3Multi-objective quality control method for cold-rolled products oriented to customized requirements显示文摘To deal with the increasing demand for low-volume customization of the mechanical properties of cold-rolled products, a two-way control method based on mechanical property prediction and process parameter optimization(PPO) has become an effective solution. Aiming at the multi-objective quality control problem of a company's cold-rolled products, based on industrial production data, we proposed a process parameter design and optimization method that combined multi-objective quality prediction and PPO. This method used the multi-output support vector regression(MSVR) method to simultaneously predict multiple quality indices. The MSVR prediction model was used as the effect verification model of the PPO results. It performed multi-process parameter collaborative design and realized the optimization of production process parameters for customized multi-objective quality requirements. The experimental results showed that, compared with the traditional single-objective quality prediction model based on support vector regression(SVR), the multi-objective prediction model could better take into account the coupling effect between process parameters and quality index, the MSVR model prediction accuracy was higher than that of the SVR, and the optimized process parameters were more capable and reflected the influence of metallurgical mechanism on the quality index,which were more in line with actual production process requirements.Yi-fan Yan Zhi-min Lü 2021International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2021,28,8:2

7Probe stiffness regulates receptor-ligand bond lifetime under force显示文摘Receptor-ligand bond dissociation under applied force is crucial to elucidate its biological functionality when the molecular bond is usually connected to a mechanical probe. While the impact of probe stiffness, k, on bond rupture force has recently attracted more and more attention, the mechanism of how it affects the bond lifetime, however, remains unclear. Here we quantified the dissociation lifetime of selectin-ligand bond using an optical trap assay with low stiffness ranging from 3.5×10-3 to 4.7×10-2 pN/nm. Our results indicated that bond lifetime yielded distinct distributions with different probe stiffness, implying the stochastic feature of bond dissociation. It was also found that the mean lifetime varied with probe stiffness and that the catch bond nature was visualized at k■3.0×10-2 pN/nm. 12Water Security Situation in Haihe River Basin after South-to-North Water Transfer Project显示文摘The over-exploitation of water resources in the Haihe River Basin (HRB) has now become a serious problem. This is clearly evidenced by the fact that many local rivers and lakes are drying up and the total amount of over-exploited groundwater has reached over 1000×108m3. It is important to note that the exploitation of water resources in HRB was reasonable before 1979. After 1980, however, over-exploitation happened with an annual average amount of 40×108m3. Both the dry season and rapid economic growth in HRB took place at the same time. Therefore, the over-exploitation of water in HRB was actually the negative result of the conjunction of a continuous dry season and rapid economic growth. So the over-exploitation would not be as serious as it is today if either of the above two stopped. After the first stage of south-to-north water transfer project, the water shortage problem in HRB could be eased for the following reasons: fi rstly, water transfer project will bring to the Basin 60×108m3 water resources; secondly, a wet season will come back eventually according to natural law of climate variability; finally, its agricultural and industrial use and total water consumption all have decreased from the peak value, so that the groundwater table will raise certainly and ecological water in rivers and lakes that were dried-up will be partly restored. In the future, the main problem of water resources security in HRB will include water pollution, operation risk of the south-to-north water transfer project, groundwater pollution and engineering geological hazards that may be brought by groundwater rise. 13GENETIC ALGORITHM IN REDUCTION OF NUMERICAL DISPERSION OF 3-D ADI-FDTD METHOD显示文摘A new method to reduce the numerical dispersion of the three-dimensional Alternating Di-rection Implicit Finite-Difference Time-Domain (3-D ADI-FDTD) method is proposed. Firstly,the numerical formulations of the 3-D ADI-FDTD method are modified with the artificial anisotropy,and the new numerical dispersion relation is derived. Secondly,the relative permittivity tensor of the artificial anisotropy can be obtained by the Adaptive Genetic Algorithm (AGA). In order to demon-strate the accuracy and efficiency of this new method,a monopole antenna is simulated as an exam-ple. And the numerical results and the computational requirements of the proposed method are com-pared with those of the conventional ADI-FDTD method and the measured data. In addition the re-duction of the numerical dispersion is investigated as the objective function of the AGA. 15Aberrant expression of ether à go-go potassium channel in colorectal cancer patients and cell lines显示文摘AIM: To study the expression of ether à go-go (Eag1) potassium channel in colorectal cancer and the relation- ship between their expression and clinico-pathological features. METHODS: The expression levels of Eag1 protein were determined in 76 cancer tissues with paired non- cancerous matched tissues as well as 9 colorectal adenoma tissues by immunohistochemistry. Eag1 mRNA expression was detected in 13 colorectal cancer tissues with paired non-cancerous matched tissues and 4 colorectal adenoma tissues as well as two colorectal cancer cell lines (LoVo and HT-29) by reverse transcription PCR. RESULTS: The frequency of positive expression of Eag1 protein was 76.3% (58/76) and Eag1 mRNA was 76.9% (10/13) in colorectal cancer tissue. Expression level of Eag1 protein was dependent on the tumor size, lymphatic node metastasis, other organ metastases and Dukes’ stage (P < 0.05), while not dependent on age, sex, site and degree of differentiation. Eag1 protein and mRNA were negative in normal colorectal tissue, and absolutely negative in colorectal adenomas except that one case was positively stained for Eag1 protein. CONCLUSION: Eag1 protein and mRNA are aberrantly expressed in colorectal cancer and occasionally expressed in colorectal adenoma. 16Leaf nutrient dynamics and nutrient resorption:a comparison between larch plantations and adjacent secondary forests in Northeast China显示文摘Aims Conversion of secondary forests to pure larch plantations is a common management practice driven by the increasing demand for timber production in Northeast China,resulting in a reduction in soil nutrient availability after a certain number of years following conversion.Nutrient resorption prior to leaf senescence was related to soil fertility,an important nutrient conservation strategy for plants,being especially significant in nutrient-poor habitats.However,the seasonal dynamics of leaf nutrients and nutrient resorption in response to secondary forest conversion to larch plantations is not well understood.Methods A comparative experiment between larch plantations(Larix spp.)and adjacent secondary forests(dominant tree species including Quercus mongolica,Acer mono,Juglans mandshurica and Fraxinus rhynchophylla)was conducted.We examined the variations in leaf nutrient(macronutrients:N,P,K,Ca and Mg;micronutrients:Cu and Zn)concentrations of these tree species during the growing season from May to October in 2013.Nutrient resorption efficiency and proficiency were compared between Larix spp.and the broadleaved species in the secondary forests.Important Findings Results show that the seasonal variation of nutrient concentrations in leaves generally exhibited two trends,one was a downward trend for N,P,K,Cu and Zn,and another was an upward trend for Ca and Mg.The variations in foliar nutrient concentrations were mainly controlled by the developmental stage of leaves rather than by tree species.Resorption of the observed seven elements varied among the five tree species during leaf senescence.Nutrient resorption efficiency varied 6–75%of N,P,K,Mg,Cu and Zn,while Ca was not retranslocated in the senescing leaves of all species,and Mg was not retranslocated in Larix spp.Generally,Larix spp.tended to be more efficient and proficient(higher than 6–30%and 2–271%of nutrient resorption efficiency and resorption proficiency,respectively)in resorbing nutrients than the broadleaved species in the secondary forests,indicating that larch plantations had higher leaf nutrient resorption and thus nutrient use efficiency.Compared with Larix spp.,more nutrients would remain in the leaf litter of the secondary forests,indicating an advantage of secondary forests in sustaining soil fertility.In contrast,the larch plantation would reuse internal nutrients rather than lose nutrients with litter fall and thus produce a positive feedback to soil nutrient availability.In summary,our results suggest that conversion from secondary forests to pure larch plantations would alter nutrient cycling through a plantmediated pathway.Tao Yan Xiaotao Lü Kai Yang Jiaojun Zhu 2016Journal of Plant Ecology2016,9,2:10
17Extraction of vanadium from vanadium slag by high pressure oxidative acid leaching显示文摘To extract vanadium in an environment friendly manner,this study focuses on the process of leaching vanadium from vanadium slag by high pressure oxidative acid leaching.Characterizations of the raw slag,mineralogy transformation,and the form of leach residues were made by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy.The result shows that the vanadium slag is composed of major phases of fayalite,titanomagnetite,and spinel.During the high pressure oxidative acid leaching process,the fayalite and spinel phases are gradually decomposed by sulfuric acid,causing the release of vanadium and iron in the solution.Meanwhile,unreacted silicon and titanium are enriched in the leach residues.With the initial concentration of sulfuric acid at 250 g·L^(-1),a leaching temperature of 140℃,a leaching time of 50 min,a liquid-solid ratio of 10:1 mL·g^(-1),and oxygen pressure at 0.2 MPa,the leaching rate of vanadium reaches 97.69%.Guo-quan Zhang Ting-an Zhang Guo-zhi Lü Ying Zhang Yan Liu Zhuo-lin Liu 2015International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2015,22,1:9
18Changes in Phosphorus Fractions and Nitrogen Forms During Composting of Pig Manure with Rice Straw显示文摘The study was conducted to reveal P fractions and N forms changing characters during composting of pig manure with rice straw.During composting,the NH 4 +-N concentration decreased and reached at a relatively low value(<400 mg kg-1) in the final compost,while the NO 3--N concentration increased.Total N losses mainly occurred during thermophilic phase due to the high temperature,the high NH 4 +-N concentration and the increase of pH value.Labile inorganic P was dominated in the pig manure and initial compost mixture.During composting,the proportion of labile inorganic P of total extracted P decreased,while the proportion of Fe+Al-bound P,Ca+Mg-bound P and residual P increased.The evolutions of the proportion of labile inorganic P,Fe+Al-bound P and Ca+Mg-bound P were well correlated with the changes of pH value,organic matter and C/N ratio.Therefore,composting could increase the concentration of N and P and decrease the presence of NH 4 +-N and labile P fractions which might cause environmental issues following land application.Lü Dui-an YAN Bai-xing WANG Li-xia DENG Zhi-qiang ZHANG Yu-bin 2013Journal of Integrative Agriculture2013,12,10:7
19Mechanokinetics of receptor-ligand interactions in cell adhesion显示文摘Receptor-ligand interactions in blood flow are crucial to initiate such biological processes as inflammatory cascade,platelet thrombosis,as well as tumor metastasis.To mediate cell adhesion,the interacting receptors and ligands must be anchored onto two apposing surfaces of two cells or a cell and a substratum,i.e.,two-dimensional(2D)binding,which is different from the binding of a soluble ligand in fluid phase to a receptor,i.e.,three-dimensional(3D) binding.While numerous works have been focused on3 D kinetics of receptor-ligand interactions in the immune system,2D kinetics and its regulations have been less understood,since no theoretical framework or experimental assays were established until 1993.Not only does the molecular structure dominate 2D binding kinetics,but the shear force in blood flow also regulates cell adhesion mediated by interacting receptors and ligands.Here,we provide an overview of current progress in 2D binding and regulations,mainly from our group.Relevant issues of theoretical frameworks,experimental measurements,kinetic rates and binding affinities,and force regulations are discussed.Ning Li Shouqin Lü Yan Zhang Mian Long 2015Acta Mechanica Sinica2015,31,2:5
20Spacelike Mobius Hypersurfaces in Four Dimensional Lorentzian Space Form显示文摘In this paper, we first set up an alternative fundamental theory of M?bius geometry for any umbilic-free spacelike hypersurfaces in four dimensional Lorentzian space form, and prove the hypersurfaces can be determined completely by a system consisting of a function W and a tangent frame {E_i}. Then we give a complete classification for spacelike M?bius homogeneous hypersurfaces in four dimensional Lorentzian space form. They are either M?bius equivalent to spacelike Dupin hypersurfaces or to some cylinders constructed from logarithmic curves and hyperbolic logarithmic spirals.
