| 1 | Theoretical analysis and numerical simulation on behaviour properties of large span cable-supported structures under fire conditions显示文摘Large span cable-supported structures have been developed rapidly in China, and they always adopt high-strength steel cables as structural members. However, the modulus of elasticity and yield strength of steel material will decrease seriously under fire conditions while fire protection is unlikely to be provided for steel cable. Several typical large span cable-supported structures such as cable truss, beam string structure and prestressed cable net are studied on their structural behaviour in this paper. Theoretical formulae are derived in terms of geometrical and material nonlinearity with high temperature effect. Finite element models are also established to simulate the structural performance under fire conditions. | 2 | Experimental research on behavior of 460 MPa high strength steel I-section columns under cyclic loading显示文摘To investigate the seismic behavior of I-section columns made of 460 MPa high strength steel(HSS), six specimens were tested under constant axial load and cyclic horizontal load. The specimens were designed with different width-to-thickness ratios and loaded under different axial load ratios. For each specimen, the failure mode was observed and hysteretic curve was measured. Comparison of different specimens on hysteretic characteristic, energy dissipation capacity and deformation capacity were further investigated. Test results showed that the degradation of bearing capacity was due to local buckling of flange and web. Under the same axial load ratio, as width-to-thickness ratio increased, the deformation area of local buckling became smaller. And also, displacement level at both peak load and failure load became smaller. In addition, the full extent of hysteretic curve, energy dissipation capacity, ultimate story drift angle decreased, and capacity degradation occurred more rapidly with the increase of width-to-thickness ratio or axial load ratio. Based on the capacity of story drift angle, limiting values which shall not be exceeded are suggested respectively for flange and web plate of 460 MPa HSS I-section columns when used in SMFs and in IMFs in the case of axial load ratio no more than 0.2. | 3 | Analysis of lateral stability of I-section aluminum beams显示文摘This paper focuses on the lateral buckling of laterally-unrestrained aluminum beams subjected to a concentrated, uniformly loading and pure-bending action. The design methods of lateral stability of aluminum beams in the current codes are discussed. The influence of material property on the lateral buckling of aluminum beams is investigated with finite element analysis (FEA) methods. Some numerical examples are given, and the results from current codes are compared with the FEA solutions. The design method on lateral stability of steel beams specified in the Chinese standard GB 50017-2003 is modified to calibrate the stability factors of aluminum beams according to the European code, British code, and American code, and the modified method is verified by FEA results. | 4 | In vivo dissolution of poorly water-soluble drugs:Proof of concept based on fluorescence bioimaging显示文摘In vitro-in vivo correlation(IVIVC)of solid dosage forms should be established basically between in vitro and in vivo dissolution of active pharmaceutical ingredients.Nevertheless,in vivo dissolution profles have never been accurately portrayed.The current practice of IVIVC has to resort to in vivo absorption fractions(Fa).In this proof-of-concept study,in vivo dissolution of a model poorly watersoluble drug fenofbrate(FNB)was investigated by fuorescence bioimaging.FNB crystals were frst labeled by near-infrared fuorophores with aggregation-caused quenching properties.The dyes illuminated FNB crystals but quenched immediately and absolutely once been released into aqueous media,enabling accurate monitoring of residual drug crystals.The linearity established between fuorescence and crystal concentration justifed reliable quantifcation of FNB crystals.In vitro dissolution was frst measured following pharmacopoeia monograph protocols with well-documented IVIVC.The synchronicity between fuorescence and in vitro dissolution of FNB supported using fuorescence as a measure for determination of dissolution.In vitro dissolution correlated well with in vivo dissolution,acquired by either live or ex vivo imaging.The newly established IVIVC was further validated by correlating both in vitro and in vivo dissolution with Faobtained from pharmacokinetic data. | Yinqian Yang Yongjiu Lv Chengying Shen Tingting Shi Haisheng He Jianping Qi Xiaochun Dong Weili Zhao Yi Lu Wei Wu | 2021 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2021,11,4: | 3 |
