| 3 | 夏季日粮中添加活性酵母对奶牛消化率和生产性能的影响显示文摘热应激会造成奶牛采食量降低,葡萄糖依赖增加,因此可以通过制定合理饲料配方改善日粮消化率,从而提高奶牛瘤胃养分流动和生产性能。本试验以巴西东南部泌乳奶牛为研究对象,研究夏季日粮中添加酵母菌对奶牛消化率和生产性能的影响。选取28头泌乳天数相近(207d±87d)的泌乳荷斯坦奶牛,采用单独栓系饲养,预试期14d,正试期70d。试验采用随机区组设计,并随时间进行重复测定。在整个试验过程中,温湿指数都高于68达到75.6%。试验分为2组:对照组和酵母组(酿酒酵母),酵母菌数为25×1010^CFU活菌数和5×1010^CFU死菌数。日粮由玉米青贮(37.7%)、东华草青贮(7.1%)、生大豆(4.1%)、豆粕(16.5%)、细玉米面(20.7%)和柑橘渣(11.9%)组成。结果表明,酵母组提高了日产奶量(26.7和25.4kg/d)和固形物含量(3.06和2.92kg/d),特别是乳糖含量,整个过程的产奶量基本一致。可消化OM每日摄人量、总肠道养分消化率、尿中尿囊素排泄量、咀嚼模式、干物质采食量均不受影响。酵母组有提高血糖含量(62.9和57.3mg/dL)、降低呼吸频次(48和56次/min)和提高血浆中烟酸含量(1.31和1.22pg/mL)的趋势,奶牛直肠温度保持一致。酵母组降低了瘤胃有机酸(如乳酸和丁酸)含量,但对其他有机酸含量、pH和原虫含量无影响,血浆中尿氮含量在24h后有所提高。在第72~74天,采用细玉米面替代日粮中柑橘渣诱导奶牛酸中毒,发现日粮增加了淀粉含量,提高了干物质采食量,升高了co2、HCo3-和碱剩余的静脉血分压,降低血液pH,酵母组血液pH高于对照组(7.34和7.31)。奶牛在热应激下,日粮中添加酵母可以显著提高奶牛泌乳性能,且奶牛泌乳性能的提高主要是通过调节奶牛恒温性而不是提高消化率实现的。 | Salvati G.G.S 赵连生 | 2015 | 中国畜牧兽医2015，42，8： | 6 |
