1	塞来昔布治疗骨关节炎的随机对照试验显示文摘目的 :比较塞来昔布、萘普生以及安慰剂在治疗膝关节骨关节炎时的疗效、安全性。方法 :10 0 3名有症状的膝关节骨关节炎患者随机接受塞来昔布 5 0 ,10 0 ,2 0 0mg ,bid ;萘普生 5 0 0mg ,bid或安慰剂 12周。患者在停用既往NSAID药或止痛治疗后 2~ 7d以及服用受试药物治疗后 2 ,6 ,12周 ,根据标准疗效判定方法进行评估。结果 :塞来昔布在改善骨关节炎的症状和体征上有显著效果。在治疗后的 2d内疼痛明显缓解 ,最大抗炎和镇痛作用出现在 2周内并持续至 12周。各剂量的塞来昔布与安慰剂比较均有效 ,但 5 0mg ,bid的剂量效果较差 ;较大剂量的塞来昔布 (10 0和 2 0 0mg ,bid)疗效相似 ,所观察到的改善程度与萘普生 5 0 0mg ,bid相当。各剂量的塞来昔布和萘普生均有良好的耐受性。结论 :COX 2抑制剂塞来昔布是治疗骨关节炎的有效药物 ,对骨关节炎临床症状和体征的改善与萘普生相当。	Bensen WG Fiechtner JJ Mcmillen JI Zhao WW Yu SS Woods EM Hubbard RC Isakson PC Verburg KM Geis GS	2000	中国新药杂志2000，9，8：	17
