demand for better throughput and performance has motivated designers to come up with more sophisticated processors with innovative designs. Such designs for multicore architectures offer large amount of parallelism which is often underutilized and thus becomes overhead and liability. Due to these advancements, there has been a exponential increase in power consumption and heat dissipation of computing devices. Under these circumstances, an ideal system would be a reconfigurable system that can switch off all underutilized resources and work with only required ones. There is a need of reconfigurable computing devices and processors that are smart enough to configure themselves dynamically on runtime to find balance between throughput and power-consumption. This paper proposes a novel fuzzy logic based Dynamic voltage and frequency scaling(DVFS)and power-gating enabled controller which is capable of reducing power-consumption without affecting throughput and overall performance of the system. The design is implemented on Intel processor using Ubuntu as an operating system. 11Quantitative changes of nitrergic neurons during postnatal development of chicken myenteric plexus显示文摘Objective: Information regarding the development of the enteric nervous system(ENS) is important for understanding the functional abnormalities of the gut.Because fertilized chicken eggs provide easy access to embryos,chicken models have been widely used to study embryonic development of myenteric plexus;however,no study has been focused on the postnatal period.The aim of this study was to perform a qualitative and quantitative analysis of the nitrergic neurons in the myenteric plexus of developing chickens in the postnatal period.Methods: Whole-mount preparations of the myenteric plexus were made in 7-d,15-d,and 40-d old(adult) chickens of either sex(n=15).The myenteric plexus was studied after nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate diaphorase(NADPH-d) histochemistry using light microscopy,digital photography,and Image-Pro Plus 6.0 software.The numbers of positively stained neurons and ganglia were counted in the duodenum,jejunum,ileum,caecum,and colon in the different age groups.Data were expressed as mean±standard deviation(SD),and statistical analysis was performed using a one-way analysis of variance(ANOVA) test.Results: The positively stained neurons showed various morphologies and staining intensities,and formed bead-shaped and U-shaped arrangements in the myenteric plexus.The densities of neurons and ganglia increased with age.However,the number of positive neurons per ganglion increased.The number of NADPH-d-positive neurons was highest in the colon,followed by the ileum,the jejunum,the duodenum,and the caeca in all age groups.Conclusions: Developmental changes in the myenteric plexus of chickens continue in the postnatal period,indicating that the maturation process of the gastrointestinal function is gradual.In addition,no significant difference is happening among different intestinal segments during postnatal development,suggesting that the function of different intestinal segments had been determined after birth.Ping YANG Jameel Ahmed GANDAHI Qian ZHANG Lin-li ZHANG Xun-guang BIAN Li WU Yi LIU Qiu-sheng CHEN 2013Journal of Zhejiang University-Science B(Biomedicine & Biotechnology)2013,14,10:2
