1Bifurcation and Chaos Analysis of Nonlinear Rotor System with Axial-grooved Gas-lubricated Journal Bearing Support显示文摘Axial-grooved gas-lubricated journal bearings have been widely applied to precision instrument due to their high accuracy, low friction, low noise and high stability. The rotor system with axial-grooved gas-lubricated journal bearing support is a typical nonlinear dynamic system. The nonlinear analysis measures have to be adopted to analyze the behaviors of the axial-grooved gas-lubricated journal bearing-rotor nonlinear system as the linear analysis measures fail. The bifurcation and chaos of nonlinear rotor system with three axial-grooved gas-lubricated journal bearing support are investigated by nonlinear dynamics theory. A time-dependent mathematical model is established to describe the pressure distribution in the axial-grooved compressible gas-lubricated journal bearing. The time-dependent compressible gas-lubricated Reynolds equation is solved by the differential transformation method. The gyroscopic effect of the rotor supported by gas-lubricated journal bearing with three axial grooves is taken into consideration in the model of the system, and the dynamic equation of motion is calculated by the modified Wilson-θ-based method. To analyze the unbalanced responses of the rotor system supported by finite length gas-lubricated journal bearings, such as bifurcation and chaos, the bifurcation diagram, the orbit diagram, the Poincaré map, the time series and the frequency spectrum are employed. The numerical results reveal that the nonlinear gas film forces have a significant influence on the stability of rotor system and there are the rich nonlinear phenomena, such as the periodic, period-doubling, quasi-periodic, period-4 and chaotic motion, and so on. 2New serological markers in pediatric patients with inflammatory bowel disease显示文摘The spectrum of serological markers associated with inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)is rapidly growing.Due to frequently delayed or missed diagnoses,the application of non-invasive diagnostic tests for IBD,as well as differentiation between ulcerative colitis(UC)and Crohn’s disease(CD),would be useful in the pediatric population.In addition,the combination of pancreatic autoantibodies and antibodies against Saccharomyces cerevisiae antibodies/perinuclear cytoplasmic antibody(pANCA)improved the sensitivity of serological markers in pediatric patients with CD and UC.Some studies suggested that age-associated differences in the patterns of antibodies may be present,particularly in the youngest children.In CD,most patients develop stricturing or perforating complications,and a significant numberof patients undergo surgery during the disease course.Based on recent knowledge,serum antibodies are qualitatively and quantitatively associated with complicated CD behavior and CD-related surgery.Pediatric UC is characterized by extensive colitis and a high rate of colectomy.In patients with UC,high levels of antiCBir1 and pANCA are associated with the development of pouchitis after ileal pouch-anal anastomosis.Thus,serologic markers for IBD can be applied to stratify IBD patients into more homogeneous subgroups with respect to disease progression.In conclusion,identification of patients at an increased risk of rapid disease progression is of great interest,as the application of early and more aggressive pharmaceutical intervention could have the potential to alter the natural history of IBD,and reduce complications and hospitalizations.Márta Kovács Katalin Eszter Müller Mária Papp Péter László Lakatos Mihály Cs?ndes Gábor Veres 2014World Journal of Gastroenterology2014,20,17:4
3Ethylene resistance in flowering ornamental plants – improvements and future perspectives显示文摘Various strategies of plant breeding have been attempted in order to improve the ethylene resistance of flowering ornamental plants. These approaches span from conventional techniques such as simple cross-pollination to new breeding techniques which modify the plants genetically such as precise genome-editing. The main strategies target the ethylene pathway directly;others focus on changing the ethylene pathway indirectly via pathways that are known to be antagonistic to the ethylene pathway, e.g. increasing cytokinin levels. Many of the known elements of the ethylene pathway have been addressed experimentally with the aim of modulating the overall response of the plant to ethylene. Elements of the ethylene pathway that appear particularly promising in this respect include ethylene receptors as ETR1, and transcription factors such as EIN3. Both direct and indirect approaches seem to be successful, nevertheless, although genetic transformation using recombinant DNA has the ability to save much time in the breeding process, they are not readily used by breeders yet. This is primarily due to legislative issues, economic issues, difficulties of implementing this technology in some ornamental plants, as well as how these techniques are publically perceived, particularly in Europe. Recently, newer and more precise genome-editing techniques have become available and they are already being implemented in some crops.
