1Oxidative stress, antioxidants and intestinal calcium absorption显示文摘The disequilibrium between the production of reactive oxygen(ROS) and nitrogen(RNS) species and their elimination by protective mechanisms leads to oxidative stress. Mitochondria are the main source of ROS as by-products of electron transport chain. Most of the time the intestine responds adequately against the oxidative stress, but with aging or under conditions that exacerbate the ROS and/or RNS production, the defenses are not enough and contribute to developing intestinal pathologies. The endogenous antioxidant defense system in gut includes glutathione(GSH) and GSH-dependent enzymes as major components. When the ROS and/or RNS production is exacerbated, oxidative stress occurs and the intestinal Ca2+ absorption is inhibited. GSH depleting drugs such as DLbuthionine-S,R-sulfoximine, menadione and sodium deoxycholate inhibit the Ca2+ transport from lumen to blood by alteration in the protein expression and/or activity of molecules involved in the Ca2+ transcellular and paracellular pathways through mechanisms of oxidative stress, apoptosis and/or autophagy. Quercetin, melatonin, lithocholic and ursodeoxycholic acids block the effect of those drugs in experimental animals by their antioxidant, anti-apoptotic and/or anti-autophagic properties. 2Does autologous blood transfusion during liver transplantation for hepatocellular carcinoma increase risk of recurrence?显示文摘AIM: To analyze outcomes in patients who underwent liver transplantation(LT) for hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) and received autologous intraoperative blood salvage(IBS). METHODS: Consecutive HCC patients who underwent LT were studied retrospectively and analyzed according to the use of IBS or not. Demographic and surgical data were collected from a departmental prospective maintained database. Statistical analyses were performed using the Fisher's exact test and the Wilcoxon rank sum test to examine covariate differences between patients who underwent IBS and those who did not. Univariate and multivariate Cox regression models were developed to evaluate recurrence and death,and survival probabilities were estimated using the Kaplan-Meier method and compared by the log-rank test.RESULTS: Between 2002 and 2012,158 consecutive patients who underwent LT in the same medical center and by the same surgical team were identified. Among these patients,122(77.2%) were in the IBS group and 36(22.8%) in the non-IBS group. The overall survival(OS) and recurrence free survival(RFS) at 5 years were 59.7% and 83.3%,respectively. No differences in OS(P=0.51) or RFS(P=0.953) were detected between the IBS and non-IBS groups. On multivariate analysis for OS,degree of tumor differentiation remained as the only independent predictor. Regarding patients who received IBS,no differences were detected in OS or RFS(P=0.055 and P=0.512,respectively) according to the volume infused,even when outcomes at 90 d or longer were analyzed separately(P=0.518 for both outcomes).CONCLUSION: No differences in RFS or OS were detected according to IBS use. 3Impacted Lower Third Molar Fused with a Supernumerary Tooth—Diagnosis and Treatment Planning Using Cone-Beam Computed Tomography显示文摘This paper reported a case of fusion between an impacted third molar and a supernumerary tooth, in which a surgical intervention was carried out, with the objective of removing the dental elements. The panoramic radiography was complemented by the Donovan's radiographic technique; but because of the proximity of the dental element to the mandibular ramus, it was not possible to have a final fusion diagnosis. Hence, the Cone-Beam Computed Tomography―which provides precise threedimensional information―was used to determinate the fusion diagnosis and also to help in the surgical planning. 4Fatty liver disease in severe obese patients:Diagnostic value of abdominal ultrasound显示文摘AIM:To evaluate the sensitivity and specificity of abdominal ultrasound (US) for the diagnosis of hepatic steatosis in severe obese subjects and its relation to histological grade of steatosis. METHODS: A consecutive series of obese patients, who underwent bariatric surgery from October 2004 to May 2005, was selected. Ultrasonography was performed in all patients as part of routine preoperative time and an intraoperative wedge biopsy was obtained at the beginning of the bariatric surgery. The US and histological findings of steatosis were compared, considering histology as the gold standard. RESULTS: The study included 105 patients. The mean age was 37.2 ± 10.6 years and 75.2% were female. The histological prevalence of steatosis was 89.5%. The sensitivity and specificity of US in the diagnosis of hepatic steatosis were, respectively, 64.9% (95% CI: 54.9-74.3) and 90.9% (95% CI: 57.1-99.5). The positive predictive value and negative predictive value were, respectively, 98.4% (95% CI: 90.2-99.9) and 23.3% (95% CI: 12.3-39.0). The presence of steatosis onUS was associated to advanced grades of steatosis on histology (P = 0.016). CONCLUSION: Preoperative abdominal US in our series has not shown to be an accurate method for the diagnosis of hepatic steatosis in severe obese patients. 5Taking advantage of the potential of mesenchymal stromal cells in liver regeneration:Cells and extracellular vesicles as therapeutic strategies显示文摘Cell-based therapies for acute and chronic liver diseases are under continuous progress. Mesenchymal stem/stromal cells(MSCs) are multipotent cells able to migrate selectively to damaged tissue and contribute to its healing and regeneration. The MSC pro-regenerative effect occurs due to their immunomodulatory capacity and their ability to produce factors that promote cell protection and survival. Likewise,it has been observed that part of their paracrine effect is mediated by MSC-derived extracellular vesicles(EVs). EVs contain proteins,lipids and nucleic acids(DNA,m RNA,mi RNA,lnc RNA) from the cell of origin,allowing for intercellular communication. Recently,different studies have demonstrated that MSC-derived EVs could reproduce,at least in part,the biological effects obtained by MSCbased therapies. Moreover,due to EVs' stability for long periods of time and easy isolation methods they have become a therapeutic option to MSCs treatments. 6Impact of antiretroviral therapy on lipid metabolism of human immunodeficiency virus-infected patients: Old and new drugs显示文摘For human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)-infected patients, the 1990s were marked by the introduction of highly active antiretroviral therapy(HAART) representing a new perspective of life for these patients. The use of HAART was shown to effectively suppress the replication of HIV-1 and dramatically reduce mortality and morbidity, which led to a better and longer quality of life for HIV-1-infected patients. Apart from the substantial benefits that result from the use of various HAART regimens, laboratory and clinical experience has shown that HAART can induce severe and considerable adverse effects related to metabolic complications of lipid metabolism, characterized by signs of lipodystrophy, insulin resistance, central adiposity, dyslipidemia, increased risk of cardiovascular disease and even an increased risk of atherosclerosis. New drugs are being studied, new therapeutic strategies are being implemented, and the use of statins, fibrates, and inhibitors of intestinal cholesterol absorption have been effective alternatives. 7Clinical significance of NOD2/CARD15 and Toll-like receptor 4 gene single nucleotide polymorphisms in inflammatory bowel disease显示文摘AIM: To evaluate the role of genetic factors in the pathogenesis of Crohn's disease (CD) and ulcerative colitis (UC), we investigated the single nucleotide poly- morphisms (SNPs) of NOD2/CARD15 (R702W, G908R and L1007fi nsC), and Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) genes (D299G and T399I) in a selected inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) population coming from Southern Italy. METHODS: Allele and genotype frequencies of NOD2/ CARD15 (R702W, G908R and L1007finsC) and TLR4 (D299G and T399I) SNPs were examined in 133 CD pa-tients, in 45 UC patients, and in 103 healthy controls. A genotype-phenotype correlation was performed. RESULTS: NOD2/CARD15 R702W mutation was sig-nificantly more frequent in CD (9.8%) than in controls (2.4%, P = 0.001) and in UC (2.3%, P = 0.03). No sig-nificant difference was found between UC patients and control group (P > 0.05). In CD and UC patients, no signifi cant association with G908R variant was found. L1007f insC SNP showed an association with CD (9.8%) compared with controls (2.9%, P = 0.002) and UC patients (2.3%, P = 0.01). Moreover, in CD patients, G908R and L1007finsC mutations were significantly associated with different phenotypes compared to CD wild-type patients. No association of IBD with the TLR4 SNPs was found in either cohort (allele frequencies: D299G-controls 3.9%, CD 3.7%, UC 3.4%, P > 0.05; T399I-controls 2.9%, CD 3.0%, UC 3.4%, P > 0.05). 8Physical rehabilitation for lung transplant candidates and recipients: An evidence-informed clinical approach显示文摘Physical rehabilitation of lung transplant candidates and recipients plays an important in optimizing physical function prior to transplant and facilitating recovery of function post-transplant. As medical and surgical interventions in lung transplantation have evolved over time, there has been a demographic shift of individuals undergoing lung transplantation including older individuals, those with multiple co-morbidites, and candidates with respiratory failure requiring bridging to transplantation. These changes have an impact on the rehabilitation needs of lung transplant candidates and recipients. This review provides a practical approach to rehabilitation based on research and clinical practice at our transplant centre. It focuses on functional assessment and exercise prescription during an uncomplicated and complicated clinical course in the pre-transplant, early and late post-transplant periods. 9What have we learned about the kallikrein-kinin and renin-angiotensin systems in neurological disorders?显示文摘The kallikrein-kinin system(KKS) is an intricate endogenous pathway involved in several physiological and pathological cascades in the brain. Due to the pathological effects of kinins in blood vessels and tissues, their formation and degradation are tightly controlled. Their components have been related to several central nervous system diseases such as stroke, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, epilepsy and others. Bradykinin and its receptors(B1R and B2R) may have a role in the pathophysiology of certain central nervous system diseases. It has been suggested that kinin B1R is up-regulated in pathological conditions and has a neurodegenerative pattern, while kinin B2R is constitutive and can act as a neuroprotective factor in many neurological conditions. The renin angiotensin system(RAS) is an important blood pressure regulator and controls both sodium and water intake. AngⅡ is a potent vasoconstrictor molecule and angiotensin converting enzyme is the major enzyme responsible for its release. AngⅡ acts mainly on the AT1 receptor, with involvement in several systemic and neurological disorders. Brain RAS has been associated with physiological pathways, but is also associated with brain disorders. 11纤溶系统激活的实验研究—儿茶酚胺对纤溶活性的影响显示文摘用不同浓度儿茶酚胺灌流大鼠下肢血管床,观察它们对血管内皮细胞释放纤溶酶原激活剂(PA)的作用。结果显示,同样浓度(25μM)儿茶酚胺所引起的PA释放效应以肾上腺素为最强,去甲肾上腺素次之,异丙基肾上腺素作用最弱,PA活性分别是0.202±0.038,0.117±0.006,0.097±0.007(U/ml,(?)±SE)。β肾上腺素能受体阻断剂心得安完全拮抗异丙基肾上腺素诱导PAL活性升高,部分抑制去甲肾上腺素、肾上腺素的作用。α、β肾上腺素能受体阻断剂(酚妥拉明+心得安)协同作用时,肾上腺素、去甲肾上腺素的这种PA活性升高效应基本抑制。本文还发现,剧烈运动产生应激反应时血浆去甲肾上腺素含量明显升高,为2.45±0.45(ng/ml,(?)±SE),与对照值(0.88±0.20)比P<0.01。与此同时伴随纤溶活性显著增加。实验结果提示:外源性儿茶酚胺诱导PA释放效应主要经由β肾上腺素能受体介导,α肾上腺素能受体涉及部分作用,内源性儿茶酚胺水平升高可引起纤溶活性增加。朱广瑾 周胡凤 Mussoni Luciana 1991中国病理生理杂志1991,7,3:7

13Speckle tracking echocardiography to assess regional ventricular function in patients with apical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy显示文摘AIM To explore regional systolic strain of midwall and endocardial segments using speckle tracking echocardiography in patients with apical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy(HCM).METHODS We prospectively assessed 20 patients(mean age 53 ± 16 years,range:18-81 years,10 were male),with apical HCM. We measured global longitudinal peak systolic strain(GLPSS) in the midwall and endocardium of the left ventricle. RESULTS The diastolic thickness of the 4 apical segments was 16.25 ± 2.75 mm. All patients had a normal global systolicfunction with a fractional shortening of 50% ± 8%. In spite of supernormal left ventricular(LV) systolic function,midwall GLPSS was decreased in all patients,more in the apical(-7.3% ±-8.8%) than in basal segments(-15.5% ±-6.93%),while endocardial GLPPS was significantly greater and reached normal values(apical:-22.8% ±-7.8%,basal:-17.9% ±-7.5%). CONCLUSION This study shows that two-dimensional strain was decreased mainly confined to the mesocardium,while endocardium myocardial deformation was preserved in HCM and allowed to identify subclinical LV dysfunction. This transmural heterogeneity in systolic strain had not been previously described in HCM and could be explained by the distribution of myofibrillar disarray in deep myocardial areas. 15Glutathione depleting drugs, antioxidants and intestinal calcium absorption显示文摘Glutathione(GSH) is a tripeptide that constitutes one of the main intracellular reducing compounds. The normal content of GSH in the intestine is essential to optimize the intestinal Ca2+ absorption. The use of GSH depleting drugs such as DL-buthionine-S,R-sulfoximine, menadione or vitamin K3, sodium deoxycholate or diets enriched in fructose, which induce several features of the metabolic syndrome, produce inhibition of the intestinal Ca2+ absorption. The GSH depleting drugs switch the redox state towards an oxidant condition provoking oxidative/nitrosative stress and inflammation, which lead to apoptosis and/or autophagy of the enterocytes. Either the transcellular Ca2+ transport or the paracellular Ca2+ route are altered by GSH depleting drugs. The gene and/or protein expression of transporters involved in the transcellular Ca2+ pathway are decreased. The flavonoids quercetin and naringin highly abrogate the inhibition of intestinal Ca2+ absorption, not only by restoration of the GSH levels in the intestine but also by their anti-apoptotic properties. Ursodeoxycholic acid, melatonin and glutamine also block the inhibition of Ca2+ transport caused by GSH depleting drugs. 16Role of sex hormones in gastrointestinal motility in pregnant and non-pregnant rats显示文摘AIM: To correlate gastric contractility, gastrointestinal transit, and hormone levels in non-pregnant(estrous cycle) and pregnant rats using noninvasive techniques. METHODS: Female rats(n = 23) were randomly divided into(1) non-pregnant,(contractility, n =6; transit, n = 6); and(2) pregnant(contractility, n = 5; transit, n = 6). In each estrous cycle phase or at 0, 7, 14, and 20 d after the confirmation of pregnancy, gastrointestinal transit was recorded by AC biosusceptometry(ACB), and gastric contractility was recorded by ACB and electromyography. After each recording, blood samples were obtained for progesterone and estradiol determination. RESULTS: In the estrous cycle, despite fluctuations of sex hormone levels, no significant changes in gastrointestinal motility were observed. Days 7 and 14 of pregnancy were characterized by significant changes in the frequency of contractions(3.90 ± 0.42 cpm and 3.60 ± 0.36 cpm vs 4.33 ± 0.25 cpm) and gastric emptying(168 ± 17 min and 165 ± 15 min vs 113 ± 15 min) compared with day 0. On these same days, progesterone levels significantly increased compared with control(54.23 ± 15.14 ng/m L and 129.96 ± 30.52 ng/mL vs 13.25 ± 6.31 ng/mL). On day 14, we observed the highest level of progesterone and the lowest level of estradiol compared with day 0(44.3 ± 15.18 pg/mL vs 24.96 ± 5.96 pg/mL). CONCLUSION: Gastrointestinal motility was unaffected by the estrous cycle. 17Percutaneous radiofrequency ablation for early hepatocellular carcinoma: Risk factors for survival显示文摘AIM: To evaluate outcomes of radiofrequency ablation(RFA) therapy for early hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) and identify survival- and recurrence-related factors. METHODS: Consecutive patients diagnosed with early HCC by computed tomography(CT) or magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)(single nodule of ≤ 5 cm, or multi-(up to 3) nodules of ≤ 3 cm each) and who underwent RFA treatment with curative intent between January 2010 and August 2011 at the Instituto do Cancer do Estado de S o Paulo, Brazil were enrolled in the study. RFA of the liver tumors(with 1.0 cm ablative margin) was carried out under CT-fluoro scan and ultrasonic image guidance of the percutaneous ablation probes. Procedure-related complications were recorded. At 1-mo post-RFA and 3-mo intervals thereafter, CT and MRI were performed to assess outcomes of complete response(absence of enhancing tissue at the tumor site) or incomplete response(enhancing tissue remaining at the tumor site). Overall survival and diseasefree survival rates were estimated by the Kaplan-Meier method and compared by the log rank test or simple Cox regression. The effect of risk factors on survival was assessed by the Cox proportional hazard model. RESULTS: A total of 38 RFA sessions were performed during the study period on 34 patients(age in years: mean, 63 and range, 49-84). The mean follow-up time was 22 mo(range, 1-33). The study population showed predominance of male sex(76%), less severe liver disease(Child-Pugh A, n = 26; Child-Pugh B, n = 8), and single tumor(65%). The maximum tumor diameters ranged from 10 to 50 mm(median, 26 mm). The initial(immediately post-procedure) rate of RFAinduced complete tumor necrosis was 90%. The probability of achieving complete response was significantly greater in patients with a single nodule(vs patients with multi-nodules, P = 0.04). Two patients experienced major complications, including acute pulmonary edema(resolved with intervention) and intestinal perforation(led to death). The 1- and 2-year overall survival rates were 82% and 71%, respectively. Sex, tumor size, initial response, and recurrence status influenced survival, but did not reach the threshold of statistical significance. Child-Pugh class and the model for end-stage liver disease score were identified as predictors of survival by simple Cox regression, but only Child-Pugh class showed a statistically significant association to survival in multiple Cox regression analysis(HR = 15; 95%CI: 3-76 mo; P = 0.001). The 1-and 2-year cumulative disease-free survival rates were 65% and 36%, respectively. 18Phagocytosis(cannibalism) of apoptotic neutrophils by tumor cells in gastric micropapillary carcinomas显示文摘AIM:To identify those with a micropapillary pattern,ascertain relative frequency and document clinicopathological characteristics by reviewing gastric carcinomas.METHODS:One hundred and fifty-one patients diagnosed with gastric cancer who underwent gastrectomy were retrospectively studied and the presence of a regional invasive micropapillary component was evaluated by light microscopy.All available hematoxylin-eosin(HE)-stained slides were histologically reviewed and 5 tumors were selected as putative micropapillary carcinoma when cancer cell clusters without a vascular core within empty lymphatic-like space comprised at least5%of the tumor.Tumor tissues from these 5 invasive gastric carcinomas were immunostained using an antimucin 1(MUC1)antibody(clone MA695)to detect the characteristic inside-out pattern and with D2-40antibody to determine the presence of intratumoral lymph vessels.Detection of intraepithelial neutrophil apoptosis was evaluated in consecutive histological tissue sections by three independent methods,namely light microscopy with HE staining,the conventional terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated d UTP-biotin nick end-labeling(TUNEL)method and immunohistochemistry for activated caspase-3(clone C92-605).RESULTS:Among 151 gastric cancers resected for cure,5(3.3%)were adenocarcinomas with a micropapillary component.Four of the patients died of disease from 6 to 23 mo and one patient was alive with metastases at 9 mo.All patients had advanced-stage cancer(≥p T2)and lymph node metastasis.Positive MUC1 immunostaining on the stroma-facing surface(inside-out pattern)of the carcinomatous cluster cells,together with negative immunostaining for D2-40 in the cells limiting lymphatic-like spaces,confirmed the true micropapillary pattern in these gastric neoplasms.In all five cases,several micropapillae were infiltrated by neutrophils.HE staining,TUNEL assay and immunostaining for caspase-3 demonstrated apoptoticneutrophils within cytoplasmic vacuoles of tumor cells.These data suggest phagocytosis(cannibalism)of apoptotic neutrophils by micropapillary tumor cells.Tumor cell cannibalism is usually found in aggressive tumors with anaplastic morphology.Our data extend these observations to gastric micropapillary carcinoma:a tumor histotype analogously characterized by aggressive behavior and poor prognosis.The results are of interest because they raise the intriguing possibility that neutrophil cannibalism by tumor cells may be one of the mechanisms favoring tumor growth in gastric micropapillary carcinomas.CONCLUSION:This is the first study showing phagocytosis(cannibalism)of apoptotic neutrophils by tumor cells in gastric micropapillary carcinomas.Valeria Barresi Giovanni Branca Antonio Ieni Luciana Rigoli Giovanni Tuccari Rosario Alberto Caruso 2015World Journal of Gastroenterology2015,21,18:4
19Diabetic gastroenteropathy:An underdiagnosed complication显示文摘This article is an extensive review that provides an update on the pathophysiology,symptoms,diagnosis,and treatment of diabetic gastroenteropathy.There is no reported prevalence,but it has been described that patients with type 1 diabetes have a cumulative incidence at 10 years of 5.2%,and type 2 patients,1%.Also,in the group of type 1 diabetes,it has been observed that women are more likely to present this condition(5.8%vs 3.5%).Many factors are associate with its development(e.g.,hyperglycemia,vagal dysfunction,loss of expression of neural nitric oxide synthase in the myenteric plexus,alterations in the Cajal interstitial cell network,and oxidative stress).Gastrointestinal discomfort could be perceived 70% higher in diabetic patients,describing that 25%of diabetic patients experience gastrointestinal symptoms.Diabetic enteropathy could affect any portion of the gastrointestinal tract,but esophageal alterations were described in more than 60% of diabetic patients,also 60% of them present constipation,and 20%,diarrhea.Gastric emptying scintigraphy is useful to evaluate gastroparesis,therefore,gastric retention of more than 60%at 2 h has a sensitivity of 100% and specificity of 20% for diagnosis;however,other studies such as breath tests,with a sensitivity of 89% and a specificity of 80%,or the endoscopic capsule contribute to the diagnosis.There is no cure;however,management must be multidisciplinary,focused on slowing the progression of diabetic gastroenteropathy,reducing symptoms,and restoring function;that includes nutritional recommendation,maintain glucose levels kept below 180 mg/dL,use of prokinetics,anti-emetics;nowadays,it has been special interest in surgical treatment,such as pyloroplasty,also gastric electrical stimulation appears to be another alternative.Marcio JoséConcepción Zavaleta Jhean Gabriel Gonzáles Yovera Diego Martín Moreno Marreros Luciana del Pilar Rafael Robles Kely Roxana Palomino Taype Karen Nohelly Soto Gálvez Luis Fernando Arriola Torres Julia Cristina Coronado Arroyo Luis Alberto Concepción Urteaga 2021World Journal of Diabetes2021,12,6:4
20Intravenous vs intraperitoneal mesenchymal stem cells administration:What is the best route for treating experimental colitis?显示文摘AIM:To investigate the therapeutic effects of mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)transplanted intraperitoneally andintravenously in a murine model of colitis.METHODS:MSCs were isolated from C57BL/6 mouse adipose tissue.MSC cultures were analyzed according to morphology,cellular differentiation potential,and surface molecular markers.Experimental acute colitis was induced in C57BL/6 mice by oral administration of2%dextran sulfate sodium(DSS)in drinking water ad libitum from days 0 to 7.Colitis mice were treated with1×106 MSCs via intraperitoneal or intravenous injection on days 2 and 5.The disease activity index was determined daily based on the following parameters:weight loss,stool consistency and presence of blood in the feces and anus.To compare morphological and functional differences in tissue regeneration between different MSC injection modalities,mice were euthanized on day 8,and their colons were examined for length,weight,and histopathological changes.Inflammatory responses were determined by measuring the levels of different serum cytokines using a CBA Th1/Th2/Th17 kit.Apoptotic rates were evaluated by terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated d UDPbiotin nick end labeling assay.RESULTS:Intravenous infusion of MSCs was more effective than intraperitoneal treatment(P<0.001)in reducing the clinical and histopathologic severity of colitis,which includes weight loss,diarrhea and inflammation.An histological evaluation demonstrated decreased colonic inflammation based on reduced crypt loss and reduced infiltration of inflammatory cells.This therapeutic effect was most likely mediated by the down-regulation of pro-inflammatory cytokines[interleukin(IL)-6 and tumor necrosis factor(TNF)];and by the up-regulation of anti-inflammatory cytokines(IL-10 and IL-4).Intravenous transplantation alsoinduced high levels of IFN that lead to activation of the immunosuppressive activity of the MSCs,which did not occur with intraperitoneal transplantation(P=0.006).An increase in apoptotic T cells was observed after intravenous,but not intraperitoneal,MSC infusion,suggesting that MSCs can induce apoptosis in resistant T cells in colonic inflammation(P=0.027).CONCLUSION:Our results demonstrate that intravenous treatment is a superior method for reducing colon inflammation compared with intraperitoneal therapy.Fabiany da Costa Goncalves Natália Schneider Fernanda Otesbelgue Pinto Fabíola Schons Meyer Fernanda Visioli Bianca Pfaffenseller Patrícia Luciana da Costa Lopez Eduardo Pandolfi Passos Elizabeth Obino Cirne-Lima Luíse Meurer Ana Helena Paz 2014World Journal of Gastroenterology2014,20,48:4
