| 1 | 可变流量NCPAP加氨茶碱治疗早产儿呼吸衰竭临床观察显示文摘目的探讨可变流量经鼻持续气道正压通气(VF-NCPAP)加氨茶碱治疗早产儿呼吸衰竭的疗效。方法将NICU收治的57例呼吸衰竭,早产儿分为:治疗组(VF-NCPAP加氨茶碱静注)23例、对照组A(传统NCPAP加氨茶碱静注)18例和对照组B(单用VF-NCPAP)16例。各自进行相应治疗,比较治疗后72 h内不同时间段呼吸参数改变及临床疗效。结果治疗8 h后,治疗组PaO2较对照组B上升明显,有显著的差异性(P<0.01);治疗组PaCO2较对照组A和对照组B下降明显,治疗组OI(PaO2/FiO2)较对照组B上升明显,均有显著的差异性(P<0.05)。治疗24 h后,治疗组PaO2较对照组A上升明显,有显著的差异性(P<0.05)。治疗48 h后,治疗组FiO2较对照组A和对照组B下降明显,有显著的差异性(P<0.05);治疗组OI较对照组A上升明显,有显著的差异性(P<0.01)。结论VF-NCPAP加氨茶碱治疗早产儿呼吸衰竭有较好的疗效,优于传统的NCPAP加氨茶碱或单用VF-NCPAP。 | 金志鹏 王群思 Tweoldemdhin Yohannes | 2005 | 小儿急救医学2005,12,6: | 7 |
| 2 | Modified panel data regression model and its applications to the airline industry: Modeling the load factor of Europe North and Europe Mid Atlantic flights显示文摘This article conducts a stochastic analysis on the passenger load factor of the airline industry.Used to measure competence and performance of the airline,load factor is the percentage of seats filled by revenue passengers.It is considered a complex metric in the airline industry.Thus,it is affected by several dynamic factors.This paper applies advanced stochastic models to obtain the best fitted trend of load factor for Europe's North Atlantic(NA)and Mid Atlantic(MA)flights in the Association of European Airlines.The stochastic model's fit helps to forecast the load factor of flights within these geographical regions and evaluate the airline's demand and capacity management.The paper applies spectral density estimation and dynamic time effects panel data regression models on the monthly load factor flights of NA and MA from 1991 to 2013.The results show that the load factor has both periodic and serial correlations.Consequently,the author acknowledges that the use of an ordinal panel data model is inappropriate for a realistic econometric model of load factor.Therefore,to control the periodic correlation structure,the author modified the existing model was modified by introducing dynamic time effects.Moreover,to eradicate serial correlation,the author applied the Prais-Winsten methodology was applied to fit the model.In this econometric analysis,the study finds that AEA airlines have greater demand and capacity management for both NA and MA flights.In conclusion,this study prosperous in finding an effective and efficient dynamic time effects panel data regression model fit,which empowers engineers to forecast the load factor off AEA airlines. | Yohannes Yebabe Tesfay | 2016 | Journal of Traffic and Transportation Engineering(English Edition)2016,3,4: | 4 |

| 5 | Nanoscopy reveals surface-metallic black phosphorus显示文摘Black phosphorus(BP)is an emerging two-dimensional material with intriguing physical properties.It is highly anisotropic and highly tunable by means of both the number of monolayers and surface doping.Here,we experimentally investigate and theoretically interpret the near-field properties of a-few-atomic-monolayer nanoflakes of BP.We discover near-field patterns of bright outside fringes and a high surface polarizability of nanofilm BP consistent with its surface-metallic,plasmonic behavior at mid-infrared frequencies o1176 cm−1.We conclude that these fringes are caused by the formation of a highly polarizable layer at the BP surface.This layer has a thickness of~1 nm and exhibits plasmonic behavior.We estimate that it contains free carriers in a concentration of n≈1.1×10^(20) cm^(−3).Surface plasmonic behavior is observed for 10–40 nm BP thicknesses but absent for a 4-nm BP thickness.This discovery opens up a new field of research and potential applications in nanoelectronics,plasmonics and optoelectronics. | Yohannes Abate Sampath Gamage Zhen Li Viktoriia Babicheva Mohammad H Javani Han Wang Stephen B Cronin Mark I Stockman | 2016 | Light(Science & Applications)2016,5,1: | 2 |
| 6 | Species-specific allometric equations for improving aboveground biomass estimates of dry deciduous woodland ecosystems显示文摘Allometric equations are important for quantifying biomass and carbon storage in terrestrial forest ecosystems.However,equations for dry deciduous woodland ecosystems,an important carbon sink in the lowland areas of Ethiopia have not as yet been developed.This study attempts to develop and evaluate species-specific allometric equations for predicting aboveground biomass(AGB)of dominant woody species based on data from destructive sampling for Combretum collinum,Combretum molle,Combretum harotomannianum,Terminalia laxiflora and mixed-species.Diameter at breast height ranged from 5 to 30 cm.Two empirical equations were developed using DBH(Eq.1)and height(Eq.2).Equation 2 gave better AGB estimations than Eq.1.The inclusion of both DBH and H were the best estimate biometric variables for AGB.Further,the equations were evaluated and compared with common generic allometric equations.The result showed that our allometric equations are appropriate for estimating AGB.The development and application of empirical species-specific allometric equations is crucial to improve biomass and carbon stock estimation for dry woodland ecosystems. | Amsalu Abich Tadesse Mucheye Mequanent Tebikew Yohanns Gebremariam Asmamaw Alemu | 2019 | Journal of Forestry Research2019,30,5: | 2 |
