1艾地苯醌治疗缺血性脑血管疾病的药理作用及临床应用显示文摘动物实验证实艾地苯醌具有对发生脑卒中的大鼠脑线粒体功能有激活作用、对脑能量代谢及脑功能障碍有改善作用,艾地苯醌的T_(1/2)为7.69h,T_(max)3.31h,C_(max)为290ng/mL,24h尿中排泄率为32%。艾地苯醌治疗脑动脉硬化症和脑梗死后遗症30例(男24例,女6例;年龄67±23a)总改善率90%,情感障碍、智力低下、行动异常等改善率73%-81%,不良反应轻微。杨学义 韩宝福 崔世贞 Akinobu Nagaoka 1993新药与临床1993,12,1:11
2Fenofibrate-induced liver injury显示文摘TO THE EDITOR Fenofibrate is a member of such fibrate class agents as bezafibrate and it work as a ligand of PPARα, and also shows a potent triglyceride-lowering effect. The elevation of aminotransferase levels has been frequently observed after the administration of fenofibrate and this phenomenon is considered to be non-pathological because fenofibrate activates the gene expression of the aminotransferases. Recently, fenofibrate has been used not only for hypercholesterolemia but also for primary biliary cirrhosis (PBC)[1,2]. However, the occurrence of liver injury induced by fenofibrate has not yet been reported written in the English literature. 3AngiotensinⅡor epinephrine hemodynamic and metabolic responses in the liver of L-NAME induced hypertension and spontaneous hypertensive rats显示文摘AIM To study hepatic vasoconstriction and glucose release induced by angiotensin(Ang)Ⅱ or Epi in rats with pharmacological hypertension and spontaneously hypertensive rat(SHR).METHODS Isolated liver perfusion was performed following portal vein and vena cava cannulation; AngⅡ or epinephrine(Epi) was injected in bolus and portal pressure monitored; glucose release was measured in perfusate aliquots. RESULTS The portal hypertensive response(PHR) and the glucose release induced by AngⅡ of L-NAME were similar to normal rats(WIS). On the other hand, the PHR inducedby Epi in L-NAME was higher whereas the glucose release was lower compared to WIS. Despite the similar glycogen content, glucose release induced by AngⅡ was lower in SHR compared to Wistar-Kyoto rats although both PHR and glucose release induced by Epi in were similar. CONCLUSION AngⅡ and Epi responses are altered in different ways in these hypertension models. 4ICRF Heated Long-Pulse Plasma Discharges in LHD显示文摘A long-pulse plasma discharge for more than 30 min.was achieved on the LargeHelical Device(LHD).A plasma of n_e=0.8×10^(19)m^(-3)and T_(iO)=2.0 keV was sustained withP_(ICH)=0.52 MW,P_(ECH)=0.1 MW and averaged P_(NBI)=0.067 MW.Total injected heatingenergy was 1.3 GJ,which was a quarter of the prepared RF heating energy.One of the keys to thesuccess of the experiment was a dispersion of the local plasma heat load to divertors,accomplishedby shifting the magnetic axis inward and outward.R.
