1First six months quality assessment of HY-2A SCAT wind products using in situ measurements显示文摘The first Chinese microwave ocean environment satellite HY-2A,carrying a Ku-band scatteromenter(SCAT),was successfully launched in August 2011.The first quality assessment of HY-2A SCAT wind products is presented through the comparison of the first 6 months operationally released SCAT products with in situ data.The in situ winds from the National Data Buoy Center(NDBC)buoys,R/V Polarstern,Aurora Australis,Roger Revelle and PY30-1 oil platform,were converted to the 10 m equivalent neutral winds.The temporal and spatial differences between the HY-2A SCAT and the in situ observations were limited to less than 5min and 12.5 km.For HY-2A SCAT wind speed products,the comparison and analysis using the NDBC buoys yield a bias of–0.49 m/s,a root mean square error(RMSE)of 1.3 m/s and an increase negative bias with increasing wind speed observation above 3 m/s.Although less accurate of HY-2A SCAT wind direction at low winds,the RMSE of 19.19 with a bias of 0.92 is found for wind speeds higher than 3 m/s.These results are found consistent with those from R/Vs and oil platform comparisons.Moreover,the NDBC buoy comparison results also suggest that the accuracy of HY-2A SCAT winds is consistent over the first half year of 2012.The encouraging assessment results over the first 6 months show that wind products from HY-2A SCAT will be useful for scientific community.WANG He ZHU Jianhua LIN Mingsen HUANG Xiaoqi ZHAO Yili CHEN Chuntao ZHANG Youguang PENG Hailong 2013Acta Oceanologica Sinica2013,32,11:10
2The validation of the significant wave height product of HY-2altimeter–primary results显示文摘The HY-2 satellite was successfully launched on 16 August 2011.The HY-2 significant wave height(SWH)is validated by the data from the South China Sea(SCS)field experiment,National Data Buoy Center(NDBC)buoys and Jason-1/2 altimeters,and is corrected using a linear regression with in-situ measurements.Compared with NDBC SWH,the HY-2 SWH show a RMS of 0.36 m,which is similar to Jason-1 and Jason-2 SWH with the RMS of 0.35 m and 0.37 m respectively;the RMS of corrected HY-2 SWH is 0.27 m,similar to 0.27 m and 0.23 m of corrected Jason-1 and Jason-2 SWH.Therefore the accuracy of HY-2 SWH products is close to that of Jason-1/2 SWH,and the linear regression function derived can improve the accuracy of HY-2 SWH products.CHEN Chuntao ZHU Jianhua LIN Mingsen ZHAO Yili HUANG Xiaoqi WANG He ZHANG Youguang PENG Hailong 2013Acta Oceanologica Sinica2013,32,11:7
3Batch proxy quantum blind signature scheme显示文摘Motivated by proxy signature and blind signature for the secure communications,the batch signature is proposed to create a novel quantum cryptosystem.It is based on three-dimensional two-particle-entangled quantum system which is used to distribute the quantum keys and create strings of quantum-trits(qutrits) for messages.All of the messages,which are expected to be signed,are encrypted by the private key of the message owner during communications.Different from the classical blind signature,an authenticity verification of signatures and an arbitrator's efficient batch proxy signature are simultaneously applied in the present scheme.Analysis of security and efficiency shows that it enables us to achieve a large number of quantum blind signatures for quantities of messages with a high efficiency with the arbitrator's secure batch proxy blind signature.SHI JinJing SHI RongHua GUO Ying PENG XiaoQi TANG Ying 2013Science China(Information Sciences)2013,56,5:7
4Assessment of the initial sea surface temperature product of the scanning microwave radiometer aboard on HY-2 satellite显示文摘HY-2 satellite is the first satellite for dynamic environmental parameters measurement of China,which was launched on 16th August 2011.A scanning microwave radiometer(RM)is carried for sea surface temperature(SST),sea surface wind speed,columnar water vapor and columnar cloud liquid water detection.In this paper,the initial SST product of RM was validated with in-situ data of National Data of Buoy Center(NDBC)mooring and Argo buoy.The validation results indicate the accuracy of RM SST is better than 1.7 C.The comparison of RM SST and WindSat SST shows the former is warmer than the latter at high sea surface wind speed and the difference between these SSTs is depend on the sea surface wind speed.Then,the relationship between the errors of RM SST and sea surface wind speed was analyzed using NDBC mooring measurements.Based on the results of assessment and errors analysis,the suggestions of taking account of the affection of sea surface wind speed and using sea surface wind speed and direction derived from the microwave scatteromter aboard on HY-2 for SST product calibration were given for retrieval algorithm improvement.ZHAO Yili ZHU Jianhua LIN Mingsen CHEN Chuntao HUANG Xiaoqi WANG He ZHANG Youguang PENG Hailong 2014Acta Oceanologica Sinica2014,33,1:5
5A preliminary assessment of the sea surface wind speed production of HY-2 scanning microwave radiometer显示文摘A scanning microwave radiometer(RM)was launched on August 16,2011,on board HY-2 satellite.The six-month long global sea surface wind speeds observed by the HY-2 scanning microwave radiometer are preliminarily validated using in-situ measurements and WindSat observations,respectively,from January to June 2012.The wind speed root-mean-square(RMS)difference of the comparisons with in-situ data is1.89 m/s for the measurements of NDBC and 1.72 m/s for the recent four-month data measured by PY30-1oil platform,respectively.On a global scale,the wind speeds of HY-2 RM are compared with the sea surface wind speeds derived from WindSat,the RMS difference of 1.85 m/s for HY-2 RM collocated observations data set is calculated in the same period as above.With analyzing the global map of a mean difference between HY-2 RM and WindSat,it appears that the bias of the sea surface wind speed is obviously higher in the inshore regions.In the open sea,there is a relatively higher positive bias in the mid-latitude regions due to the overestimation of wind speed observations,while the wind speeds are underestimated in the Southern Ocean by HY-2 RM relative to WindSat observations.HUANG Xiaoqi ZHU Jianhua LIN Mingsen ZHAO Yili WANG He CHEN Chuntao PENG Hailong ZHANG Youguang 2014Acta Oceanologica Sinica2014,33,1:4
6The first extra-large helium-rich gas field identified in a tight sandstone of the Dongsheng Gas Field,Ordos Basin,China显示文摘Helium gas is a scarce but important strategic resource,which is usually associated with natural gas.Presently,only one extra-large helium-rich gas field has been found in China:the Hetianhe Gas Field in the Tarim Basin.This paper reports a new example,the Dongsheng Gas Field(DGF)in the Ordos Basin.In this study,92 natural gas samples from the DGF were analyzed for helium content and isotope composition using isotope mass spectrometry.The natural gas samples were found to have an average helium content of 0.133%,with 65(70.7%)of the samples having a helium content of 0.1%or more.Based on the proven natural gas reserves of the DGF,the proven geological helium reserves were calculated to be 1.96×10^(8)m^(3),suggesting that it represents the first extra-large helium-rich natural gas reservoir to be hosted in tight sandstone in China.The ^(3)He/^(4)He ratios of 5 natural gas samples from the DGF are within the range of 3.03×10^(−8)–3.44×10^(−8).Therefore,the helium in the gas field is thought to be of typical crustal origin and to have formed in the granitic basement that is rich in uranium and thorium.The accumulation of helium-rich natural gas was controlled by regional tectonic activities.Activity along the fault connecting the reservoir with the basement caused release of the helium gas,which entered the overlying strata along the fault and accumulated with conventional hydrocarbon gas.Based on the structural background and the distribution of helium source rocks in the Ordos Basin,the main helium source rocks with high exploration potential are located in deep strata within the north and middle parts of the basin.Weilong PENG Quanyou LIU Ying ZHANG Huichong JIA Dongya ZHU Qingqiang MENG Xiaoqi WU Shang DENG Yongsheng MA 2022Science China Earth Sciences2022,65,5:2
7Advances in inorganic nanoparticles trapping stiffness measurement:A promising tool for energy and environmental study显示文摘Optical tweezers system has emerged as an efficient tool to manipulate tiny particles in a non-invasive way.Trapping stiffness,as an essential parameter of an optical potential well,represents the trapping stability.Additionally,trapping inorganic nanoparticles such as metallic nanoparticles or other functionalized inorganic nanoparticles is important due to their properties of good stability,high conductivity,tolerable toxicity,etc.,which makes it an ideal detection strategy for bio-sensing,force calculation,and determination of particle and environmental properties.However,the trapping stiffness measurement(TSM)methods of inorganic nanoparticles have rarely been analyzed and summarized.Here,in this review,the principle and methods of TSM are analyzed.We also systematically summarize the progress in acquiring inorganic particles trapping stiffness and its promising applications.In addition,we provide prospects of the energy and environment applications of optical tweezering technique and TSM.Finally,the challenges and future directions of achieving the nanoparticles trapping stiffness are discussed.Xiaolin Chen Jiajie Chen Jianxing Zhou Xiaoqi Dai Yuhang Peng Yili Zhong Ho-Pui Ho Bruce Zhi Gao Han Zhang Junle Qu Yonghong Shao 2023Energy Reviews2023,2,2:1

16Efficient quasi-stationary charge transfer from quantum dots to acceptors physically-adsorbed in the ligand monolayer显示文摘Alkanoate-coated CdSe/CdS core/shell quantum dots(QDs)with near-unity photoluminescence(PL)quantum yield and monoexponential PL decay dynamics are applied for studying quasi-stationary charge transfer from photo-excited QDs to quinone derivatives physically-adsorbed within the ligand monolayer of a QD.Though PL quenching efficiency due to electron transfer can be up to>80%,transient PL and transient absorption spectra reveal that the charge transfer rate ranges from single-digit nanoseconds to sub-nanoseconds,which is~3 orders of magnitude slower than that of static charge transfer and〜2 orders of magnitude faster than that of collisional charge transfer.The physically-adsorbed acceptors can slowly(500-1,000 min dependent on the size of the quinone derivatives)desorb from the ligand monolayer after removal of the free acceptors.Contrary to collisional charge transfer,the efficiency of quasi-stationary charge transfer increases as the ligand length increases by providing additional adsorption compartments in the elongated hydrocarbon chain region.Because ligand monolayer commonly exists for a typical colloidal nanocrystal,the quasi-stationary charge transfer uncovered here would likely play an important role when colloidal nanocrystals are involved in photocatalysis,photovoltaic devices,and other applications related to photo-excitation.Lei Yang Xiaoqi Zhou Yuzhong Chen Yufeng Qin Xueqian Kong Haiming Zhu Chaodan Pu Xiaogang Peng 2022Nano Research2022,15,1:1

19Low-temperature optothermal nanotweezers显示文摘Optical tweezers that rely on laser irradiation to capture and manipulate nanoparticles have provided powerful tools for biological and biochemistry studies.However,the existence of optical diffraction-limit and the thermal damage caused by high laser power hinder the wider application of optical tweezers in the biological field.For the past decade,the emergence of optothermal tweezers has solved the above problems to a certain extent,while the auxiliary agents used in optothermal tweezers still limit their biocompatibility.Here,we report a kind of nanotweezers based on the sign transformation of the thermophoresis coefficient of colloidal particles in low-temperature environment.Using a self-made microfluidic refrigerator to reduce the ambient temperature to around 0℃in the microfluidic cell,we can control a single nanoparticle at lower laser power without adding additional agent solute in the solution.This novel optical tweezering scheme has provided a new path for the manipulation of inorganic nanoparticles as well as biological particles.Jianxing Zhou Xiaoqi Dai Yuhang Peng Yili Zhong Ho-Pui Ho Yonghong Shao Bruce Zhi Gao Junle Qu Jiajie Chen 2023Nano Research2023,16,5:1
20Trastuzumab-Induced Severe Thrombocytopenia: A Case Report and Literature Review显示文摘Wie present a 29-year-old woman with pT2N0M0 breast cancer,histological diagnosis of invasive ductal carcinoma,ER and PR low positive,and HER-2(3+).The patient developed trastuzumab-induced thrombocytopenia in 6 hours after an intravenous infusion of trastuzumab at the second cycle of trastuzumab treatment with the symptom of abnormal uterine bleeding.Laboratory exam revealed a sharp drop of platelet count down to 3X109/L.With the treatment of single-donor platelet transfusions,glucocorticoids,oxytocin and thrombopoietic drugs,the platelet count recovered completely in 11 days.This case was confirmed to be severe thrombocytopenia induced by trastuzumab,and retreatment with trastuzumab was not attempted.With increasing clinical utilization of trastuzumab,clinicians are likely to encounter more life-threatening trastuzumab induced severe thrombocytopenia.By this case report and literature review we hope to increase the awareness,attach the attentions to this condition,and help with the effective treatment.Xiaoqi Zeng Shanshan Jiang Yuanyang Peng Minfeng Liu Changsheng Ye Jianyu Dong 2020Chinese Medical Sciences Journal2020,35,4:1
