1基于私有区块链的去中心化点对点多能源交易系统研制显示文摘传统能源采用中心化的集中交易模式,存在维护成本高、缺乏公开透明等诸多问题,因此限制了交易主体进入市场的意愿。为此,提出并研制一种去中心化的多能源交易系统和相应的智能合约。首先,基于区块链分布式防篡改的去中心化技术,在以太坊私有链平台将配售能源交易机制编写成智能合约,设计一种根据市场供需关系与能源网互动的多次背包交易撮合模型;并提出管理员区块节点,能够对交易能源特性进行修改,但交易过程不加干涉。其次,在管理员节点设计客户端数据库,实现用户实时交易与信息查询,利用ether.js接口将以太坊私有链与客户端数据库进行联动,实现整套系统可视化效果。最后,在阿里云开发去中心化区块链多能源交易平台,实际算例验证了平台功能的正确性和可靠性,该开放平台可为区块链技术在能源领域的落地应用提供新模式和新思路。穆程刚 丁涛 董江彬 宁可儿 董晓博 贺元康 王永庆 陈天恩 刘健 Mohammad SHAHIDEHPOUR 2021中国电机工程学报2021,41,3:37
2Cyber-secure decentralized energy management for IoT-enabled active distribution networks显示文摘This paper provides a strategic solution for enhancing the cybersecurity of power distribution system operations when information and operation technologies converge in active distribution network(ADN). The paper first investigates the significance of Internet of Things(IoT) in enabling fine-grained observability and controllability of ADN in networked microgrids. Given severe cybersecurity vulnerabilities embedded in conventionally centralized energy management schemes, the paper then proposes a cyber-secure decentralized energy management framework that applies a distributed decision-making intelligence to networked microgrids while securing their individual mandates for optimal operation. In particular,the proposed framework takes advantage of software-defined networking technologies that can secure communications among IoT devices in individual microgrids, and exploits potentials for introducing blockchain technologies that can preserve the integrity of communications among networked microgrids in ADN. Furthermore, the paperpresents the details of application scenarios where the proposed framework is employed to secure peer-to-peer transactive energy management based on a set of interoperable blockchains. 4Intelligent data attacks against power systems using incomplete network information: a review显示文摘With the integration of information technologies, power system operations are increasingly threatened by cyber-attacks. It has even been revealed that an attacker can inject false data into real-time measurements stealthily without knowing the full configuration(e.g., network topology) of a power system. In this paper, we present a comprehensive review on false data injection attacks which utilize barrier conditions, blind identification techniques and data driven approaches to overcome limitations of incomplete network information. 5Optimal sizing of PV and battery-based energy storage in an offgrid nanogrid supplying batteries to a battery swapping station显示文摘Nanogrids are expected to play a significant role in managing the ever-increasing distributed renewable energy sources. If an off-grid nanogrid can supply fullycharged batteries to a battery swapping station(BSS)serving regional electric vehicles(EVs), it will help establish a structure for implementing renewable-energyto-vehicle systems. A capacity planning problem is formulated to determine the optimal sizing of photovoltaic(PV) generation and battery-based energy storage system(BESS) in such a nanogrid. The problem is formulated based on the mixed-integer linear programming(MILP)and then solved by a robust optimization approach. Flexible uncertainty sets are employed to adjust the conservativeness of the robust optimization, and Monte Carlo simulations are carried out to compare the performance of the solutions. 7Application of Modified Progressive Hedging for Stochastic Unit Commitment in Electricity-Gas Coupled Systems显示文摘The increasing number of gas-fired units has significantly intensified the coupling between electric and gas power networks.Traditionally,nonlinearity and nonconvexity in gas flow equations,together with renewable-induced stochasticity,resulted in a computationally expensive model for unit commitment in electricity-gas coupled integrated energy systems(IES).To accelerate stochastic day-ahead scheduling,we applied and modified Progressive Hedging(PH),a heuristic approach that can be computed in parallel to yield scenario-independent unit commitment.Through early termination and enumeration techniques,the modified PH algorithm saves considerable com,putational time for certain generation cost settings or when the scale of the IES is large.Moreover,an adapted second-order cone relaxation(SOCR)is utilized to tackle the nonconvex gas flow equation.Case studies were performed on the IEEE 24.bus system/Belgium 20-node gas system and the IEEE 118-bus system/Belgium 20-node gas system.The computational efficiency when employing PH is 188 times that of commercial software,and the algorithm even outperforms Benders Decomposition.At the same time,the gap between the PH algorithm and the benchmark is less than 0.01% in both IES systems,which proves that the solutions produced by PH reach acceptable optimality in this stochastic UC problem.Haizhou Liu Xinwei Shen Qinglai Guo Hongbin Sun Mohammad Shahidehpour Wenzhi Zhao Xinyi Zhao 2021CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2021,7,4:3

11A Data-driven Variable Reduction Approach for Transmission-constrained Unit Commitment of Large-scale Systems显示文摘This paper presents a data-driven variable reduction approach to accelerate the computation of large-scale transmission-constrained unit commitment(TCUC).Lagrangian relaxation(LR)and mixed-integer linear programming(MILP)are popular approaches to solving TCUC.However,with many binary unit commitment variables,LR suffers from slow convergence and MILP presents heavy computation burden.The proposed data-driven variable reduction approach consists of offline and online calculations to accelerate computational performance of the MILP-based large-scale TCUC problems.A database including multiple nodal net load intervals and the corresponding TCUC solutions is first built offline via the data-driven and all-scenario-feasible(ASF)approaches,which is then leveraged to efficiently solve new TCUC instances online.On/off statuses of considerable units can be fixed in the online calculation according to the database,which would reduce the computation burden while guaranteeing good solution quality for new TCUC instances.A feasibility proposition is proposed to promptly check the feasibility of the new TCUC instances with fixed binary variables,which can be used to dynamically tune parameters of binary variable fixing strategies and guarantee the existence of feasible UC solutions even when system structure changes.Numerical tests illustrate the efficiency of the proposed approach.Yuzhou Zhou Qiaozhu Zhai Lei Wu Moammad Shahidehpour 2023Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2023,11,1:2
