2Corrosion Behavior of 110S Tube Steel in Environments of High H_2S and CO_2 Content显示文摘The corrosion behavior of the 110S tube steel in the environments of high H2S and CO2 content was investigated by using a high-temperature and high-pressure autoclave, and the corrosion products were characterized by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction technique. The results showed that all of the corrosion products under the test conditions mainly consisted of different types of iron sulfides such as pyrrhotite of Fe0.95S, mackinawite of FeS0.9, Fe0.985S and FeS, and the absence of iron carbonate in the corrosion scales indicated that the corrosion process was controlled by H2S corrosion. The corrosion rate of the 110S steel decreased firstly and then increased with the rising of temperature. The minimum corrosion rate occurred at 110 ℃. When the H2S partial pressure PH2S below 9 MPa, the corrosion rate declined with the increase of PH2S. While over 9 MPa, a higher PH2S resulted in a faster corrosion process. With the increasing of the CO2 partial pressure, the corrosion rate had an increasing trend. 3Cell cycle-related kinase reprograms the liver immune microenvironment to promote cancer metastasis显示文摘The liver is an immunologically tolerant organ and a common metastatic site of multiple cancer types.Although a role for cancer cell invasion programs has been well characterized,whether and how liver-intrinsic factors drive metastatic spread is incompletely understood.Here,we show that aberrantly activated hepatocyte-intrinsic cell cycle-related kinase(CCRK)signaling in chronic liver diseases is critical for cancer metastasis by reprogramming an immunosuppressive microenvironment.Using an inducible liverspecific transgenic model,we found that CCRK overexpression dramatically increased both B16F10 melanoma and MC38 colorectal cancer(CRC)metastasis to the liver,which was highly infiltrated by polymorphonuclear-myeloid-derived suppressor cells(PMNMDSCs)and lacking natural killer T(NKT)cells.Depletion of PMN-MDSCs in CCRK transgenic mice restored NKT cell levels and their interferon gamma production and reduced liver metastasis to 2.7% and 0.7%(metastatic tumor weights)in the melanoma and CRC models,respectively.Mechanistically,CCRK activated nuclear factor-kappa B(NF-κB)signaling to increase the PMN-MDSC trafficking chemokine C-X-C motif ligand 1(CXCL1),which was positively correlated with liver-infiltrating PMN-MDSC levels in CCRK transgenic mice.Accordingly,CRC liver metastasis patients exhibited hyperaaivation of hepatic CCRK/NF-κB/CXCL1 signaling,which was associated with accumulation of PMN-MDSCs and paucity of NKT cells compared to healthy liver transplantation donors.In summary,this study demonstrates that immunosuppressive reprogramming by hepatic CCRK signaling undermines antimetastatic immunosurveillance.Our findings offer new mechanistic insights and therapeutic targets for liver metastasis intervention.Xuezhen Zeng Jingying Zhou Zhewen Xiong Hanyong Sun Weiqin Yang Myth T.S.Mok Jing Wang Jingqing Li Man Liu Wenshu Tang Yu Feng Hector Kwong-Sang W ang Shun-Wa Tsang King-Lau Chow Philip Chun Yeung John Wong Paul Bo-San Lai Anthony Wing-Hung Chan Ka Fai To Stephen Lam Chan Qiang Xia Jing Xue Xiao Chen Jun Yu Sui Peng Joseph Jao-Yiu Sung Ming Kuang Alfred Sze-Lok Cheng 2021Cellular & Molecular Immunology2021,18,4:5
4Genome-wide prediction in a hybrid maize population adapted to Northwest China显示文摘Genome-wide prediction is a promising approach to boost selection gain in hybrid breeding.Our main objective was to evaluate the potential and limits of genome-wide prediction to identify superior hybrid combinations adapted to Northwest China.A total of 490 hybrids derived from crosses among 119 inbred lines from the Shaan A and Shaan B heterotic pattern were used for genome-wide prediction of ten agronomic traits.We tested eight different statistical prediction models considering additive(A)effects and in addition evaluated the impact of dominance(D)and epistasis(E)on the prediction ability.Employing five-fold cross validation,we show that the average prediction ability ranged from 0.386 to 0.794 across traits and models.Six parametric methods,i.e.ridge regression,LASSO,Elastic Net,Bayes B,Bayes C and reproducing kernel Hilbert space(RKHS)approach,displayed a very similar prediction ability for each trait and two non-parametric methods(random forest and support vector machine)had a higher prediction performance for the trait rind penetrometer resistance of the third internode above ground(RPR_TIAG).The models of A+D RKHS and A+D+E RKHS were slightly better for predicting traits with a relatively high non-additive variance.Integrating trait-specific markers into the A+D RKHS model improved the prediction ability of grain yield by 3%,from 0.528 to 0.558.Of all 6328 potential hybrids,selection of the top 44 hybrids would lead to a 6%increase in grain yield compared with Zhengdan 958,a commercially successful hybrid variety.In conclusion,our results substantiate the value of genome-wide prediction for hybrid breeding and suggest dozens of promising single crosses for developing high-yielding hybrids for Northwest China.Guoliang Li Yuan Dong Yusheng Zhao Xiaokang Tian Tobias Würschum Jiquan Xue Shaojiang Chen Jochen C.Reif Shutu Xu Wenxin Liu 2020The Crop Journal2020,8,5:4
