| 1 | 前列腺癌治疗前后动态增强MRI评价显示文摘目的 :应用MRI和动态增强MRI药物代谢动力学模型评价前列腺癌治疗前后的疗效 ,确定MRI的价值。方法 :对 16例经组织学证实的前列腺癌分别在治疗前后进行常规和动态增强MRI检查。治疗分别为单纯激素替代治疗 (7例 )和激素替代治疗加外放射治疗 (9例 )。MRI检查常规应用GESignaAdvantage 1.5T超导磁共振成像仪 ,静脉注射Gd DTPA(0 .1mmol/kg体重 )。应用两室药物代谢动力学模型分别计算肿瘤病灶、前列腺良性增生和正常前列腺周围带的最大增强指数、对比剂吸收幅度、对比剂的交换率和对比剂分布指数。结果 :治疗前后PSA由 39.5 4ng/ml降为 10 .39ng/ml(P =0 .0 4 6 ) ,由MRI测量获得的肿瘤体积明显缩小 (2 .85cm3 至 0 .84cm3 ,P =0 .0 1) ,前列腺良性增生和正常前列腺周围带也明显缩小 (P <0 .0 1)。治疗前后肿瘤病灶最大增强指数和对比剂分布指数降低 ,但未见统计学差异 ;对比剂吸收幅度和交换率明显降低 (P =0 .0 0 4 ,0 .0 0 2 )。前列腺良性增生的最大增强指数和对比剂分布指数降低 (P =0 .2 84 ,0 .2 2 1) ;对比剂吸收幅度和交换率明显降低 (P =0 .0 1,0 .0 0 7)。正常周围带的对比剂吸收幅度、交换率和分布指数明显降低 (P=0 .0 0 3,0 .0 1,0 .0 4 )。结论 :动态增强MRI能够全面反映前列腺癌治疗前? | 王滨 Martin LOWRY Lindsay W TURNBULL | 2003 | 医学影像学杂志2003，13，4： | 5 |
| 2 | 放牧绵羊瘤胃液挥发性脂肪酸的变化规律及其受蠕虫感染的影响显示文摘选用敖汉细毛羊的育成母羊和成年母羊进行了3年试验。第1年试验在同一饲养水平下设对照组、常规驱虫组和缓释胶囊驱虫组;第2年和第3年又在常规饲养和改进饲养2种饲养方案下进行驱虫试验。所有试验羊在以披碱草、羊草和冰草为主的同类草场上放牧,每年进行3次驱虫处理。试验表明:放牧绵羊瘤胃液中挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)浓度随季节呈动态变化。其挥发性脂肪酸总量(TVFA)在青草期内较高;在枯草期内较低。放牧绵羊瘤胃发酵水平较低,特别在冬春季节内瘤胃发酵处于最低水平,发酵质量不高。另外,绵羊瘤胃液pH值随季节变动幅度较小。但发现在枯草期内的瘤胃液pH值高于青草期,特别在冬春季节内较高。蠕虫感染严重的时期内,蠕虫会影响绵羊瘤胃发酵水平,使瘤胃液VFA浓度降低;但常规驱虫法与缓释胶囊驱虫法间差异不显著。改进饲养与常规饲养方案对绵羊瘤胃液挥发性脂肪酸总量无显著影响。 | 王洪荣 冯宗慈 卢德勋 王晓冬 任家琨 李志明 李恒荣 王庆基 张富 D B Purser D W Peter J Lindsay | 2010 | 畜牧与饲料科学2010，31，6： | 3 |
| 3 | Variations in Wool Growth with Nutrient Supply in Northern China显示文摘Field studies on essessment of nutritional status of the grazing sheep were carried out in each of the three major grassland regions, the eastern Inner Mongolia and beyond grassland, the Inner Mongolia - Ningxia - Gansu grassland and the Xinjiang grassland, in northern China. The results obtained showed that the wool production of fine wool sheep in these regions varied between regions and seasons, with similar seasonal patterns in all regions and that reducing the seasonal variations in nutrient supply would enhance wool production substantially.
