Episodic rifting of continental marginal basins and tectonic events since 10 Ma in the South China Sea显示文摘Integrated study on the tectonic, basin filling and thermal evolution of the Tertiary basins on the northern margin of the South China Sea has indicated that the rift continental margin on the northern South China Sea is not a passive margin and that the western margin is characteristic of the transformextension. Episodic rifting and the thermal events since 10 Ma in the area have been documented by the integrated analysis of dynamic process. It has been clarified that the tectono-thermal events have exerted a significant influence on basin features and hydrocarbon accumulation, and particularly, the westward collision of the Lusong Island Arc, the generation of densely spaced faults in the Pearl River Mouth Basin, the rapid subsidence, high heat flow and large-scale over pressure and thermal-fluid breakthrough in the Yinggehai and the Qiongdongnan basins have proved to be the important factors determining the formation of oil and gas in these basins. | Sitian Li Changsong Lin Qiming Zhang Shigong Yang Peikan Wu | 1999 | Chinese Science Bulletin1999,44,1: | 27

The Statistical Prediction of the Vitrinite Reflectance and Study of the Ancient Geothermal Field in Songliao Basin,China显示文摘The resource of the gas from coal and coal measures deep in Songliao Basin hasbeen drawing more and more attention to.It is necessary to find out the evolution regulari-ty of the geothermal field of the basin in addition to a series of geological studies in orderto predict its resources because the ancient geothermal field of the basin is one of themain factors controlling the generation, evolution and disappearance of oil and gas.Inthe recent twenty years,it is generally believed that vitrinite reflectance is the best quanti-tative marker for the ancient geothermal field. In the present paper,a systematic studyof the vitrinite reflectance value of Songliao Basin and its influence factors is made by mul-tiple statistical analysis so as to reconstruct the evolutional process of the Moho and thecorresponding geothermal field. Then,an overall prediction is made of the vitrinitereflectance and the distribution of J3-K1 fault basin group at the bottom of SongliaoBasin, which provides the evidence for the | Wu Chonglong Li Sitian Chen ShoutianChina University of Geosciences , Wuhan 430074 | 1991 | Journal of Earth Science1991,10,1: | 6
Histogram method for reliable thickness measurements of graphene films using atomic force microscopy(AFM)显示文摘Atomic force microscopy(AFM) is a commonly used technique for graphene thickness measurement. However, due to surface roughness caused by graphene itself and variation introduced in AFM measurement, graphene thickness is difficult to be accurately determined by AFM. In this paper, a histogram method was used for reliable measurements of graphene thickness using AFM. The influences of various measurement parameters in AFM analysis were investigated. The experimental results indicate that significant deviation can be introduced using various order of flatten and improperly selected measurement parameters including amplitude setpoint and drive amplitude. At amplitude setpoint of 100 mV and drive amplitude of 100 m V, thickness of 1 layer(1L), 2 layers(2L) and 4 layers(4L) graphene were measured. The height differences for 1L, 2L and 4L were 1.51 ± 0.16 nm, 1.92 ± 0.13 nm and 2.73 ± 0.10 nm, respectively. By comparing these values, thickness of single layer graphene can be accurately determined to be0.41 ± 0.09 nm. | Yaxuan Yao Lingling Ren Sitian Gao Shi Li | 2017 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2017,33,8: | 5

Development of a rapid and sensitivity magnetic chemiluminescence immunoassay for DNA methyltransferase 1 in human serum显示文摘DNA methyltransferase 1(DNMT1)is a useful biomarker for lung cancer in early clinical diagnosis.A rapid magnetic chemiluminescence immunoassay(MCLIA)for DNMT1 in human serum has been developed.Horseradish peroxidase(HRP)-second-Ab was used to labeled polyclonal antibodies of anti-DNMT1.DNMT1 in sample integrates with specific immunomagnetic beads and can constitute a supersandwiched immunoreaction. In magnetic field, nonspecific materials can be separated. After luminescent substrate luminol-H2O2-BIP was added, the relative light unit(RLU)of HRP was detected and was discovered to be directly proportional to the content of DNMT1 in sample. The correlative variables involved in the MCLIA value were optimized and the methodological evaluation was carried out. After optimization,in the range of0.5–128 ng/mL,the linear regression equation was y=0.5014 x+1.769(x was logCDNMT1,y was relative luminescence units(RLU)/RLU0),and the limit of detection was 0.01 ng/mL.The RSD of intra-and interassays were 15.8%–16.9%and 14.3%–18.1%,respectively.The recovery was from 70.0%to 106.2%.Furthermore,paralleled with purchasable enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)kits,MCLEIA had lower detection limit, wider linear range and shorter detection time. Therefore, the MCLEIA established in this study could be used for the sensitive detection of DNMT1 in serum sample. | Sitian He Leiliang He Beibei Liu Songcheng Yu Li'e Liu Yongmei Tian Jia Wang Lihua Ding Yilin Wang Lingbo Qu Fei Yu Yongjun Wu | 2019 | Chinese Chemical Letters2019,30,5: | 4

Sequence Stratigraphic Modeling of Sedimentary Basin: Conceptual Model and Application to Erlian and Yinggehai Basins, China显示文摘A quantitative two-dimensional model of sequence stratigraphy is formulated to simulate the development of sequence architecture in sedimentary basins. The model takes into account sea level change, tectonic subsidence, compaction of sediments, flexural isostatic compensation, erosion and sedimentation. It may be used to test sequence stratigraphic model, to analyze the development of sequence architecture and sequence boundaries, and to predict facies distribution in basins. The computer model, combined with backstripping technique, is cali- brated to model the sedimentary filling of the Early Cretaceous Erlian basin and the Tertiary Yinggehai basin. The study shows that the development of high order sequences in the basins was closely related to the multiple stretching and inversion. The development of the progradational sequence set of the Yinghuang Formation in Yinggehai basin formed in synrift period was mainly controlled by a large amount of sediment input high fluctuation of sea level and gradual subsidence of the basin. | Lin Changsong (Department of Geology and Energy Resources, China University of Geosciences, Beijing 100083) Zhang Yanmei (Department of Computer Application, China University of Geosciences, Beijing 100083) Li Sitian (Institute of Sedimentary Basin and Mi | 1996 | Journal of Earth Science1996,15,1: | 3
Simulation of the Subsidence and Deposition Processes of the Foreland Basin in the Southwestern Margin of Ordos显示文摘Characteristics of deformation in the thrust belt and sequence stratigraphic framework in the foreland basin, structural features of the basin margin, and the episodic thrusting are studied in this paper by combining the eastern Qilian thrust belt and the Late Triassic foreland basin on the southwestern margin of Ordos. On this basis, a geological model and a mechanical model of coupling mechanism were established for the pair of thrust belt and foreland basin, and the subsidence and deposition process of the foreland basin were simulated on given parameters. | Liu Shaofeng, Li Sitian, Zhuang Xinguo, Jiao Yangquan and Lu ZongshengChina University of Geosciences, Wuhan | 1996 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)1996,70,3: | 2
Hydrofracturing and episodic compaction of muddy rocks in sedimentary basin显示文摘Hydrofracturing has been found in a numbr of sedimentary basins throughout the world, which pay an important role in the migration of hydrocarbon and compaction of deposits in overpressured impermeable muddy rock. The forming processes of hydrofracture in the basin evolution has been simulated and the associated episodic compaction of deposits has been evaluated. The modelling results indicate that episodic compacting process in impermeable rocks induced by hydrofracturing is an important way of sediment compaction. | Xinong Xie Chiyun Wang Sitian Li | 1998 | Chinese Science Bulletin1998,43,8: | 2

Coronavirus disease 2019 epidemic prediction in Shanghai under the “dynamic zero-COVID policy”using time-dependent SEAIQR model显示文摘It’s urgently needed to assess the COVID-19 epidemic under the“dynamic zero-COVID policy”in China, which provides a scientific basis for evaluating the effectiveness of this strategy in COVID-19 control. Here,we developed a time-dependent susceptible-exposed-asymptomatic-infected-quarantined-remov ed(SEAIQR)model with stage-specific interventions based on recent Shanghai epidemic data, considering a large number of asymptomatic infectious, the changing parameters, and control procedures. The data collected from March 1st,2022 to April 15th,2022 were used to fit the model, and the data of subsequent 7 days and 14 days were used to evaluate the model performance of forecasting. We then calculated the effective regeneration number(Rt)and analyzed the sensitivity of different measures scenarios.Asymptomatic infectious accounts for the vast majority of the outbreaks in Shanghai, and Pudong is the district with the most positive cases. The peak of newly confirmed cases and newly asymptomatic infectious predicted by the SEAIQR model would appear on April 13th,2022,with 1963 and 28,502 cases, respectively, and zero community transmission may be achieved in early to mid-May.The prediction errors for newly confirmed cases were considered to be reasonable, and newly asymptomatic infectious were considered to be good between April 16th to 22nd and reasonable between April 16th to 29th.The final ranges of cumulative confirmed cases and cumulative asymptomatic infectious predicted in this round of the epidemic were 26,477~47,749 and 402,254~730,176,respectively.At the beginning of the outbreak,Rt was 6.69.Since the implementation of comprehensive control,Rt showed a gradual downward trend, dropping to below 1.0 on April 15th,2022.With the early implementation of control measures and the improvement of quarantine rate, recovery rate, and immunity threshold, the peak number of infections will continue to decrease, whereas the earlier the control is implemented, the earlier the turning point of the epidemic will arrive. The proposed time-dependent SEAIQR dynamic model fits and forecasts the epidemic well, which can provide a reference for decision making of the“dynamic zero-COVID policy”. | Yifei Ma Shujun Xu Qi An Mengxia Qin Sitian Li Kangkang Lu Jiantao Li Lijian Lei Lu He Hongmei Yu Jun Xie | 2022 | Journal of Biosafety and Biosecurity2022,4,2: | 1
