1基于激光扫描技术的三维模型重建显示文摘通过分析三维激光扫描系统获取的点云数据,得到了利用点云数据构建三维模型的技术、方法和流程。介绍了利用地面三维激光扫描仪获取点云数据的过程以及结合RiSCAN PRO软件和Geomagic Studio软件进行建模的方法。对原始测量的点云数据进行处理(去除噪声,平滑,对多站点数据做拼接配准,提取目标建筑物等)得到正确和完整的目标建筑物的表面信息,然后构建三角网建立它的三维表面模型,最后通过所拍的照片进行纹理映射得到真实的三维模型。实验结果表明,利用上述方法可以有效地处理三维激光扫描获取的点云数据,实现对建筑物快速三维可视化建模。Nguyen Tien Thanh 刘修国 王红平 于明旭 周文浩 2011激光与光电子学进展2011,48,8:48
2干旱胁迫下不同甘蔗品种叶片抗氧化酶活性和渗透调节物质含量的变化显示文摘我国80%以上的甘蔗种植在旱地,干旱缺水是影响甘蔗生产的主要因子。研究不同甘蔗品种的抗旱生理生化特性对于抗旱甘蔗品种选育和抗旱栽培技术研发具有重要意义。本研究采用桶栽方式,对抗旱性有差异的F172(抗旱性强)和YL6(不抗旱)2个甘蔗品种在苗期及伸长期分别进行不同程度的干旱胁迫及复水处理,探讨了不同甘蔗品种抗旱性与叶片抗氧化酶活性和渗透调节物质含量的关系。结果表明:抗旱性较强的甘蔗品种F172在干旱胁迫条件下叶片中氧自由基清除酶系中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和抗氧化保护酶过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性及非可溶性蛋白(ISP)、可溶性糖(SS)含量显著提高;与不抗旱甘蔗品种YL6相比,甘蔗品种F172叶片中丙二醛(MDA)、非可溶性糖(ISS)含量相对比较稳定;而不抗旱甘蔗品种YL6在干旱胁迫条件下叶片中氧自由基清除酶反应较迟钝,MDA和ISS含量上升幅度相对较大,而可溶性蛋白(SP)、ISP含量下降。说明甘蔗叶片抗氧化酶活性和渗透调节物质含量的差异是品种耐干旱胁迫存在差异的生理基础。Do Thanh Trung 李健 张风娟 邢永秀 杨丽涛 李杨瑞 Nguyen Thi Hanh 2018热带作物学报2018,39,5:22
3关中平原畜禽粪便重金属农用风险估算显示文摘通过在关中平原畜禽养殖集中的县区采集畜禽粪便和饲料样品,测定其中Cr、Cu、Pb、Zn等重金属元素含量,以评估施用畜禽粪便造成的土壤重金属累积速率和安全使用年限.结果表明,牛粪、鸡粪、猪粪样品中Cr超标率分别为7.69%,4.35%和8.00%,而猪粪中Cu、Zn超标率分别达到76.00%和8.00%.饲料样品中Cu、Zn含量高于Cr、Pb含量,且与畜禽粪便Cu、Zn含量呈极显著正相关关系结合主成分分析可知,畜禽粪便中Cu、Zn主要来源于饲料.形态分析结果显示,畜禽粪便中Cu,Zn的有效性很高,尤其是鸡粪中Cu、Zn的有效态含量最高若畜禽粪便施用量保持在当前水平,则施用畜禽粪便24.4~131.0年和69.7~91.9年后,大棚土壤中Cu、Zn含量即可从土壤背景值分别达到安全临界值,因此,畜禽粪便农用时不仅要控制其施用量,还应适当减少饲料中Cu、Zn添加量.庞妍 唐希望 吉普辉 杨莉莉 Nguyen Thanh Hung 同延安 2015中国环境科学2015,35,12:18
4基于有限元的含均匀腐蚀缺陷油气管道剩余强度显示文摘针对油气管道随服役年限延长腐蚀日益严重的问题,运用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench,对含均匀腐蚀缺陷的金属油气管道进行综合分析,研究轴向腐蚀长度、环向腐蚀长度、腐蚀深度、相邻腐蚀间距等对管道剩余强度的影响。分析表明:(1)轴向腐蚀缺陷越长,管道剩余强度越小。(2)当环向腐蚀缺陷长度较长时,对管道的剩余强度影响不大,当环向腐蚀缺陷较短时,可以将缺陷近似视为裂纹处理。(3)随着腐蚀深度的增加,管道剩余强度迅速减小。(4)对于两相邻轴向腐蚀缺陷,当轴向间距小于20 mm时,可将两个缺陷视为一个整体缺陷计算管道剩余强度;当腐蚀缺陷轴向间距大于20 mm时,则分别计算两个缺陷对应的管道剩余强度,取其中较小值。HOANG Van Thanh 龙伟 刘华国 李金刚 2018油气储运2018,37,2:14
5红松人工林和相邻次生林林下红松天然更新种群格局分析显示文摘为了探讨球果采摘后红松天然更新幼苗幼树的生长生存现状,了解红松天然更新种群的动态,以红松人工林及其相邻蒙古栎次生林两种林分为对象,对红松天然更新幼苗幼树的分布状态及其生长状况进行了调查分析。结果表明:(1)红松人工林与蒙古栎次生林林内红松天然更新种群年龄结构都不完整,蒙古栎次生林内红松天然更新种群年龄对应于球果采摘强度的不同时期出现了两个峰值,而红松人工林内只有前4年生幼苗;(2)两种林分中1~3a红松天然更新幼苗的株/簇与簇数均符合指数函数变化,即红松幼苗幼树多以单株存在,簇生幼苗的数量占比很少;(3)蒙古栎次生林林内的红松天然更新幼苗在苗高和地径生长都比红松人工林内的具有优势,两种林分中1a和2a更新幼苗的苗高差异不明显,但3a更新幼苗的苗高差异显著;次生林内1~3a红松天然更新幼苗的地径均极显著高于人工林林内的红松幼苗。结论:在当前的这种球果采摘条件下,红松人工林及其相邻蒙古栎次生林林内红松更新幼苗幼树分布受到了很大影响,种群年龄结构不合理,大多数幼苗幼树以单株存在。王琴香 沈海龙 和春庭 Nguyen Thanh Tuan 2018森林工程2018,34,2:14

7Temperature and Precipitation Suitability Evaluation for the Winter Wheat and Summer Maize Cropping System in the Huang-Huai-Hai Plain of China显示文摘The Huang-Huai-Hai Plain is the most important winter wheat and maize production region in China.In response to the increasing population pressure,the Chinese authorities strongly invested in improving the irrigation systems and increasing ground and surface water exploitation within the plain to increase the crop productivity.This resulted in a reduction of water resource availability and in turn indirectly affected the suitability of various agricultural ecosystems in the plain.The main purpose of this study was to review the suitability of temperature and precipitation for the winter wheat and summer maize cropping system in the Huang-Huai-Hai Plain,in order to provide a preliminary irrigation scheme.This analysis provides a first attempt to enhance the water resource management as well as to increase the water use efficiency.For this aim,a GIS-based multicriteria analysis procedure has been developed consisting of(1) definition of objectives(evaluated entities) and database building;(2) definition of evaluation criteria;(3) standardization of the criteria;(4) combination of the criteria;(5) classification of the objectives;and(6) integration of the objectives.The land suitability classification maps were transformed into maps of required irrigation amounts for each growing stage of the winter wheat and summer maize cropping system.The study also exemplified the limitations and proposed future research activities that will improve the detail and accuracy of the evaluation results.Nguyen Thanh Tuan QIU Jian-jun Ann Verdoodt LI Hu Eric Van Ranst 2011Agricultural Sciences in China2011,10,2:12
8老年冠心病患者血液中Hcy、IL-6及BNP表达水平与冠心病病变程度的关系显示文摘目的探讨老年冠心病患者血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及B型利钠肽(BNP)水平对冠心病病变程度的影响。方法选取2017年1—12月在武汉大学人民医院行冠脉造影诊断为冠心病的老年患者274例,作为观察组,根据临床诊断将不同类型的观察组冠心病患者分为A组(稳定型心绞痛组)75例,B组(不稳定型心绞痛组)110例,C组(急性心肌梗死组)89例,另外选取冠脉造影正常的101例老年患者为对照组。检测各组患者血浆Hcy、IL-6、BNP水平,分析其对冠心病病变程度的影响。结果老年冠心病观察组患者血浆中Hcy、IL-6、BNP水平明显高于对照组(均P<0.01);在观察组中稳定型心绞痛组患者血浆Hcy、IL-6、BNP水平明显低于不稳定型心绞痛组(均P<0.01),不稳定型心绞痛组明显低于急性心肌梗死组患者(均P<0.01)。结论老年冠心病患者的Hcy、IL-6、BNP水平明显比正常老年人高,并且冠心病患者病变程度越重,患者Hcy、IL-6、BNP水平越高。因此在临床诊断上可结合Hcy、IL-6、BNP的水平预测冠心病及其病变程度。冯高科 THANH Dinh Nguyen 蒋学俊 2019中华全科医学2019,17,10:12

11A novel memristive neural network with hidden attractors and its circuitry implementation显示文摘Neural networks have been applied in various fields from signal processing, pattern recognition, associative memory to artificial intelligence. Recently, nanoscale memristor has renewed interest in experimental realization of neural network. A neural network with a memristive synaptic weight is studied in this work. Dynamical properties of the proposed neural network are investigated through phase portraits, Poincaré map, and Lyapunov exponents. Interestingly, the memristive neural network can generate hyperchaotic attractors without the presence of equilibrium points. 16Expression of β-catenin in hepatocellular carcinoma显示文摘AIM: The β-catenin has been recognized as a critical member of the Wnt signaling pathway and plays an important role in the generation/differentiation of many tissues. Inappropriate activation of this pathway has been implicated in carcinogenesis. The mechanism underlying the development as well as its prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) has remained unclear. The purpose of this study is to analyze the expression of β-catenin in HCC in relation to histological grades and viral hepatitis backgrounds.METHODS: Thirty-two sections were selected at random from autopsy and surgical cases of HCC. Immuohistologically,the location and positivity of β-catenin expression in HCC was examined.RESULTS: Normal hepatocytes did not express β-catenin.In 78% of HCC β-catenin was expressed at the membrane of the cells, with or without cytoplasmic and/or nuclear expression. The tumor cells with well- and moderatelydifferentiated grades expressed frequently at the membrane and cytoplasm compared with poorly-differentiated type.Nuclear expression of β-catenin was prone to occur in the tumor cells of poorly-differentiated grade. There were 15% of hepatitis C virus (HCV) backgrounds with nuclear expression. In contrast, there was 38% with nuclear expression in hepatitis B virus (HBV) backgrounds. 17截顶后红松幼树光合生理响应研究显示文摘以14年生红松人工林为研究对象,研究不同截顶处理(CK:不截顶、P1:截去第2轮枝及以上部分、P2:截去第3轮枝及以上部分)对树木光合生理特征的影响。结果表明:截去第3轮枝后在短时间内(2个月)对红松树体光合特征各指标有显著提高作用,但是效应随着时间增加而减少,2个月后影响就不再显著;截顶后不同叶龄针叶的光合生理响应也有所不同:对于当年生针叶,两种截顶处理对净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度的影响不显著,但两种截顶对蒸腾速率影响显著,并且P2处理显著提高了蒸腾速率;对于一年生针叶,两种处理中P1处理只显著提高了净光合速率,P2处理对所有光合指标都没有产生显著影响;对于二年生针叶,P2处理显著增加了针叶的各光合特征指标(净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率和胞间CO2浓度),而P1处理对所有光合指标的影响都不显著;截去第3轮枝的红松一年生、二年生针叶叶绿素a、叶绿素b、总叶绿素及类胡萝卜素含量显著高于未截顶红松。本试验揭示了截去第3轮枝及以上部分可以增加红松叶片光合作用,可为进一步探究截顶后树木的复壮机制以及改善经营水平提供依据。Nguyen Thanh Tuan 沈海龙 王琴香 张鹏 Vu Dinh Duy 2017森林工程2017,33,4:7
18Stem cell-based therapy for human diseases显示文摘Recent advancements in stem cell technology open a new door for patients suffering from diseases and disorders that have yet to be treated.Stem cell-based therapy,including human pluripotent stem cells(hPsCs)and multipotent mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs),has recently emerged as a key player in regenerative medicine.hPSCs are defined as self-renewable cell types conferring the ability to differentiate into various cellular phenotypes of the human body,including three germ layers.MsCs are multipotent progenitor cells possessing self-renewal ability(limited in vitro)and differentiation potential into mesenchymal lineages,according to the International Society for Cell and Gene Therapy(ISCT).This review provides an update on recent clinical applications using either hPSCs or MSCs derived from bone marrow(BM),adipose tissue(AT),or the umbilical cord(UC)for the treatment of human diseases,including neurological disorders,pulmonary dysfunctions,metabolic/endocrine-related diseases,reproductive disorders,skin burns,and cardiovascular conditions.Moreover,we discuss our own clinical trial experiences on targeted therapies using MsCs in a clinical setting,and we propose and discuss the MSC tissue origin concept and how MSC origin may contribute to the role of MSCs in downstream applications,with the ultimate objective of facilitating translational research in regenerative medicine into clinical applications.The mechanisms discussed here support the proposed hypothesis that BM-MSCs are potentially good candidates for brain and spinal cord injury treatment,AT-MSCs are potentially good candidates for reproductive disorder treatment and skin regeneration,and UC-MsCs are potentially good candidates for pulmonary disease and acute respiratory distress svndrometreatment.Duc M.Hoang Phuong T.Pham Trung Q.Bach Anh T.L.Ngo Quyen T.Nguyen Trang T.K.Phan Giang H.Nguyen Phuong T.T.Le Van T.Hoang Nicholas R.Forsyth Michael Heke Liem Thanh Nguyen 2022Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2022,7,9:7
19Effect of Land Use Change on Runoff and Sediment Yield in Da River Basin of Hoa Binh province, Northwest Vietnam显示文摘The objective of this study was to assess runoff discharge and sediment yield from Da River Basin in the Northwest of Vietnam using Soil and Water Assessment Tools(SWAT) model.The SWAT model was calibrated and validated using the observed monthly stream flows and sediment yield at selected gauging stations.The results indicated that SWAT generally performs well in simulating runoff and sediment yield according to Nash-Sutcliffe efficiency(NSE), Observation's standard deviation ratio(RSR), and percent bias(PBIAS) values.For runoff, the values of NSE, RSR, and PBIAS were 0.98,0.02, and 3.69 during calibration period and 0.99,0.01, and 1.56 during validation period, respectively.For sediment yield, the efficiency was lower than the value of NSE, RSR, and PBIAS during calibration period were 0.81, 0.19, and-4.14 and 0.84, 0.16, and-2.56 during validation period, respectively.The results of the study indicated that the vegetation status has a significant impact on runoff and sediment yield.Changes in land use type between 1995 and2005 from forest to field crop and urban strongly contributed to increasing the average annual runoff from 182.5 to 342.7 mm and sediment yield from101.3 to 148.1 ton-1 ha.Between 2005 and 2010, adecrease of both runoff(from 342.7 to 167.6 mm) and sediment yield(from 148.1 to 74.0 ton-1 ha) was due to the expansion of forested area and application of soil conservation practices.The results of this study are important for developing soil and water conservation programs, extending future SWAT modelling studies and disseminating these results to other regions in Vietnam.NGO Thanh Son NGUYEN Duy Binh Rajendra Prasad SHRESTHA 2015Journal of Mountain Science2015,12,4:6
