1用喷雾法提高哈次木霉1295-22对草坪草病害的生防效果显示文摘哈次木霉(Trichoderma harzianum)1295-22菌株是一种对多种真菌病害具有较好防治效果的生物制剂。研究报道了施用1295-22的颗粒剂和雾剂对匍匐剪股颖的腐霉根腐、褐斑和币斑病的防治效果。研究表明在温室或田间,喷施1295-22的分生孢子悬浮液(SA),都显著减轻了匍匐剪股颖草坪的这3种病害。若在孢子水悬液中添加0.1%的Triton X-100的防治效果更好。若每周都喷洒SA,其防治效果相当于常规杀菌剂。撒施颗粒剂(GA)也能显著减轻根腐病、币斑病和褐斑病的叶部症状,草坪质量也有所提高。用1295-22的SA或GA处理过的剪股颖根区的木霉菌(Trichoderma spp.)群体比未处理的提高了10~100倍,但是仅在喷施SA之后,1295-22才以高水平存在。总之,1295-22在根围和叶围都有较强的竞争力。在使用颗粒剂之后再喷施分生孢子悬浮液可减轻根部和叶部病害。Lo C T Nelson E B 朱廷恒 1999国外畜牧学(草原与牧草)1999,,2:4
