1Formation and adjustment of manned/unmanned combat aerial vehicle cooperative engagement system显示文摘Manned combat aerial vehicles(MCAVs), and unmanned combat aerial vehicles(UCAVs) together form a cooperative engagement system to carry out operational mission, which will be a new air engagement style in the near future. On the basis of analyzing the structure of the MCAV/UCAV cooperative engagement system, this paper divides the unique system into three hierarchical levels, respectively, i.e., mission level, task-cluster level and task level. To solve the formation and adjustment problem of the latter two levels, three corresponding mathematical models are established. To solve these models, three algorithms called quantum artificial bee colony(QABC) algorithm, greedy strategy(GS) and two-stage greedy strategy(TSGS) are proposed. 2Bioaugmentation with a pyridine-degrading bacterium in a membrane bioreactor treating pharmaceutical wastewater显示文摘The bacterial strain Paracoccus denitrificans W12,which could utilize pyridine as its sole source of carbon and nitrogen,was added into a membrane bioreactor(MBR)to enhance the treatment of a pharmaceutical wastewater.The treatment efciencies investigated showed that the removal of chemical oxygen demand,total nitrogen,and total phosphorus were similar between bioaugmented and non-bioaugmented MBRs,however,significant removal of pyridine was obtained in the bioaugmented reactor.When the hydraulic retention time was 60 hr and the influent concentration of pyridine was 250–500 mg/L,the mean efuent concentration of pyridine without adding W12 was 57.2 mg/L,while the pyridine was degraded to an average of 10.2 mg/L with addition of W12.The bacterial community structure of activated sludge during the bioaugmented treatment was analyzed using polymerase chain reaction-denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis(PCR-DGGE).The results showed that the W12 inoculum reversed the decline of microbial community diversity,however,the similarity between bacterial community structure of the original sludge and that of the sludge after bioaugmentation decreased steadily during the wastewater treatment.Sequencing of the DNA recovered from DGGE gel indicated that Flavobacteriaceae sp.,Sphingobium sp.,Comamonas sp.,and Hyphomicrobium sp.were the dominant organisms in time sequence in the bacterial community in the bioaugmented MBR.This implied that the bioaugmentation was afected by the adjustment of whole bacterial community structure in the inhospitable environment,rather than being due solely to the degradation performance of the bacterium added.Donghui Wen Jing Zhang Ruilin Xiong Rui Liu Lujun Chen 2013Journal of Environmental Sciences2013,25,11:9
3Enhanced light-matter interactions in dielectric nanostructures via machine-learning approach显示文摘A key concept underlying the specific functionalities of metasurfaces is the use of constituent components to shape the wavefront of the light on demand.Metasurfaces are versatile,novel platforms for manipulating the scattering,color,phase,or intensity of light.Currently,one of the typical approaches for designing a metasurface is to optimize one or two variables among a vast number of fixed parameters,such as various materials’properties and coupling effects,as well as the geometrical parameters.Ideally,this would require multidimensional space optimization through direct numerical simulations.Recently,an alternative,popular approach allows for reducing the computational cost significantly based on a deep-learning-assisted method.We utilize a deep-learning approach for obtaining high-quality factor(high-Q)resonances with desired characteristics,such as linewidth,amplitude,and spectral position.We exploit such high-Q resonances for enhancedlight–matter interaction in nonlinearoptical metasurfaces and optomechanical vibrations,simultaneously.We demonstrate that optimized metasurfaces achieve up to 400-fold enhancement of the third-harmonic generation;at the same time,they also contribute to 100-fold enhancement of the amplitude of optomechanical vibrations.This approach can be further used to realize structures with unconventional scattering responses.Lei Xu Mohsen Rahmani Yixuan Ma Daria ASmirnova Khosro Zangeneh Kamali Fu Deng Yan Kei Chiang Lujun Huang Haoyang Zhang Stephen Gould Dragomir N.Neshev Andrey E.Miroshnichenko 2020Advanced Photonics2020,2,2:8
4Revealing the anaerobic acclimation of microbial community in a membrane bioreactor for coking wastewater treatment by Illumina Miseq sequencing显示文摘The dynamic change of microbial community during sludge acclimation from aerobic to anaerobic in a MBR for coking wastewater treatment was revealed by Illumina Miseq sequencing in this study. The diversity of both Bacteria and Archaea showed an increase–decrease trajectory during acclimation, and exhibited the highest at the domestication interim. Ignavibacteria changed from a tiny minority(less than 1%) to the dominant bacterial group(54.0%) along with acclimation. The relative abundance of Betaproteobacteria kept relatively steady, as in this class some species increased coupled with some other species decreased during acclimation. The dominant Archaea shifted from Halobacteria in initial aerobic sludge to Methanobacteria in the acclimated anaerobic sludge. The dominant bacterial and archaeal groups in different acclimation stages were indigenous microorganisms in the initial sludge, though some of them were very rare. 5Synergistic effect of ozonation and ionizing radiation for PVA decomposition显示文摘Ozonation and ionizing radiation are both advanced oxidation processes(AOPs) without chemical addition and secondary pollution. Also, the two processes' efficiency is determined by different p H conditions, which creates more possibilities for their combination. Importantly,the combined process of ozonation and ionizing radiation could be suitable for treating wastewaters with extreme p H values, i.e., textile wastewater. To find synergistic effects, the combined process of ozonation and ionizing radiation mineralization was investigated for degradation of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) at different p H levels. A synergistic effect was found at initial p H in the range 3.0–9.4. When the initial p H was 3.0, the combined process of ozonation and ionizing radiation gave a PVA mineralization degree of 17%. This was 2.7 times the sum achieved by the two individual processes, and factors of 2.1 and 1.7 were achieved at initial p H of7.0 and 9.4, respectively. 7Evolution of microstructure and high temperature tensile properties of as-extruded Ti Bw reinforced near-α titanium matrix composite subjected to heat treatments显示文摘The Ti Bw reinforced near-α titanium matrix composite(Ti-5.8 Al-3.4 Zr-4.0 Sn-0.4 Mo-0.4 Nb-0.4 Si-0.06 C) was successfully synthesized by powder metallurgy and hot extrusion route. The effects of solution and aging temperature on the microstructure and high temperature tensile properties of the composite were investigated. The results revealed that the fine transformed β phase can be obtained by the solution treatment at β phase region and aging treatment, no other precipitates were observed. The α2 phase(Ti3 Al) can be acquired when the solution treated at α+β phase region followed by aging treatment. With increasing the aging temperature from 500 to 700°C for 5 h, the size of α2 precipitates increases from about 5 to about 30 nm. The Ti Bw are stable without any interfacial reaction during the heat treatments. The high temperature tensile properties show that the composite performed by solution and aging treatment exhibits good strengthening effects. 8Structural Engineering of Hierarchical Aerogels Comprised of Multi-dimensional Gradient Carbon Nanoarchitectures for Highly Efficient Microwave Absorption显示文摘Recently,multilevel structural carbon aerogels are deemed as attractive candidates for microwave absorbing materials.Nevertheless,excessive stack and agglomeration for low-dimension carbon nanomaterials inducing impedance mismatch are significant challenges.Herein,the delicate“3D helix-2D sheet-1D fiber-0D dot”hierarchical aerogels have been successfully synthesized,for the first time,by sequential processes of hydrothermal self-assembly and in-situ chemical vapor deposition method.Particularly,the graphene sheets are uniformly intercalated by 3D helical carbon nanocoils,which give a feasible solution to the mentioned problem and endows the as-obtained aerogel with abundant porous structures and better dielectric properties.Moreover,by adjusting the content of 0D core-shell structured particles and the parameters for growth of the 1D carbon nanofibers,tunable electromagnetic properties and excellent impedance matching are achieved,which plays a vital role in the microwave absorption performance.As expected,the optimized aerogels harvest excellent performance,including broad effective bandwidth and strong reflection loss at low filling ratio and thin thickness.This work gives valuable guidance and inspiration for the design of hierarchical materials comprised of dimensional gradient structures,which holds great application potential for electromagnetic wave attenuation.Yongpeng Zhao Xueqing Zuo Yuan Guo Hui Huang Hao Zhang Ting Wang Ningxuan Wen Huan Chen Tianze Cong Javid Muhammad Xuan Yang Xinnan Wang Zeng Fan Lujun Pan 2021Nano-Micro Letters2021,13,9:5
9Formation and evolution of layered structure in dissimilar welded joints between ferritic-martensitic steel and 316L stainless steel with fillers显示文摘Dissimilar high-energy beam(HEB)welding is necessary in many industrial applications.Different composition of heat-affected zone(HAZ)and weld metal(WM)lead to variation in mechanical properties within the dissimilar joint,which determines the performance of the welded structure.In the present study,appropriate filler material was used during electron beam welding(EBW)to obtain a reliable dissimilar joint between reduced-activation ferritic-martensitic(RAFM)steel and 316L austenitic stainless steel.It was observed that the layered structure occurred in the weld metal with 310S filler(310S-WM),which had the inferior resistance to thermal disturbance,leading to severe hardening of 310S-WM after one-step tempering treatment.To further ameliorate the joint inhomogeneity,two-step heat treatment processes were imposed to the joints and optimized.δ-ferrite in the layered structure transformed intoγ-phase in the first-step normalizing and remained stable during cooling.In the second-step of tempering,tempered martensite was obtained in the HAZ of the RAFM steel,while the microstructure of 310S-WM was not affected.Thus,the optimized properties for HAZ and 310S-WM in dissimilar welded joint was both obtained by a two-step heat treatment.The creep failure position of two dissimilar joints both occurred in CLAM-BM.Guoliang Liu Shanwu Yang Jianwen Ding Wentuo Han Lujun Zhou Mengqi Zhang Shanshan Zhou RDKMisra Farong Wan Chengjia Shang 2019Journal of Materials Science & Technology2019,35,11:4
10NS1-binding protein radiosensitizes esophageal squamous cell carcinoma by transcriptionally suppressing c-Myc显示文摘Background:Cisplatin-based chemotherapy with concurrent radiotherapy is a standard treatment for advanced esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC).NS1-binding protein(NS1-BP),a member of the BTB-kelch protein fam-ily,has been shown to inhibit the proliferation of Hela cells by suppressing c-Myc.In the present study,we examined the potential function role of NS1-BP expression in ESCC,and particularly,the sensitivity of ESCC to radiotherapy.Methods:NS1-BP expression was examined using immunohistochemistry in two cohorts(n=98 for the training cohort;n=46 for independent validation cohort)of ESCC patients receiving cisplatin-based chemotherapy and con-current radiotherapy.Normal esophageal mucosal tissue blocks were used as a control.We also conducted a series of in vitro and in vivo experiments to examine the potential effects of over-expressing NS1-BP on ESCC cells,and particu-larly their sensitivity to ionizing irradiation.Results:In the training cohort,NS1-BP downregulation was observed in 59%(85/144)of the ESCC specimens.NS1-BP downregulation was associated with chemoradiotherapeutic resistance and shorter disease-specific survival(DSS)in both the training and validation cohorts.Over-expressing NS1-BP in cultured ESCC cells substantially increased the cellular response to irradiation both in vitro and in vivo.NS1-BP also significantly enhanced IR-induced apoptosis,and abrogated IR-induced G2/M cell-cycle arrest and ATM/Chk1 phosphorylation.Immunoprecipitation assays indicated that NS1-BP could interact with c-Myc promoter regions to inhibit its transcription.In ESCC tissues,c-Myc expression was inversely correlated with NS1-BP levels,and was associated with a shorter DSS.Conclusions:Our findings highlight the role and importance of NS1-BP in radiosensitivity of ESCC.Targeting the NS1-BP/c-Myc pathway may provide a novel therapeutic strategy for ESCC.Yuwen Wang Jingjing Cheng Dan Xie Xiaofeng Ding Hailing Hou Xi Chen Puchun Er Furong Zhang Lujun Zhao Zhiyong Yuan Qingsong Pang Ping Wang Dong Qian 2018Cancer Communications2018,38,1:4
11Value of low-dose and optimized-length computed tomography(CT)scan in CT-guided percutaneous transthoracic needle biopsy of pulmonary nodules显示文摘Objective:To investigate the value of application of low-dose and optimized length CT scan on puncture results,complications and patients’radiation dosage during CT-guided percutaneous biopsy of pulmonary nodules(PTNB).Methods:A total of 231 patients with PTNB under CT guidance were collected.Low dose scanning utilized tube current of 20 mA as compared with 40 mA in conventional dosage.Optimized length in CT is defined as intentionally narrowing the range of CT scanning just to cover 25 mm(5 layers)around the target layer during needle adjustment.According to whether low-dose scans and optimized length scans techniques were utilized,patients were divided into three groups:conventional group(conventional sequence+no optimization),optimized length group(conventional sequence+optimized length),and low-dose optimized length group(low dose sequence+optimized length).The ED(effective dose),the DLP(dose length product),the average CTDIvol(Volume CT dose index),total milliampere second between subgroups were compared.Results:Compared with the conventional group,ED,intraoperative guidance DLP,total milliseconds and operation time in the optimized length group were reduced by 18.2%(P=0.01),37%(P=0.003),17.5%(P=0.013)and13.3%(P=0.021)respectively.Compared with the optimized length group,the ED was reduced by 87%,preoperative positioning,intraoperative guidance and postoperative review DLP were also reduced by 88%,total milliampere second was reduced by 79%,with an average CTDIvol was reduced by 86%,in the low-dose optimized length group(P<0.001 for all).Conclusion:Optimizing the length during CT scanning can effectively reduce the intraoperative radiation dose and reduce the operation time compared with conventional plan;low-dose and optimized length CT scan can further reduce the total radiation dose compared with optimized length group with no differences on intraoperative complications,biopsy results and operation time.Hui Yuan Da Li Yan Zhang Xiaozhen Xie Lujun Shen 2021Journal of Interventional Medicine2021,4,3:4
12Impacts of SIS and CICE as Sea Ice Components in BCC_CSM on the Simulation of the Arctic Climate显示文摘Sea ice is a sensitive indicator of climate change and an important component of climate system models. The Los Alamos Sea Ice Model 5.0(CICE5.0) was introduced to the Beijing Climate Center Climate System Model(BCC_CSM) as a new alternative to the Sea Ice Simulator(SIS). The principal purpose of this paper is to analyze the impacts of these two sea ice components on simulations of basic Arctic sea ice, atmosphere, and ocean states. Two sets of experiments were conducted with the same configurations except for the sea ice component used, i.e., SIS and CICE. The distributions of sea ice concentration and thickness reproduced by the CICE simulations in both March and September were closer to actual observations than those reproduced by SIS simulations, which presented a very thin sea ice cover in September. Changes in sea ice conditions also brought about corresponding modifications to the atmosphere and ocean circulation. CICE simulations showed higher agreement with the reference datasets than did SIS simulations for surface air temperature, sea level pressure, and sea surface temperature in most parts of the Arctic Ocean. More importantly, compared with simulations with SIS, BCC_CSM with CICE revealed stronger Atlantic meridional overturning circulation(AMOC), which is more consistent with actual observations. Thus, CICE shows better performance than SIS in BCC_ CSM. However, both components demonstrate a number of common weaknesses, such as overestimation of the sea ice cover in winter, especially in the Nordic Sea and the Sea of Okhotsk. 13Fabrication of(TiB/Ti)-TiAl composites with a controlled laminated architecture and enhanced mechanical properties显示文摘The(TiB/Ti)-TiAl composites with a laminated structure composing of alternating TiB/Ti composite layers,α_(2)-Ti_(3)Al interfacial reaction layers of andγ-TiAl layers were successfully pre pared by spark plasma sintering of alternately stacked Tib_(2)/Ti powder layers and TiAl powder layers.And the influence of thickness ratio of Tib_(2)/Ti powder layers to TiAl powder layers on microstructure evolution and mechanical properties of the re sulting(TiB/Ti)-TiAl laminated composites were investigated systemically.The results showed that the thickening ofα_(2)-Ti_(3)Al layers which originated from the reaction of Ti and TiAl was significantly hindered by introducing Tib_(2)particles into starting Ti powders.As the thickness ratio of Tib_(2)/Ti powder layers to TiAl powder layers increased,the bending fracture strength and fracture toughness at room temperature of the final(TiB/Ti)-TiAl laminated composites were remarkably improved,especially for the(TiB/Ti)-TiAl composites prepared by Tib_(2)/Ti powder layers with thickness of 800μm and TiAl powder layers with thickness of 400μm,whose fracture toughness and bending strength were up to 51.2 MPa·m^(1/2)and 1456 MPa,respectively,293%and 108%higher than that of the monolithic TiAl alloys in the present work.This was attributed to the addition of high-performance network TiB/Ti composite layers.Moreover,it was noteworthy that the ultimate tensile strength at 700℃of(TiB/Ti)-TiAl composites fabricated by 400μm thick Tib_(2)/Ti powder layers and 400μm thick TiAl powder layers was as high as that at 550℃of network TiB/Ti composites.This means the service temperature of(TiB/Ti)-TiAl laminated composites was likely raised by 150℃,meanwhile a good combination of high strength and high toughness at ambient tempe rature could be maintained.Finally,the fracture mechanism of(TiB/Ti)-TiAl laminated composites was proposed.Hao Ding Xiping Cui Naonao Gao Yuan Sun Yuanyuan Zhang Lujun Huang Lin Geng 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,3:3

15Distributed tasks-platforms scheduling method to holonic-C2 organization显示文摘To solve the problem of distributed tasks-platforms scheduling in holonic command and control(C2) organization,the basic elements of the organization are analyzed firstly and the formal description of organizational elements and structure is provided. Based on the improvement of task execution quality,a single task resource scheduling model is established and the solving method based on the m-best algorithm is proposed. For the problem of tactical decision-holon cannot handle tasks with low priority effectively, a distributed resource scheduling collaboration mechanism based on platform pricing and a platform exchange mechanism based on resource capacities are designed. Finally,a series of experiments are designed to prove the effectiveness of these methods. 17最新版海冰模式CICE的优势:基于北极海冰时空特征的评估显示文摘【研究目的】海冰模式CICE(Los Alamos sea ice model)作为当前国际上的主流海冰模式之一,已被耦合进了大部分地球系统模式,对该模式模拟能力的评估工作是发展地球系统模式的重要参考依据。【创新点】通过观测数据与不同版本CICE模式对北极海冰数值模拟结果进行对比分析,研究了最新版本CICE6.0模拟能力及优势。【重要结论】CICE6.0模拟结果的年际误差最小,且季节变化与观测值最为吻合。相较而言,CICE4.0严重高估了冬季海冰总面积及低估了夏季海冰总面积,而CICE5.0在冬季的误差明显大于其他版本。此外,我们也关注了三个模式对多年冰和季节冰的模拟效果,从其均方根误差空间分布看出:模拟误差主要出现在中央海区及其周边海域。CICE4.0和CICE5.0在这些区域模拟的多年冰偏少、季节冰偏多,均低估了多年冰的变化趋势,且高估了季节冰的变化趋势;CICE6.0很好地解决了这些问题,其模拟的多年冰和季节冰的趋势最接近观测值,特别在北冰洋中部。总的来说,CICE6.0模拟的北极海冰在各方面都优于其他版本。WANG Huazhao ZHANG Lujun CHU Min HU Siyu 2020Atmospheric and Oceanic Science Letters2020,13,2:2
18Temporal and spatial changes of microbial community in an industrial effluent receiving area in Hangzhou Bay显示文摘Anthropogenic activities usually contaminate water environments, and have led to the eutrophication of many estuaries and shifts in microbial communities. In this study, the temporal and spatial changes of the microbial community in an industrial effluent receiving area in Hangzhou Bay were investigated by 454 pyrosequencing. The bacterial community showed higher richness and biodiversity than the archaeal community in all sediments. Proteobacteria dominated in the bacterial communities of all the samples; Marine_Group_Ⅰ and Methanomicrobia were the two dominant archaeal classes in the effluent receiving area. PCoA and AMOVA revealed strong seasonal but minor spatial changes in both bacterial and archaeal communities in the sediments. The seasonal changes of the bacterial community were less significant than those of the archaeal community, which mainly consisted of fluctuations in abundance of a large proportion of longstanding species rather than the appearance and disappearance of major archaeal species.
