1Phytochrome B interacts with SWC6 and ARP6 to regulate H2A.Z deposition and photomorphogensis in Arabidopsis显示文摘Light serves as a crucial environmental cue which modulates plant growth and development, and which is controlled by multiple photoreceptors including the primary red light photoreceptor,phytochrome B(phyB). The signaling mechanism of phyB involves direct interactions with a group of basic helix-loop-helix(bHLH) transcription factors, PHYTOCHROME-INTERACTING FACTORS(PIFs), and the negative regulators of photomorphogenesis, COP1 and SPAs. H2 A.Z is an evolutionarily conserved H2 A variant which plays essential roles in transcriptional regulation. The replacement of H2 A with H2 A.Z is catalyzed by the SWR1 complex. Here, we show that the Pfr form of phyB physically interacts with the SWR1 complex subunits SWC6 and ARP6. phyB and ARP6 coregulate numerous genes in the same direction,some of which are associated with auxin biosynthesis and response including YUC9, which encodes a rate-limiting enzyme in the tryptophandependent auxin biosynthesis pathway. Moreover,phyB and HY5/HYH act to inhibit hypocotyl elongation partially through repression of auxin biosynthesis. 2UNBALANCE RESPONSE AND TOUCH-RUBBING THRESHOLD SPEED OF ROTOR SUBJECTED TO NONLINEAR MAGNETIC FORCES显示文摘Because of the effect of unbalance excitation and nonlinear magnetic force,the large vibration of the rotor supported by active magnetic bearing(AMB) will go beyond the radial gap of the beating,even causing mechanical touch-rubbing when the system works at an operational speed closer to the critical speed.In order to investigate this problem,the linear model and nonlinear model of the single mass symmetric rigid rotor system supported by AMB are established respectively and the corresponding transfer functions of close-loop system are given.To pass through the numerical calculation by using MATLAB/Simulink,the effect of both the unbalance response and threshold speed of touch-rubbing of the system subjected to nonlinear magnetic forces and nonlinear output current of power amplifier are studied.Furthermore,threshold speed of touch-rubbing of the rotor-bearing system is defined and the results of numerical simulation are presented.Finally,based on above studies,two methods of increasing the touch-rubbing threshold speed are discussed.JING Minqing LI Zixin LUO Min YU Lie 2008Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2008,21,2:5
3Novel Video Steganography Algorithm Based on Secret Sharing and Error-Correcting Code for H.264/AVC显示文摘In this paper, we analyze the video steganography technique, which is used to ensure national security and the confidentiality of the information of governmental agencies and enterprises. Videos may be used to transmit secrets and conduct covert communication. As such, we present an algorithm based on a secret sharing scheme and an Error-Correcting Code(ECC), which combines Grey Relational Analysis(GRA) with a partition mode in video compression standard H.264/AVC. First, we process secret information by secret sharing, and then use an ECC to process the obtained information. Moreover, we choose the Discrete Cosine Transform(DCT) blocks using GRA, and then use rules to hide the pretreated information in DCT coefficients of the video frames. Experimental results indicate that our algorithm has good invisibility, better robustness, good anti-steganalysis ability, and little influence on the bit rate of the video carrier. 4Power flows of three non-conservatively series-coupled oscillators, Part Ⅱ: Numerical analysis显示文摘The direct and indirect power flows among three non-conservatively series-coupled oscillators subjected to random forces have been investigated by the numerical method. The relationship between the power flows and the parameters of the oscillators and couplings have been studied. It is shown that the indirect power flow is caused by the resonant transmission between the indirectly coupled oscillators. Once the parameters of the oscillator elements have been settled, the indirect power flow is mainly determined by the coupling stiffness k3 and k4, and is less infiuenced by coupling dampings c3 and c4. The indirect power flow cannot be ignored in strong coupling conditions. 5Vibration power flow in infinite stiffened-plate with force excitation applied on plate显示文摘The formula of the vibration response and power flow in beam-stiffened plate with force excitation applied on.the plate, have been obtained by using the Steepest Descent Integral method. The characteristics of the power flow have been studied through computer simulation.It is shown that the stiffener acts as an extra lineal excitation applied on the plate and changes the characteristics of the power flow of the infinite plate greatly The greater the stiffness and the smaller the distance between the exciting point and the stiffener is, the greater the induence is. 6The coupling loss factors for non-conservatively coupled structures显示文摘The method to calculate the coupling loss factors for non-conservatively coupled structures by using the mobilities of substructures is studied. By using the form of the energy balance equations of conservatively coupled systems, the relationship between the coupling loss factors and the energy ratios in non-conservatively coupled systems is derived. The method to calculate the energy ratios by using the mobilities of substructures is introduced, and experiment verification is carried out. 8Effects of rotor and stator geometry on dissolution process and power consumption in jet-flow high shear mixers显示文摘The jet-flow high shear mixer(JF-HSM)is a new type of intensified equipment with special configurations of the rotor and the stator.The mass transfer property and power consumption were studied in the solid-liquid system for a series of JF-HSMs involving different configuration parameters,such as rotor diameter,rotor blade inclination,rotor blade bending direction,stator diameter,and stator bottom opening diameter.The flow characteristics were examined by computational fluid dynamic simulations.Results indicate that the turbulent power consumption of the JF-HSM is affected by the change in rotor blade inclination and stator bottom opening.With the increase in the shear head size and the change in the rotor into a backward-curved blade,the solid-liquid mass transfer rate can be remarkably increased under the same input power.Dimensionless correlations for the mass transfer coefficient and power consumption were obtained to guide the scale-up design and selection of such a new type of equipment to intensify the overall mixing efficiency.Lin Yang Wenpeng Li Junheng Guo Wei Li Baoguo Wang Minqing Zhang Jinli Zhang 2021Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2021,15,2:2
9Identifying accident black spots based on the accident spacing distribution显示文摘The identification of accident black spots is of great significance for the prevention of traffic accidents.Commonly used accident black spot identification methods divide road sections for the analysis of accident data,the direct result of which is the splitting of accident black spots,which affects the results.This paper is based on three years of traffic accident data from the Beijing-Harbin Expressway,including the time and location of traffic accidents,form of the accident fatalities,severe injuries,slight injuries,and property damage only(PDO).To avoid road division effects,an identification method based on the accident spacing distribution is established by using quality control theory.The results show that the average number of accidents per kilometer by the method proposed in this paper is 42,which is much higher than 10,identified by other identification methods.The method proposed in this paper improves the accuracy of the identification results.This method avoids the problem of road segmentation found in other common methods and can more accurately reflect the spatial distribution of traffic accidents.Thus making the identification of accidents more scientific and accurate.Hongjun Cui Jianguo Dong Minqing Zhu Xia Li Qingzhou Wang 2022Journal of Traffic and Transportation Engineering(English Edition)2022,9,6:2
10New Identity Based Proxy Re-Encryption Scheme from Lattices显示文摘Identity-Based Proxy Re-Encryption (IB-PRE) allows a semi-trusted proxy to convert the ciphertext encrypted under Alice’s identity into Bob’s ciphertext of the same message without leaking plaintext. Lattice-based cryptography enjoys potential resistance to quantum analysis and low computational complexity. A multi-hop and unidirectional IB-PRE from lattices is presented. We split the functions of decryption and ciphertext transformation separately, and design the double private keys mechanism, where two keys are generated for each user, one key is used to decrypt the ciphertext by Pre-Image Sampling technique, and the other is used to generate the re-encryption key by Bonsai Trees technique. The generation of the re-encryption key is non-interactive and collusion resistant. Moreover, its IND-sID-CPA security over the decisional Learning With Errors (LWE) assumption under the standard model is proved. Compared with some previous IBPRE schemes from Bilinear Pairings, the format of transformed ciphertext in our scheme remains unchanged, furthermore, it can also resist quantum analysis. Compared with some existing IB-PRE schemes from lattices with similar properties, the space of the message in our scheme is a vector of length l and the encryption process remains a lower encryption blowup factor. 15Measurement and correlation of solubility of trimethylolethane in different pure solvents and binary mixtures显示文摘The solubilities of trimethylolethane in butanol,methyl acetate,ethyl acetate as well as in mixed solvents of(methanol+ethyl acetate) and(ethanol+ethyl acetate) were measured with the gravimetric method in the temperature range from 283.15 K to 318.15 K under atmosphere pressure.The experiment results showed that the solubility of trimethylolethane increased with the temperature,or along with the concentration of methanol or ethanol in the solvents of(methanol+ethyl acetate) and(ethanol + ethyl acetate).In addition,the experiment values were correlated by the van't Hoff equation,Modi fied Apelblat Equation,λh Equation,CNIBS/R-K equation and Jouyban–Acree Model.The Modi fied Apelblat Equation provided the best fitting results of the solubility data of TME in the pure solvents while the CNIBS/R-K model showed the best estimation of the solubility in the binary solvent mixtures.Furthermore,the density functional theory(DFT) calculations showed that solubility in different solvents related to the strength of the interaction between the trimethylolethane and the solvent molecules.Finally,the standard molar enthalpy and molar entropy of trimethylolethane during the dissolving process was also calculated by Modi fied Apelblat equation in this work.Xiangdong Li Minqing Zhang Jinli Zhang Wenpeng Li Wei Li 2017Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2017,25,10:1

17Multi-objective hydraulic optimization and analysis in a minipump显示文摘Minipump is widely used in microfluidics system, active cooling system, etc. But building a high efficiency minipump is still a challenging problem. In this paper, a systematic method was developed to design,characterize and optimize a particular mechanical minipump. The optimization work was conducted to cope with the conflict between pressure head and hydraulic efficiency by an improved back-propagation neural network(BPNN)with the non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm-II(NSGA-II). The improved BPNN was utilized to predicate hydraulic performance and, moreover, was modified to improve the prediction accuracy. The NSGA-II was processed for minipump multi-objective optimization which is dominated by four impeller dimensions. During hydraulic optimization, the processing feasibility was also taken into consideration. Experiments were conducted to validate the above optimization methods. It was proved that the optimized minipump was improved by about 24 % in pressure head and 4.75 % in hydraulic efficiency compared to the original designed prototype. Meanwhile, the sensitivity test was used to analyze the influence of the four impeller dimensions. It was found that the blade outlet angle b2 and the impeller inlet diameter D0 significantly influence the pressure head H and the hydraulic efficiency g, respectively.
