1四川天宝山铅锌矿床硫化物微量元素组成:LA-ICPMS研究显示文摘'川滇黔接壤铅锌矿集区'是我国西南大面积低温成矿域的重要组成部分,对于其中铅锌矿床是否属于MVT型矿床存在较大争议。本文以该矿集区中代表性矿床——四川天宝山矿床为例,通过LA-ICPMS原位元素分析,结合元素Mapping,以认识该矿床中闪锌矿和方铅矿微量元素组成特征及其赋存状态。研究表明,矿床中闪锌矿以富集Cd、Ge贫Fe、Mn、In、Sn、Co为特征,这些元素均以类质同象形式赋存于闪锌矿中,但含量变化范围较大,这可能与其成矿流体属于低温混合流体有关,这类盆地卤水流体在长期和长距离运移过程中,流经不同基底地层,活化出其中不同微量元素,因此成分变化较大,但以低温元素为主。此外,矿床中闪锌矿Ge和Cu呈现较好正相关关系,暗示其与Zn置换方式为:nC u^(2+)+Ge^(2+)(n+1)Zn^(2+),这可能是该矿床富集Ge的重要原因之一;矿床中方铅矿以富集Ag、Sb贫Bi为特征,含微量Cd和Tl,类质同象是这些元素主要赋存形式,其置换方式为(Ag)^(1+)+(Sb)^(3+)2Pb^(2+);矿床中Ge主要赋存于闪锌矿中,而方铅矿中不含Ge。总体上,本矿床硫化物微量元素组成与MVT型矿床基本一致,明显有别于喷流沉积型矿床、岩浆热液型矿床和远源夕卡岩型矿床,其成矿温度属于低温范围,成矿流体运移方向可能为深部→浅部。结合其矿床地质地球化学特征,本文认为天宝山铅锌矿床属于MVT型矿床,但其中闪锌矿中富集Cu,而方铅矿中富集Ag,可能暗示其形成具有一定特殊性。叶霖 李珍立 胡宇思 黄智龙 周家喜 樊海峰 DANYUSHEVSKIY Leonid 2016岩石学报2016,32,11:61

3滇东北麻栗坪铅锌矿床微量元素分布与赋存状态:LA-ICPMS研究显示文摘位于扬子板块西南缘的'川滇黔接壤铅锌矿集区'是我国西南大面积低温成矿域的重要组成部分,麻栗坪铅锌矿床位于该矿集区昭通-曲靖成矿带中段,是近年来滇东北地区新发现的铅锌矿床。本文以麻栗坪铅锌矿不同硫化物为研究对象,通过LA-ICPMS原位点测试和元素Mapping分析,尝试揭示该矿床中Ge、Cd和In等微量元素在不同硫化物中分布规律与赋存状态。本次研究发现,麻栗坪矿床不同硫化物中富集的微量元素明显不同,闪锌矿主要富集Mn、Cu、Sn、Cd、In和Ge,而方铅矿主要富集Ag、Sb和Se,黄铁矿则富集As、Co和Ni。闪锌矿是分散元素Ge、In和Cd的主要载体矿物,且Cd、Ge、In、Mn、As、Sb和Ag以类质同象形式赋存于闪锌矿中;而Cu则主要以类质同象形式存在,部分Cu以黄铜矿的显微包裹体形式赋存于闪锌矿中,其中以类质同象赋存于闪锌矿中Cu和Ge呈现明显的相关性,可能暗示其与Zn的置换方式为:3Zn2+Ge4++2Cu+。总体上,该矿床闪锌矿以富集Cd、Ge,贫Fe、Mn、Co、Sn为特征,这些微量元素组成与典型MVT型矿床基本一致,明显有别于喷流沉积和岩浆热液型矿床,而与中低温条件下形成的闪锌矿微量元素组成相似。结合该矿床后生成矿特征明显等地质地球化学研究成果,我们认为该矿床应属于MVT型铅锌矿床。值得注意的是,该矿床闪锌矿相对富集In,可能暗示其形成具有特殊性,这可能与其成矿流体在长距离运移过程中所流经地层有关,该类流体活化萃取了基底地层的中-酸性岩浆岩或火山碎屑岩中的In,致使矿床中闪锌矿相对富集In。胡宇思 叶霖 黄智龙 李珍立 韦晨 Danyushevskiy Leonid 2019岩石学报2019,35,11:26

6气候变化对家庭牧场复合系统的影响及其牧民适应显示文摘家庭牧场土-草-畜-人复合生态系统是北方草原应对气候变化的基本单元,研究其适应性是促进牧区可持续发展的科学基础之一。以草业系统论构建家庭牧场气候变化适应性的研究方法,基于问卷调查研究了内蒙古草原10个旗县599个家庭牧场对气候变化的响应过程。结果表明,1)放牧地、打草场、饲料地、购草作为家庭牧场草料供给途径存在明显的区域分异,饲料地、购草之间具有替代效应;2)以干旱为主的极端气候是气候变化影响家庭牧场的关键因子,雪灾、沙尘暴、大风的影响在内蒙古各地呈现分异格局;3)牲畜、草场是气候变化作用于家庭牧场经营的主要介质,而通过土壤、人群、设施等要素对家庭牧场影响相对较小;4)购草、卖畜是牧户应对极端气候的主要适应行为,分别为保畜与减畜策略,比较而言,保畜策略更为常见。研究认为,家庭牧场复合系统对气候变化的响应发生于草畜-经营界面,草、畜2因子是反馈过程的关键节点。李西良 侯向阳 Leonid Ubugunov 丁勇 丁文强 尹燕亭 运向军 张勇 2013草业学报2013,22,1:21
7云南富乐铅锌矿床黄铁矿微量(稀散)元素组成及成因信息:LA-ICPMS研究显示文摘川滇黔铅锌矿集区是华南大面积低温成矿域的重要组成部分,区内铅锌矿床是否属于MVT型矿床长期存在争议。该区铅锌矿床以富集Ge等稀散元素为特征,闪锌矿是其主要载体矿物,但稀散元素在黄铁矿中是否富集、赋存状态及微量元素组成特征等研究基本属于空白。本文通过LA-ICPMS研究富乐黄铁矿中微量元素(尤其是稀散元素)的富集特征,发现黄铁矿中也相对富集Ge。本研究样品选自富乐矿床的富乐和富盛两个矿段,包括1350、1410和1536三个中段(由深到浅),LAICPMS分析结果表明,该矿床黄铁矿以富集Cu、As、Co、Ni为特征,局部富集Pb(Sb)和Zn(以方铅矿和闪锌矿显微包裹体形式赋存于黄铁矿中),该类黄铁矿富集的稀散元素主要为Se、Ge及少量Tl、Te,而Cd和In以类质同象形式赋存于含Zn的显微包裹体(闪锌矿)中,类质同象是其余稀散元素主要赋存形式,且黄铁矿中Ge与Cu存在较好相关关系,可能存在Cu2++Ge2+?2Fe2+耦合置换方式。此外,黄铁矿中稀散元素的富集与成矿元素(特别是Cu)的富集密切相关,随着成矿作用的进行,从矿体深部到浅部,成矿温度逐渐降低,Se/Te比值逐渐升高,且稀散元素与成矿元素呈逐渐增加趋势。研究表明,该矿床黄铁矿的Co/Ni比值基本都小于1. 00,暗示其属于沉积改造型黄铁矿,在Co-Ni和稀散元素Se-Tl含量投影图上,富乐矿床黄铁矿的投影点与MVT型矿床投影区基本一致,而明显有别于SEDEX、VMS和矽卡岩型矿床中黄铁矿的投影区,结合富乐矿床类似于MVT型的地质特征,我们认为富乐矿床属于MVT型铅锌矿床。李珍立 叶霖 胡宇思 韦晨 黄智龙 念红良 蔡金君 DANYUSHEVSKY Leonid 2019岩石学报2019,35,11:19
8Serum cytokine profile in patients with hepatitis B e antigen-negative chronic active hepatitis B and inactive hepatitis B virus carriers显示文摘An insufficient cellular immune response seems to be critical for the immunopathogenesis of chronic hepatitis B virus infection.We have previously demonstrated no differences of T-lymphocyte subsets in blood between inactive hepatitis B s antigen(HBsAg) carriers and patients with HBeAg-negative chronic active hepatitis B.This study investigated the peripheral blood cytokine profile in patients with HBeAg-negative chronic active hepatitis B infection(Group A,n = 21) and inactive HBsAg carriers(Group B,n = 13).Serum cytokines [interferon(IFN)-γ,tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin(IL)-1b,IL-4,IL-12,IL-10,IL-2,IL-5,IL-8] were analyzed by using flow cytometry.Patients with chronic active disease presented with significantly decreased levels of IFN-γ and IL-10 compared to inac-tive carriers(P = 0.048 and P = 0.008,respectively).In HBeAg-negative chronic active hepatitis B patients,a significant negative correlation of IFN-γ levels with serum hepatitis B viral load was noted(P = 0.021).In conclusion,patients with HBeAg-negative chronic active hepatitis B and HBsAg inactive carriers display a different cytokine profile.Decreased Th1 response observed in patients with chronic active hepatitis B could be implicated in the persistence of virus replication and ongoing progression of liver disease.Dimitra Dimitropoulou Marina Karakantza Georgios L Theodorou Lydia Leonidou Stelios F Assimakopoulos Athanasia Mouzaki Charalambos A Gogos 2013World Journal of Gastrointestinal Pathophysiology2013,4,1:13
9温带草原区气候变化及其对植被影响的研究进展显示文摘为了深入研究温带草原区气候变化及其对自然-社会-经济系统的影响、系统响应及适应,回顾了温带草原区气候主要要素(如温度、降雨)与旱灾的变化及未来区域气候趋势预测等方面的研究进展,重点总结了气候变化对温带草原植被影响的最新研究成果。研究发现:温带草原区呈现总体气温明显升高,降水区域差异显著,干旱年份增多、旱灾增加的变化趋势。受此影响,植物物候、生理特征、生产力、覆盖度等发生明显的变化。最后指出,在气候变化核心要素预测、研究的时空尺度等方面还不完善,今后应重视开展大尺度气候变化的时空格局,微地形下气候变化的时空异质性等方面研究,同时加强气候变化对草原植被的影响与生态系统响应以及气候变化适应等方面的研究。丁勇 侯向阳 Leonid Ubugunov 吴新宏 尹燕亭 李西良 运向军 2012中国农学通报2012,28,17:12

12峨眉火成岩省内带岩浆硫化物含矿岩体橄榄石的成因意义显示文摘峨眉火成岩省内带出露数十个含Ni-Cu-铂族元素(PGE)硫化物矿床(或矿化)的镁铁质-超镁铁质侵入岩体.根据铂族元素(PGE)含量的不同,这些岩浆硫化物矿床可分为Ni-Cu型(如力马河和清水河)、Ni-Cu-PGE型(如清矿山和黄草坪)和PGE型(如金宝山和杨合武).不同类型含矿岩体的橄榄石电子探针分析表明,除了清矿山岩体少数几个橄榄石晶体属于镁橄榄石外(Fo90.1~Fo93.1),其余均为贵橄榄石(Fo76.8~Fo89.6).不同矿化类型的岩体的橄榄石成分差异明显.Ni-Cu型硫化物含矿岩体的橄榄石Fo为77~87,Ni含量变化范围为(976~2176)×10-6.Ni-Cu-PGE型硫化物含矿岩体的橄榄石Fo为80~86,Ni含量范围为(1024~2543)×10-6.PGE型硫化物含矿岩体的橄榄石Fo为78~84,Ni含量在(776~1755)×10-6之间变化.清矿山Ni-Cu-PGE型硫化物含矿岩体橄榄石具有高Fo(最高达93.1)和CaO含量(0.245%~1.14%)、以及非常低的Ni(266×10-6)的特征,可能是同化混染作用的结果.利用力马河岩体最高Fo含量的橄榄石成分计算表明,母岩浆是高镁苦橄玄武质岩浆.橄榄石分离结晶和硫化物熔离模拟显示:Ni-Cu型矿化侵入体母岩浆经历了最广泛的硫化物熔离(~0.1%),Ni-Cu-PGE型侵入体次之,大约为0.06%,而PGE型侵入体母岩浆硫化物熔离程度最低(~0.02%).早期结晶的橄榄石晶体与间隙硅酸盐熔浆之间再平衡过程是橄榄石成分变化的原因.官建祥 宋谢炎 Leonid V.Danyushevsky 陈列锰 聂晓勇 2010地球科学(中国地质大学学报)2010,35,2:9
13Autoimmunity in acute ischemic stroke and the role of bloodbrain barrier: the dark side or the light one?显示文摘This article presents a synopsis of the current data on the mechanisms of blood-brain barrier (BBB) alteration and autoimmune response in acute ischemic stroke. Most researchers confirm the relationship between the severity of immunobiochemical changes and clinical outcome of acute ischemic stroke. Ischemic stroke is accompanied by aseptic inflammation, which alters the brain tissue and exposes the co-stimulatory molecules of the immune system and the neuronal antigens. To date, BBB is not considered the border between the immune system and central nervous system, and the local immune subsystems are found within and behind the BBB. BBB disruption contributes to the leakage of brain autoantigens and induction of secondary autoimmune response to neuronal antigens and long-term inflammation. Glymphatic system function is altered and jeopardized both in hemorrhagic and ischemic stroke types. The receptors of innate immunity (toll-like receptor-2 and toll-like receptor-4) are also involved in acute ischemia-reperfusion injury. Immune response is related to the key processes of blood clotting and fibrinolysis. At the same time, the stroke-induced immune activation may promote reparation phenomena in the brain. 14Buses retrofitting with diesel particle filters: Real-world fuel economy and roadworthiness test considerations显示文摘Retrofitting older vehicles with diesel particulate filter(DPF) is a cost-effective measure to quickly and efficiently reduce particulate matter emissions. This study experimentally analyzes real-world performance of buses retrofitted with CRT DPFs. 18 in-use Euro III technology urban and intercity buses were investigated for a period of 12 months. The influence of the DPF and of the vehicle natural aging on buses fuel economy are analyzed and discussed. While the effect of natural deterioration is about 1.2%–1.3%, DPF contribution to fuel economy penalty is found to be 0.6% to 1.8%, depending on the bus type. DPF filtration efficiency is analyzed throughout the study and found to be in average 96% in the size range of 23–560 nm. Four different load and non-load engine operating modes are investigated on their appropriateness for roadworthiness tests. 15生防因子螺旋毛壳ND35的细胞壁降解酶与重寄生作用显示文摘Some Chaetomium spp. are capable of antagonizing several plant pathogenic fungi through production of antibiotics and mycoparasitism. Secretion of lytic enzymes, mainly including glucanases and chitinases, is considered the most important step in the mycoparasitic process. In this study, an about 110kDa exo-β-1,3-glucanase from C. spirale ND35 was detected both in culture filtrate and directly on PAGE and IEF gels, as well as chitinases, although protease was not detectable on Litmus milk agar plates. 16Argo floats revealing bimodality of large-scale mid-depth circulation in the North Atlantic显示文摘Analysis of Argo float trajectories at 1 000 m and temperature at 950 m in the North Atlantic between November 2003 and January 2005 demonstrates the existence of two different circulation modes with fast transition between them. Each mode has a pair of cyclonic-anticyclonic gyres. The difference is the location of the cyclonic gyre. The cyclonic gyre stretches from southeast to northwest in the first mode and from the southwest to the northeast in the second mode. The observed modes strongly affect the heat and salt transport in the North Atlantic. 18Bound states in the continuum and high-Q resonances supported by a dielectric ridge on a slab waveguide显示文摘We investigate the diffraction of the guided modes of a dielectric slab waveguide on a simple integrated structure consisting of a single dielectric ridge on the surface of the waveguide. Numerical simulations based on aperiodic rigorous coupled-wave analysis demonstrate the existence of sharp resonant features and bound states in the continuum(BICs) in the reflectance and transmittance spectra occurring at the oblique incidence of a transverseelectric(TE)-polarized guided mode on the ridge. Using the effective index method, we explain the resonances by the excitation of cross-polarized modes of the ridge. Formation of the BICs are confirmed using a theoretical model based on coupled-wave theory. The model suggests that the BICs occur due to the coupling of quasi-TE and quasi-transverse-magnetic modes of the structure. Simple analytical expressions for the angle of incidence and the ridge width predicting the location of the BICs are obtained. The existence of high-Q resonances and BICs enables using the considered integrated structure for sensing, transformation of optical signals, and enhancing nonlinear light–matter interactions. 19Gastrointestinal microbiome and Helicobacter pylori:Eradicate,leave it as it is,or take a personalized benefit-risk approach?显示文摘Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori)is generally regarded as a human pathogen and a class 1 carcinogen,etiologically related to gastric and duodenal ulcers,gastric cancer,and mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma.However,H.pylori can also be regarded as a commensal symbiont.Unlike other pathogenic/opportunistic bacteria,H.pylori colonization in infancy is facilitated by T helper type 2 immunity and leads to the development of immune tolerance.Fucosylated gastric mucin glycans,which are an important part of the innate and adaptive immune system,mediate the adhesion of H.pylori to the surface of the gastric epithelium,contributing to successful colonization.H.pylori may have beneficial effects on the host by regulating gastrointestinal(GI)microbiota and protecting against some allergic and autoimmune disorders and inflammatory bowel disease.The potential protective role against inflammatory bowel disease may be related to both modulation of the gut microbiota and the immunomodulatory properties of H.pylori.The inverse association between H.pylori and some potentially proinflammatory and/or procarcinogenic bacteria may suggest it regulates the GI microbiota.Eradication of H.pylori can cause various adverse effects and alter the GI microbiota,leading to short-term or long-term dysbiosis.Overall,studies have shown that gastric Actinobacteria decrease after H.pylori eradication,Proteobacteria increase during short-term follow-up and then return to baseline levels,and Enterobacteriaceae and Enterococcus increase in the short-term and interim follow-up.Various gastric mucosal bacteria(Actinomyces,Granulicatella,Parvimonas,Peptostreptococcus,Prevotella,Rothia,Streptococcus,Rhodococcus,and Lactobacillus)may contribute to precancerous gastric lesions and cancer itself after H.pylori eradication.H.pylori eradication can also lead to dysbiosis of the gut microbiota,with increased Proteobacteria and decreased Bacteroidetes and Actinobacteria.The increase in gut Proteobacteria may contribute to adverse effects during and after eradication.The decrease in Actinobacteria,which are pivotal in the maintenance of gut homeostasis,can persist for>6 mo after H.pylori eradication.Furthermore,H.pylori eradication can alter the metabolism of gastric and intestinal bacteria.Given the available data,eradication cannot be an unconditional recommendation in every case of H.pylori infection,and the decision to eradicate H.pylori should be based on an assessment of the benefit-risk ratio for the individual patient.Thus,the current guidelines based on the unconditional'test-and-treat'strategy should be revised.The most cautious and careful approach should be taken in elderly patients with multiple eradication failures since repeated eradication can cause antibiotic-associated diarrhea,including severe Clostridioides difficile-associated diarrhea and colitis and antibiotic-associated hemorrhagic colitis due to Klebsiella oxytoca.Furthermore,since eradication therapy with antibiotics and proton pump inhibitors can lead to serious adverse effects and/or dysbiosis of the GI microbiota,supplementation of probiotics,prebiotics,and microbial metabolites(e.g.,butyrate+inulin)should be considered to decrease the negative effects of eradication.Stanislav Sitkin Leonid Lazebnik Elena Avalueva Svetlana Kononova Timur Vakhitov 2022World Journal of Gastroenterology2022,28,7:3
20Multichannel singular spectrum analysis of the axial atmospheric angular momentum显示文摘Earth's variable rotation is mainly produced by the variability of the AAM(atmospheric angular momentum). In particular, the axial AAM component X_3, which undergoes especially strong variations,induces changes in the Earth's rotation rate. In this study we analysed maps of regional input into the effective axial AAM from 1948 through 2011 from NCEP/NCAR reanalysis. Global zonal circulation patterns related to the LOD(length of day) were described. We applied MSSA(Multichannel Singular Spectrum Analysis) jointly to the mass and motion components of AAM, which allowed us to extract annual, semiannual, 4-mo nth, quasi-biennial, 5-year, and low-frequency oscillations. PCs(Principal components) strongly related to ENSO(El Nino southern oscillation) were released. They can be used to study ENSO-induced changes in pressure and wind fields and their coupling to LOD.
