1Impact of anthropogenic activities on the sediment microbial communities of Baiyangdian shallow lake显示文摘Microorganisms are recognized as sensors of external disturbance in freshwater ecosystems.In this study,sediment samples from regions with strong human activity interference(four sites),moderate human activity interference(five sites)and minor human activity interference(five sites)in Baiyangdian Lake were collected;and their physiological and chemical properties and heavy metals contents were analyzed.The structures of bacterial and fungal communities were tested using 16S ribosomal Ribonucleic Acid(rRNA)and Internal Transcribed Spacer 2(ITS2)high-throughput sequencing technologies.The results indicated that Proteobacteria was the most abundant bacterial phylum.Ascomycota,Basidiomycota and Ciliophora were the dominant phyla of fungi.Obvious differences of microbial genera among the three regions were observed,especially fungal genera.With intensified disturbance by human activities,the Simpson and Shannon indices of bacteria significantly decreased.The fungal communities were clustered into three groups in accordance with the different human disturbance levels.The bacterial communities of sediment samples under moderate and minor human disturbance appeared similar,but different from those under strong human disturbance.Redundancy analysis indicated that zinc,total phosphorus,copper,and lead were the dominant factors that influenced the bacterial community.Nitrifiers and sulfate-reducing bacteria were influenced by pH,nitrate(NO3 ),and total nitrogen.The fungal community was significantly affected by total phosphorus.This study reveals that sediment microbial community structures among different regions of a shallow lake are mainly impacted by human activities.Wenjun Wang Yujun Yi Yufeng Yang Yang Zhou Shanghong Zhang Xuan Wang Zhifeng Yang 2020International Journal of Sediment Research2020,35,2:14
2Joint Computing and Communication Resource Allocation for Satellite Communication Networks with Edge Computing显示文摘Benefit from the enhanced onboard processing capacities and high-speed satellite-terrestrial links,satellite edge computing has been regarded as a promising technique to facilitate the execution of the computation-intensive applications for satellite communication networks(SCNs).By deploying edge computing servers in satellite and gateway stations,SCNs can achieve significant performance gains of the computing capacities at the expense of extending the dimensions and complexity of resource management.Therefore,in this paper,we investigate the joint computing and communication resource management problem for SCNs to minimize the execution latency of the computation-intensive applications,while two different satellite edge computing scenarios and local execution are considered.Furthermore,the joint computing and communication resource allocation problem for the computation-intensive services is formulated as a mixed-integer programming problem.A game-theoretic and many-to-one matching theorybased scheme(JCCRA-GM)is proposed to achieve an approximate optimal solution.Numerical results show that the proposed method with low complexity can achieve almost the same weight-sum latency as the Brute-force method.Shanghong Zhang Gaofeng Cui Yating Long Weidong Wang 2021China Communications2021,18,7:8
3A novel two-layered optical satellite network of LEO/MEO with zero phase factor显示文摘Optical satellite communication has advantages over the RF satellite communication in capacity, speed, secrecy and anti-interference.Space information superhighway composed of GEO/MEO/LEO satellites which are linked by optical inter-satellite links(OISL) would play important roles in communication, navigation, martial recon, remote sensing and deep space exploration.A novel LEO/MEO two-layered optical satellite network with global coverage is designed with the street-of-coverage technique.The layer of LEO satellites is the walker-delta constellation with zero phase factor and has the quasi-stable logical structure of Mesh.Equatorial and polar orbit satellites constitute the layer of MEO satellite, which can cover LEO layer effectively.Rising satellites of the system can provide 99.9% of coverage for the whole globe and 100% for China averagely.The network can provide a minimum elevation angle at 21 ? with single-satellite visibility for China, and at 16 ? with the dual-satellite visibility.Simulation results of the inter-satellite links show LEO constellation of zero phase factor outperforms non-zero phase factor constellations in azimuth angle, elevation angle and distance, which is very fit for the OISL.Simulation results of the communication performance indicate a little difference between short wave band and long wave band at low communication speed(several Gbit/s);however, the wave band at 1550 nm is a better choice at high communication speed(100 Gbit/s).LI YongJun , WU JiLi, ZHAO ShangHong, MENG Wen, MA LiHua, SHI Lei, CHU XingChun, HOU Rui & LI Tian Telecommunication Engineering Institute, Air Force Engineering University, Xi’an 710077, China 2010Science China(Information Sciences)2010,53,6:8
4A preliminary report on the newly found Tianyuan Cave, a Late Pleistocene human fossil site near Zhoukoudian显示文摘The Tianyuan Cave is the only human fos-sil-bearing site containing rich mammalian fossils found in the last decades near Zhoukoudian. Up to now more than 34 specimens of the human body have been recovered, and the mammalian fossils can be put into 29 species. Cervids domi-nate the fauna, and carnivores are very rare. Based on the primary examination, the human fossils can be attributed to the species Homo sapiens. All the mammalian fossils, except one between tooth of Crocuta belong to the species that still exist today. But some of them are the first records in fossil form north of the Yellow River, such as Arctonyx and Capri-cornis. Based on the mammalian fauna study, it seems that the Tianyuan Cave can be correlated with the Upper Cave. Sixty-three percent of the species of the mammalian fauna from the Tianyuan Cave are also present in the Upper Cave. The characters of the deposits also share some similarities between the Tianyuan Cave and the Upper Cave; both of them are mainly composed of breccia without cement. The dating using the U-series method on deer tooth samples in-dicates that the geological age of the new site is around 25 thousand years B.P. 5CeO_2/CuO catalysts using different template agent for preferential CO oxidation in H_2-rich stream显示文摘The CeO_2/CuO catalysts using different template agent(F68 L64, F127 and P123) were synthesized by the simple template and impregnation method. They were characterized by FESEM, XRD, N2 physisorption and H2-TPR techniques. It is found that the CeO_2/CuO catalysts are double pore distribution, and CeO_2 can enter into the gap of CuO supports and form the contact interface of copper and cerium. Among the asprepared catalysts, the CeO_2/CuO-F127 catalyst displays better activity at lower temperature and the CeO_2/CuO-P123 catalyst presents higher activity at higher temperature. 6Integrating deep learning to achieve phase compensation for free-space orbital-angular-momentum-encoded quantum key distribution under atmospheric turbulence显示文摘A high-dimensional quantum key distribution(QKD), which adopts degrees of freedom of the orbital angular momentum(OAM) states, is beneficial to realize secure and high-speed QKD. However, the helical phase of a vortex beam that carries OAM is sensitive to the atmospheric turbulence and easily distorted. In this paper, an adaptive compensation method using deep learning technology is developed to improve the performance of OAM-encoded QKD schemes. A convolutional neural network model is first trained to learn the mapping relationship of intensity profiles of inputs and the turbulent phase, and such mapping is used as feedback to control a spatial light modulator to generate a phase screen to correct the distorted vortex beam. Then an OAM-encoded QKD scheme with the capability of real-time phase correction is designed, in which the compensation module only needs to extract the intensity distributions of the Gaussian probe beam and thus ensures that the information encoded on OAM states would not be eavesdropped. 7Barrier effect of SiO2 shell over hollow CeO2/CuO@SiO2 catalysts for broadening temperature window of total CO conversion显示文摘The hollow inverse CeO2/CuO@SiO2 catalysts with different Ce/Cu mass ratios were synthesized by the two-step hydrothermal and incipient wetness impregnation methods,and characterized by multitechnique characterizations,such as SEM,TEM,XRD,H2-TPR,XPS and N2 adsorption-desorption techniques.It is found that the hollow shell is composed of CuO and SiO2,and CeO2 nanoparticles are coated on the surface of CuO@SiO2 support.And the CeO2/CuO@SiO2 catalyst with the Ce/Cu mass ratios of 1:1 denoted as 1 CeO2/CuO@SiO2,which possesses a maximum amount of highly dispersed copper species and medium-sized CuO as well as the highest concentration of oxygen vacancies,exhibits the highest catalytic activity and widest full CO conversion window.The barrier effect of the SiO2 shell effectively prevents the reduction of CuO species,which broadens temperature window of CO total conversion and enhances CO2 selectivity above 155℃over the 1 CeO2/CuO@SiO2 catalyst in comparison with the CuO-CeO2 and CeO2-CuO catalysts.Jinfang Wu Xiaozhou Zhao Lei Xue Haiquan Su Shanghong Zeng 2020Journal of Rare Earths2020,38,1:2
