1MicroRNA-185通过靶向调节DN-MT1/PTEN/Akt通路抑制肝细胞癌的生长显示文摘近来研究表明miRNAs与肝癌的发生密切相关,然而单个miRNAs的具体作用机制仍未完全阐明。作者对microR-NA-185(miR-185)在肝细胞癌生物学功能和分子机制方面做了一些研究。实验发现,与非肿瘤性的肝脏实质相比, miR-185在人肝细胞癌组织中的表达减少;qRT-PCR检测显示,与原代肝细胞相比, miR-185在人肝细胞癌细胞中的表达下降;在体外人肝细胞癌细胞中miR-185的过表达会抑制细胞的增殖和侵袭,并且阻止SCID小鼠体内肿瘤的生长。miR-185的过表达能够抑制肝细胞癌细胞中DNMT13′端非翻译区域荧光素酶的活性,当 miR-185结合位点发生突变时,就不存在该效应;miR-185的复制或过表达会减少肝细胞癌细胞中DNMT1蛋白的表达。这些结果表明DNMT1是miR-185在肝细胞癌细胞中的靶向作用蛋白。 DNMT1在miR-185诱导抑制肝细胞癌的增殖中所起的作用,可进一步通过DNMT1的过表达阻止miR-185诱导抑制肝细胞癌细胞的增殖和侵袭这一事实所证实。 miR-185的复制或过表达能够减少PTEN启动子DNA甲基化并且提高PTEN的表达,从而抑制Akt磷酸化;如果DNMT1过表达,这些效应刚好相反。以上结果表明:miR-185靶向作用于DNMT1,通过诱导PTEN和抑制Akt,从而抑制肝细胞癌细胞的增殖,活化或激活miR-185可能成为肝细胞癌新的治疗策略之一。Qadir X V Han C Lu D 魏建国 许春伟 2014临床与实验病理学杂志2014,30,12:12

3Complete fuzzy scheduling and fuzzy earned value management in construction projects显示文摘This paper aims to present a comprehensive proposal for project scheduling and control by applying fuzzy earned value.It goes a step further than the existing literature:in the formulation of the fuzzy earned value we consider not only its duration,but also cost and production,and alternatives in the scheduling between the earliest and latest times.The mathematical model is implemented in a prototypical construction project with all the estimated values taken as fuzzy numbers.Our findings suggest that different possible schedules and the fuzzy arithmetic provide more objective results in uncertain environments than the traditional methodology.The proposed model allows for controlling the vagueness of the environment through the adjustment of the α-cut,adapting it to the specific circumstances of the project.José Luís PONZ-TIENDA Eugenio PELLICER Víctor YEPES 2012Journal of Zhejiang University-Science A(Applied Physics & Engineering)2012,13,1:9
4汽车采用的无级变速功率分流变速器的设计显示文摘在汽车应用方面提出了无级变速功率分流变速箱的一种设想 ,该装置由两可变速带轮 (变速器 )和一行星齿轮系所谓太阳轮和内齿圈三转动构件组合而成。“功率分流”的布置特点是输入轴同时把功率传到太阳轮和主动带轮 ,并通过变速器传到行星齿轮传动的内齿圈。因为输入轴传递的输入功率一分为二 (传到太阳轮和主动带轮 ) ,变速器中仅通过输入轴总功率流的一小部分 ,行星齿轮传动的第三转动件 (转臂 )收集了由内齿圈和太阳轮传来的功率流 ,把总功率传到输出轴传到车辆。该特徵提高了发动机功率在汽车应用的许可范围 ,该特徵特别在低速 -高转矩情况下提供无级变速可变传动比的范围时还降低了与动力传动有关的功率损失。建立一个所谓“增益系数”,用它通过变速箱的可变速元件和速比间隔来确定总功率流的两个分量的大小。用一外齿轮箱可以在发动机和变速箱的最佳范围内扩展无级变速范围。提出了一个采用外啮合有级齿轮传动 (同步变速器 )实现有效传动比间隔的无级变速范围应用于汽车的设计程序 。V H Mucino Z Lu J E Smith M Kimcikiewicz B Cowan 2004传动技术2004,18,1:7
5Q-switching of waveguide lasers based on graphene/WS_2 van der Waals heterostructure显示文摘We report on the operation of passively Q-switched waveguide lasers at 1 μm wavelength based on a graphene∕WS_2 heterostructure as a saturable absorber(SA). The gain medium is a crystalline Nd:YVO_4 cladding waveguide produced by femtosecond laser writing. The nanosecond waveguide laser operation at 1064 nm has been realized with the maximum average output power of 275 m W and slope efficiency of 37%. 7Transcriptome analyses of the Dof-like gene family in grapevine reveal its involvement in berry, flower and seed development显示文摘The Dof(DNA-binding with one finger)protein family spans a group of plant transcription factors involved in the regulation of several functions,such as plant responses to stress,hormones and light,phytochrome signaling and seed germination.Here we describe the Dof-like gene family in grapevine(Vitis vinifera L.),which consists of 25 genes coding for Dof.An extensive in silico characterization of the VviDofL gene family was performed.Additionally,the expression of the entire gene family was assessed in 54 grapevine tissues and organs using an integrated approach with microarray(cv Corvina)and real-time PCR(cv Pinot Noir)analyses.The phylogenetic analysis comparing grapevine sequences with those of Arabidopsis,tomato,poplar and already described Dof genes in other species allowed us to identify several duplicated genes.The diversification of grapevine DofL genes during evolution likely resulted in a broader range of biological roles.Furthermore,distinct expression patterns were identified between samples analyzed,corroborating such hypothesis.Our expression results indicate that several VviDofL genes perform their functional roles mainly during flower,berry and seed development,highlighting their importance for grapevine growth and production.The identification of similar expression profiles between both approaches strongly suggests that these genes have important regulatory roles that are evolutionally conserved between grapevine cvs Corvina and Pinot Noir.Danielle Costenaro da Silva Vítor da Silveira Falavigna Marianna Fasoli Vanessa Buffon Diogo Denardi Porto Georgios Joannis Pappas Jr Mario Pezzotti Giancarlo Pasquali Luís Fernando Revers 2016Horticulture Research2016,3,1:5
8Recent advances in metastable alloys for hydrogen storage:a review显示文摘Development of new materials with high hydrogen storage capacity and reversible hydrogen sorp-tion performances under mild conditions has very high value in both fundamental and application aspects.In the past years,some new systems with metastable structures,such as ultra-fine nanocrystalline alloys,amorphous alloys,nanoglass alloys,immiscible alloys,high-entropy alloys,have been abundantly studied as hydrogen storage mate-rials.Many new hydrogen storage properties either from the kinetics or thermodynamics aspects have been reported.In this review,recent advances of studies on metastable alloys for hydrogen storage applications have been comprehensively reviewed.The materials preparation methods to synthesize metastable hydrogen storage alloys are firstly reviewed.Afterwards,hydrogen storage prop-erties of the metastable alloys are summarized and dis-cussed,focusing on the unique kinetics and thermodynamics properties by forming of such unique metastable structures.For examples,superior hydrogena-tion kinetics and higher hydrogen storage capacity have been achieved in Mg-based amorphous and nanoglass alloys.Destabilized thermodynamics properties can be obtained in the immiscible Mg-Mn and Mg-Zr alloys.In addition to highlighting the recent achievements of metastable alloys in the field of hydrogen storage,the remaining challenges and trends of the emerging research are also discussed.Huai-Jun Lin Yan-Shan Lu Liu-Ting Zhang Hai-Zhen Liu Kaveh Edalati Adám Révész 2022Rare Metals2022,41,6:4
