| 2 | WONCA研究论文摘要汇编——慢性阻塞性肺疾病对亚太地区的影响:基于亚洲人群的EPIC调查显示文摘背景慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是一种慢性、进行性呼吸减弱的临床病症,主要临床表现为不完全可逆性气流受限。在亚太地区,关于COPD患病率的研究较多,但关于COPD影响的研究较少,本研究旨在对COPD的现患病率及其对亚太地区的影响进行综合阐述。方法 2012年2月1日—5月16日,在亚太地区的9个区域进行人群调查。共有112 300个家庭接受调查,从中抽取符合本研究纳入标准(≥40岁;确诊为COPD、慢性支气管炎或肺气肿,或伴有慢性支气管炎症状)的居民69 279例,其中确诊为COPD的居民为4 289例。采用结构式调查问卷,通过面对面采访或电话随访的形式收集居民的相关资料,最终纳入患者1 841例。结果估算COPD总患病率为6.2%,其中19.1%为重症。调查前的12个月内,近一半患者(46.0%)的病情加重,其中19.0%的患者因病情加重而入院治疗。关于COPD对工作的影响,23.0%的患者表示无法工作,42.0%的患者认为该病限制了工作或活动能力。20.0%服用处方药的患者不知晓自身服用药物的名称;44.0%的患者在调查前12个月内服用过常见口服皮质类固醇处方,而吸入器的使用率(25.0%)较低。仅有37.0%的患者进行了肺功能检查,但89.0%接受检测的患者不知晓检查结果。结论亚太地区的COPD患病率较高,因患病带来的社会经济负担较大。COPD管理能力提升空间较大,患者和医生的疾病相关教育有待加强。 | Lim1 S Chi-Leung Lam D M AR | 2015 | 中国全科医学2015，18，28： | 20 |
