| 1 | 北京市41~47岁人群出生时发育指标与成年期糖耐量减低的关系显示文摘目的 探讨中国人群中是否存在低出生指标与成年期非胰岛素依赖性糖尿病( N I D D M)和糖耐量减低( I G T) 的联系。方法 对1948 年7 月~1954 年底在北京协和医院出生的628 名单生子进行追访调查,摘录出生记录,并进行身体测量和标准口服葡萄糖耐量试验。结果 N I D D M 和 I G T患病率随出生体重、出生体重指数(ponderal index, P I) 和头围测量值的上升而下降。出生消瘦( P I< 24kg/m3) 伴成年肥胖( B M I≥75 百分位值) 组患病率最高(43 .8 % ) ;出生时脂肪较多( P I≥28 kg/m3) 且成年消瘦( B M I< 25 百分位值) 组患病率最低(8 .3 % ) 。母亲孕早、晚期 B M I与子女成年期糖负荷后2 小时血糖浓度呈负相关。此外,出生体重、 P I和头围还与空腹和糖负荷后2 小时血浆胰岛素、3233 裂解胰岛素原水平呈负相关。对调查对象目前的 B M I、生活习惯和经济水平进行调整后,上述出生指标与成年期糖耐量和胰岛素间的联系依然存在。结论 中国人群中存在低出生指标与成年期 N I D D M 和 I G T的联系,其机制可能是通过母亲孕前低 B M I导致胎儿营养不良,产生胰岛? | 米杰 Law CM 张孔来 Barker DJP 刘善英 Osmond C 徐红健 沈宜 柳军 徐永芳 | 1999 | 中华预防医学杂志1999，33，4： | 21 |
| 2 | Acute liver injury induced by weight-loss herbal supplements显示文摘We report three cases of patients with acute liver injury induced by weight-loss herbal supplements. One patient took Hydroxycut while the other two took Herbalife supplements. Liver biopsies for all patients dem onstrated f indings consistent with drug-induced acute liver injury. To our knowledge, we are the fi rst instit ute to report acute liver injury from both of these two typ es of weight-loss herbal supplements together as a case series. | 3 | Season of the year influences infection rates following total hip arthroplasty显示文摘AIM To research the influence of season of the year on periprosthetic joint infections.METHODS We conducted a retrospective review of the entire Medicare files from 2005 to 2014. Seasons were classified as spring, summer, fall or winter. Regional variations were accounted for by dividing patients into four geographic regions as per the United States Census Bureau(Northeast, Midwest, West and South). Acute postoperative infection and deep periprosthetic infections within 90 d after surgery were tracked. RESULTS In all regions, winter had the highest incidence of periprosthetic infections(mean 0.98%, SD 0.1%) and was significantly higher than other seasons in the Midwest, South and West(P < 0.05 for all) but not the Northeast(P = 0.358). Acute postoperative infection rates were more frequent in the summer and were significantly affected by season of the year in the West.CONCLUSION Season of the year is a risk factor for periprosthetic joint infection following total hip arthroplasty(THA). | 5 | Percutaneous transluminal angioplasty balloons for endoscopic ultrasound-guided pancreatic duct interventions显示文摘BACKGROUND Endoscopic ultrasound(EUS)-guided main pancreatic duct(PD)access may be used when conventional endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP)techniques fail.The use of a percutaneous transluminal angioplasty balloon(PTAB),originally developed for vascular interventions,can be used to facilitate transmural(e.g.,transgastric)PD access and to dilate high-grade pancreatic strictures.AIM To describe the technique,efficacy,and safety of PTABs for EUS-guided PD interventions.METHODS Patients who underwent EUS with use of a PTAB from March 2011 to August 2021 were retrospectively identified from a tertiary care medical center supply database.PTABs included 3-4 French angioplasty catheters with 3-4 mm balloons designed to use over a 0.018-inch guidewire.The primary outcome was technical success.Secondary outcomes included incidence of adverse events(AEs)and need for early reintervention.RESULTS A total of 23 patients were identified(48%female,mean age 55.8 years).Chronic pancreatitis was the underlying etiology in 13(56.5%)patients,surgically altered anatomy(SAA)with stricture in 7(30.4%),and SAA with post-operative leak in 3(13.0%).Technical success was achieved in 20(87%)cases.Overall AE rate was 26%(n=6).All AEs were mild and included 1 pancreatic duct leak,2 cases of post-procedure pancreatitis,and 3 admissions for post-procedural pain.No patients required early re-intervention.CONCLUSION EUS-guided use of PTABs for PD access and/or stricture management is feasible with an acceptable safety profile and can be considered in patients when conventional ERCP cannulation fails. | Jad P AbiMansour Barham K Abu Dayyeh Michael J Levy Andrew C Storm John A Martin Bret T Petersen Ryan J Law Mark D Topazian Vinay Chandrasekhara | 2022 | World Journal of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy2022，14，8： | 2 |
