1Attitude tracking control for variable structure near space vehicles based on switched nonlinear systems显示文摘An adaptive robust attitude tracking control law based on switched nonlinear systems is presented for a variable structure near space vehicle (VSNSV) in the presence of uncertainties and disturbances. The adaptive fuzzy systems are employed for approximating unknown functions in the flight dynamic model and their parameters are updated online. To improve the flight robust performance, robust controllers with adaptive gains are designed to compensate for the approximation errors and thus they have less design conservation. Moreover, a systematic procedure is developed for the synthesis of adaptive fuzzy dynamic surface control (DSC) approach. According to the common Lyapunov function theory, it is proved that all signals of the closed-loop system are uniformly ultimately bounded by the continuous controller. 4SIS accuracy and service performance of the BDS-3 basic system显示文摘On December 27,2018,the basic system of the third-generation BeiDou navigation satellite system(BDS-3)completed the deployment of its constellation of 18 MEO networking satellites as well as the construction of the operation control system(OCS)and began to provide basic navigation services to users worldwide.Compared with BDS-2,BDS-3 aims to offer users better navigation signals and higher precision with a series of new technologies.For example,the spaceborne atomic clock of BDS-3 is upgraded for higher performance,the Ka-band inter-satellite link is adopted for inter-satellite ranging and communication,and new B1C and B2a signals are broadcast in addition to B1I and B3I signals(compatible with BDS-2).In addition,a 9-parameter model based on a spherical harmonic function is employed for ionospheric delay corrections.Using the observation data from 18 satellites of the basic system,this paper conducts a comprehensive evaluation of the pseudorange measurement characteristics,signal-in-space(SIS)accuracy of navigation messages and global service capability of BDS-3.The results indicate that the pseudorange measurement multipath effect and observation noise of BDS-3 satellites are better than those of BDS-2;additionally,with the support of inter-satellite links,the user range error(URE)of the BDS-3 satellite broadcast ephemeris is better than 10 cm,the precision of the broadcast clock parameter is better than 1.5 ns,and the SIS accuracy is better than 0.6 m overall.Different from the traditional Klobuchar model,the BeiDou global broadcast ionospheric delay correction model(BDGIM)can provide ionospheric delay corrections better than 70%for worldwide single-frequency users.The service capability evaluation of the basic system consists mainly of the accuracy improvement of the B1I and B3I signals according to BDS-2 as well as the global positioning accuracy of the new signals.These results prove that the BDS-3 basic system has achieved the design goal;that is,both the horizontal and the vertical global positioning accuracies are better than 10 m(95%).In the future,6 MEO satellites as well as 3 GEO satellites and 3 IGSO satellites for regional enhancement purposes will be deployed for full operation;consequently,BDS-3 will definitely provide a higher SIS accuracy and better service capability.JinPing Chen XiaoGong Hu ChengPan Tang ShanShi Zhou YuFei Yang JunYang Pan Hui Ren YueXin Ma QiuNing Tian Bin Wu Yang Yu 2020Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2020,63,6:14
5Responses of Saline Soil Properties and Cotton Growth to Different Organic Amendments显示文摘Application of organic waste to saline alkaline soils is considered to be a good practice for soil remediation. The effects of applying different organic amendments(e.g., cattle dung, vermicompost, biofertilizer) and earthworm inoculations(Eisenia fetida) on saline soils and cotton growth were investigated during 1 year of cotton cultivation. Compared to the control(applied with inorganic NPK fertilizer), applying organic amendments improved soil physicochemical properties. Biofertilizer application improved available nutrient content, reduced short-term soil electrical conductivity, and produced the highest cotton yield, whereas cattle dung and vermicompost applications resulted in higher soil organic matter content. Application of organic amendments significantly increased soil microbial biomass carbon during the flowering period, which sharply declined at harvest. This was especially true for the biofertilizer treatment,which also exhibited lower nematode abundance compared with the other organic materials. Earthworm inoculation following cattle dung application failed to significantly change soil physicochemical properties when compared to the treatments without earthworm inoculation. Results suggest that biofertilizer application to saline soil would improve soil nutrient status in the short-term, whereas cattle dung application would improve soil organic matter content and increase soil organism abundance to a greater extent. 6Numerical study on flexural behaviors of steel reinforced engineered cementitious composite(ECC) and ECC/concrete composite beams显示文摘Engineered cementitious composite(ECC)is a class of high performance cementitious composites with pseudo strain-hardening behavior and excellent crack control capacity.Substitution of concrete with ECC can largely reduce the cracking and durability problems associated with brittleness of concrete.In this paper,a simplified constitutive model of the ECC material was applied to simulate the flexural behaviors of the steel reinforced ECC and ECC/concrete composite beams with finite element method.The simulation results are found to be in good agreement with test results,indicating that the finite element model is reasonably accurate in simulating the flexural behaviors of the steel reinforced ECC flexural members.The effects of the ECC modulus,ECC tensile ductility,ECC thickness and ECC position on flexural behaviors in terms of ultimate moment,deflection and the maximum crack width of the steel reinforced ECC or ECC/concrete composite beam are hence evaluated.YUAN Fang PAN JinLong WU YuFei 2014Science China(Technological Sciences)2014,57,3:8

8Determination of critical slip surface of fractured rock slopes based on fracture orientation data显示文摘The critical slip surface of a fractured rock slope tends to extend along the fractures.Thus,fracture orientation plays a critical role in determining the critical slip surface.Based on fracture orientation data,this paper examines the critical slip surfaces of fractured rock slopes.Given that the surface of a fractured rock slope extends along the fracture surfaces,or the wedges,with each composed of two arbitrary fractures,the critical slip surface is determined via stochastic dynamics.In addition,a fracture frequency method is proposed as a means of analyzing the critical slip surface.According to this method,the critical slip surface slips in whichever direction has the lowest fracture frequency.Based on the stochastic dynamics method and the fracture frequency method,the critical slip surface of the slope is finally determined,that is,the critical slip surface takes the form of a plane passing the slope toe with a dip of 120° and a dip angle of 45°.ZHANG Wen CHEN JianPing ZHANG Wu L Yan MA YuFei XIONG Hui 2013Science China(Technological Sciences)2013,56,5:5

10Geological and geochemical characteristics and metallogenic model of the Wenquan molybdenum deposit显示文摘The Wenquan molybdenum deposit is a kind of large-sized porphyry molybdenum deposit found in re-cent years.In this paper,on the basis of deposit geology,geochemistry and isotope geochronology data,the metal-logenic model of this deposit was established.The Wenquan granitic batholith belongs to the K-rich(alkali-rich) calc-alkaline rock series,which is the mineralization parent rock.The rock massif shows the characteristics of both crust-remelting granite and mantle-source granite.At the same time,the data of REE contents,hydrogen and oxygen isotopes and inclusion temperatures showed that the metallogenic hydrothermal solution is a mixed mesothermal solution of magmato-hydrothermal fluid and meteoric water.Mineralization was dated at 214±7.1 Ma,basically identical with the parent rock's age(207-226 Ma).This reflects that molybdenum mineralization has a close relation to tectonic magmatism evoked by orogenic processes,and molybdenum mineralization occurred mainly at the petrogenesis stage at the late stage of magma emplacement.Mixing with meteoric water led to a decrease in the sa-linity of magmato-hydrothermal solution and changes in other physical and chemical properties.During the tectonic process,ore-bearing hydrothermal solution ascended along favorable fault structure channels.With physicochemical changes,it filled in the surrounding rock joints on both sides of faults,forming ore deposits.WU Zicheng LIU Jishun HAN Haitao DONG Xin OUYANG Yufei 2011Chinese Journal Of Geochemistry2011,30,3:4
11Mechanistic and therapeutic perspectives for cardiac arrhythmias:beyond ion channels显示文摘Cardiac arrhythmias are among the most common causes of death in the world. Foundational studies established the critical role of ion channel disorders in arrhythmias, yet defects in ion channels themselves, such as mutations, may not account for all arrhythmias. Despite the progress made in recent decades, the antiarrhythmic drugs currently available have limited effectiveness,and the majority of these drugs can have proarrhythmic effects. 12A competitive RT-PCR-based approach to quantifying promoter activity of stress gene显示文摘Chloramphenicol acetyltransferase (CAT) as a stable reporter has been broadly adopted to detect promoter activity of many stress genes in eukaryotic cells. A simplified, convenient and relatively accurate assay to reveal CAT activities driven by heat shock gene promoter upon cell stress is reported here. A CAT mutant control plasmid pMCAT is constructed out of pBLCAT3, with a DNA segment within the CAT gene deleted. The control plasmid pMCAT along with the wild type CAT reporter gene driven by the regulatory sequence of hsp90β gene are co-transfected into Jurkat cells. Following total cellular RNA extracted and reverse transcribed, PCR is carried out to amplify two individual fragments with the same pair of synthesized primers, which bind to the identical sequences in both pMCAT and the CAT reporter plasmids. The two PCR fragments amplified from the reporter and control RNAs are identified by their size differences in agarose gel electrophoresis. The ratio of intensity of the two PCR bands in the same lane is taken as 'relative units of promoter efficiency' of a gene. The transcripts instead of CAT activity thus detected, may not only provide a closer look at the promoter activity of the stress gene but also normalize the efficiency of transfection simultaneously. With experimental conditions optimized, visible and reliable results can be obtained without using any sophisticated instruments. Since the results obtained with the RT-PCR approach are reproducible, much less troublesome and time-consuming, and comparable to our previous data, we thus take it as a conventional procedure for promoter activity assay of human hsp gene upon heat shock. 14Blocking the JAK2/STAT3 and ERK pathways suppresses the proliferation of gastrointestinal cancers by inducing apoptosis显示文摘Dysregulated crosstalk between different signaling pathways contributes to tumor development,including resistance to cancer therapy.In the present study,we found that the mitogen-activated extracellular signal-regulated kinase(MEK)inhibitor trametinib failed to suppress the proliferation of PANC-1 and MGC803 cells by activating the Janus kinase 2(JAK2)/signal transducer and activator of transcription 3(STAT3)signaling pathway,while the JAK2 inhibitor fedratinib failed to inhibit the growth of the PANC-1 cells upon stimulation of extracellular signal-regulated kinase(ERK)signaling.In particular,the most prominent enhancement of the anti-proliferative effect resulted from the concurrent blockage of the JAK2/STAT3 and ERK signaling pathways.Furthermore,the combination of the two inhibitors resulted in a reduced tumor burden in mice.Our evidence suggests novel crosstalk between JAK2/STAT3 and ERK signaling in gastric cancer(GC)and pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma(PDAC)cells and provides a therapeutic strategy to overcome potential resistance in gastrointestinal cancer.Xi WANG Chunyan DAI Yifei YIN Lin WU Weiyang JIN Yufei FU Zhe CHEN Ke HAO Bin LU 2021Journal of Zhejiang University-Science B(Biomedicine & Biotechnology)2021,22,6:4
15Integrative Analysis Reveals Enhanced Regulatory Effects of Human Long Intergenic Non-Coding RNAs in Lung Adenocarcinoma显示文摘Although there is an accumulating appreciation of the key roles that long intergenic non-coding RNAs(linc RNAs) play in diverse cellular processes, our knowledge of how linc RNAs function in cancer remains sparse. Here, we present a comprehensive landscape of RNA-seq transcriptome profiles of lung adenocarcinomas and their paired normal counterparts to unravel gene regulation rules of linc RNAs.Consistent with previous findings of co-expression between neighboring protein-coding genes, linc RNAs were typically co-expressed with their neighboring genes, which was found in both cancerous and normal tissues. By building a mathematical model based on correlated gene expression, we distinguished an additional subset of linc RNAs termed 'regulatory linc RNAs', representing their dominant roles in gene regulation. The number of regulatory linc RNAs was significantly higher in cancerous compared to normal tissues, and most of them positively regulated protein-coding genes in trans. Functional validation, using knockdown, determined that regulatory linc RNA,GAS5, affected its predicted protein-coding targets. Moreover, we discovered hundreds of differentially expressed regulatory linc RNAs with inclusion of some cancer-associated linc RNAs. 16Reduced macular inner retinal thickness and microvascular density in the early stage of patients with dysthyroid optic neuropathy显示文摘Background:The goal was to investigate changes of the inner intra-retinal layer thicknesses and retinal capillary density(RCD)around the macula in thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy(TAO)patients with or without dysthyroid optic neuropathy(DON).Methods:Forty-four TAO patients including 23 non-DON and 21 DON patients,and 38 healthy participants were enrolled.Spectral domain optical coherence tomography equipped with Angiovue was used to obtain threedimensional retinal thickness maps and microvascular images of the superficial and deep retinal capillary layers(SRCL and DRCL,respectively)around the macula.Quantitative analyses were performed using a custom automated algorithm.Results:The thicknesses of the nerve fiber layer,ganglion cell layer+inner plexiform layer,and ganglion cell complex(GCC)as well as the RCDs in the SRCL and DRCL in both TAO groups were significantly decreased compared to the controls.In addition,the RCDs in DRCL of the DON group were further decreased compared to the non-DON group.GCC thickness in both TAO groups was positively correlated with the RCDs of the SRCL in the total annular zone and in the temporal,inferior,and nasal sectors.The areas under the receiver operating characteristic curves for the GCC thickness combined with the RCD were generally larger than those of each single indicator.Conclusions:Thinned inner intra-retinal layers and decreased RCDs in the TAO patients without DON revealed that morphological changes might precede visual dysfunction.The composite index of the retinal structure and the microvascular density might be valuable in the diagnosing,monitoring,and intervention for early DON.Yufei Wu Yunhai Tu Chaoming Wu Lulu Bao Jianhua Wang Fan Lu Meixiao Shen Qi Chen 2020Eye and Vision2020,7,1:3

19Prospect of China's ambient air quality standards显示文摘Ambient air quality standards are the core strategic goal of ambient air quality management.Countries worldwide have given importance to research on the development of ambient air quality standards.To understand the history of the development of China’s ambient air quality standards,this study analyzed the background associated with all previous formulations and revisions of the standards,classification of functional areas,standard grading,pollutants,and evolution of the standard limits over the past 40 years.The results show that since the initial release of the“Ambient Air Quality Standard”by China in 1982,it has been supplemented once,revised twice,and modified twice.The first ambient air quality standard specified the standard limits of six pollutants commonly found in ambient air.With the development of ambient air quality management,the number of pollutants has increased to ten.Since the release of the“Ambient Air Quality Standards”in 2012,the ambient air quality in China has significantly improved.However,the proportion of cities meeting these standards is still low.At present,China is suitably positioned to make the standards associated with 24 hr SO2concentrations more stringent such that it meets the values defined in the World Health Organization(WHO)interim target-2 and the WHO air quality guideline(AQG).We further suggested that the SO2standard should be revised promptly.Simultaneously,regions with a relatively high proportion of cities meeting the standard are encouraged to introduce more stringent interim target limits in due course to manage the local ambient air quality.Zongshuang Wang Yufei Tan Min Guo Miaomiao Cheng Yanyue Gu Siyu Chen Xuefang Wu Fahe Chai 2023Journal of Environmental Sciences2023,,1:2
20Comparison of inorganic chemical compositions of atmospheric TSP,PM10 and PM2.5 in northern and southern Chinese coastal cities显示文摘To compare the inorganic chemical compositions of TSP(total suspended paniculate),PM_(10)(particulate matter with an aerodynamic diameter less than 10 μm) and PM_(2.5)(particulate matter with an aerodynamic diameter less than 2.5 μm) in southern and northern cities in China,atmospheric particles were synchronously collected in Dalian(the northern city)and Xiamen(the southern city) in spring and autumn of 2004.The mass concentrations,twenty-three elements and nine soluble ions were assessed.The results show that in Dalian,the mass concentrations of Mg,Al,Ca,Mn and Fe in spring were 4.0-10.1,2.6-8.0,4.1-12,1.2-3.6 and 2.9-7.9 times higher,respectively,than those in Xiamen.The dust storm influence is more obvious in Dalian in spring.However,in Xiamen,heavy metals accounted for 13.9%-17.9%of TSP,while heavy metals contributed to 5.5%-9.3%of TSP in Dalian.These concentrations suggest that heavy metal pollution in Xiamen was more serious.In addition,the concentrations of Na^+,Cl^-,Ca^(2+) and Mg^(2+) were higher in Dalian due to the influence of marine aerosol,construction activities and soil dust.The NO^(3-)/SO_4^(2-) ratios in Dalian(0.25-0.49) were lower than those in Xiamen(0.51-0.62),indicating that the contributions of vehicle emission to particles in Xiamen were higher.Coefficient of divergence values was higher than 0.40,implying that the inorganic chemical composition profiles for the particles of Dalian and Xiamen were quite different from each other.Yiding Ma Zongshuang Wang Yufei Tan Shu Xu Shaofei Kong Gang Wu Xuefang Wu Hong Li 2017Journal of Environmental Sciences2017,29,5:2
