Guidance law with impact time and impact angle constraints显示文摘A novel closed-form guidance law with impact time and impact angle constraints is pro- posed for salvo attack of anti-ship missiles, which employs missile's normal acceleration (not jerk) as the control command directly. Firstly, the impact time control problem is formulated as tracking the designated time-to-go (the difference between the designated impact time and the current flight time) for the actual time-to-go of missile, and the impact angle control problem is formulated as tracking the designated heading angle for the actual heading angle of missile. Secondly, a biased proportional navigation guidance (BPNG) law with designated heading angle constraint is constructed, and the actual time-to-go estimation for this BPNG is derived analytically by solving the system differential equations. Thirdly, by adding a feedback control to this constructed BPNG to eliminate the time-to-go errorthe difference between the standard time-to-go and the actual time-to-go, a guidance law with adjustable coefficients to control the impact time and impact angle simultaneously is developed. Finally, simulation results demonstrate the performance and feasibility of the proposed approach. | Zhang Youan Ma Guoxin Liu Aili | 2013 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2013,26,4: | 50
A distributed cooperative guidance law for salvo attack of multiple anti-ship missiles显示文摘The consensus problem of impact time is addressed for multiple anti-ship missiles. A new distributed cooperative guidance law with the form of biased proportional navigation guidance(BPNG) is presented. The proposed guidance law employs the available measurements of relative impact time error as the feedback information to achieve the consensus of impact time among missiles and, by exploiting the special structure of the biased cooperative control term, it can handle the seeker's field-of-view(FOV) constraint. The proposed scheme ensures convergence to consensus of impact time under either fixed or switching sensing/communication network, and the topological requirements are less restrictive than those in the existing results. Numerical examples are provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed guidance law. | Zhang Youan Wang Xingliang Wu Huali | 2015 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2015,28,5: | 25
Glutamine synthetase as an early marker for hepatocellular carcinoma based on proteomic analysis of resected smal hepatocel ular carcinomas显示文摘BACKGROUND:Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is a highly malignant tumor with a poor prognosis.Because small HCCs possess most of the characteristics of early HCC,we investigated small HCCs to screen potential biomarkers for early diagnosis.METHODS:Proteins were extracted from 10 sets of paired tissue samples from HBV-infected small-HCC patients. The extracted proteins were well resolved by two-dimensional electrophoresis. These HCC-associated proteins were then identified by MALDI-TOF/TOF MS following image analysis.Western blotting and immunohistochemistry were used to assess glutamine synthetase(GS)and phenazine biosynthesislike domain-containing protein(PBLD)expression in liver tissue.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays in 152 serum samples(from 49 healthy donors,24 patients with liver cirrhosis, and 79 with HCC)were used to further assess the significance of GS clinically.RESULTS:Fifteen up-regulated and three down-regulated proteins were identified.Western blotting confirmed GS overexpression and decreased PBLD expression in liver tissue.Immunohistochemistry showed that GS was expressed in 70.0%(84/120)of HCCs and 35.8%(43/120)of nontumor tissues;PBLD was expressed in 74.2%(89/120) of nontumor tissues and 40.8%(49/120)of HCCs.The Chi-square test showed significant expression differences between HCCs and adjacent tissues.Consistent with this, serum GS levels in HCC patients were significantly higher than those in liver cirrhosis patients and healthy donors, while the latter two groups were also significantly different. In addition, a diagnostic cutoff value of 2.6 mg/ml was used for GS;it was elevated in 19(76.0%)of 25 HCC patients with AFP≤20 ng/ml and 47(88.7%)of 53 HCC patients with AFP≤200 ng/ml.CONCLUSION:GS and PBLD are abnormally expressed in most HCCs.GS may be a novel serum marker for early HCC, especially for those patients with low AFP levels(≤200 ng/ml). | Jiang Long,Zhen-Wei Lang,Hua-Guang Wang,Tai-Ling Wang,Bao-En Wang and Si-Qi Liu Liver Research Center,Beijing Friendship Hospital, Capital Medical University,Beijing 100050,China Department of Hepatology,Department of Pathology, Beijing Youan Hospital,Capital Medical University,Beijing 100069,China Department of Pharmaceutical Affairs,Beijing Chaoyang Hospital,Capital Medical University,Beijing 100020,China Department of Pathology,China-Japan Friendship Hospital,Beijing 100029,China Beijing Genomics Institute,Chinese Academy of Science,Beijing Airport Industrial Zone B-6,Shunyi,Beijing 101300,China | 2010 | Hepatobiliary & Pancreatic Diseases International2010,9,3: | 21
Changes in serum and histology of patients with chronic hepatitis B after interferon alpha-2b treatment显示文摘AIM: Chronic hepatitis B is a serious health problem.Interferon has long been used to treat Chronic hepatitis B.To evaluate the effects of interferon on chronic hepatitis Bbetter, we designed the study to investigate the changes insera and liver histology of patients with chronic hepatitis Bafter interferon alpha-2b treatment.METHODS: Twenty-four patients with chronic hepatitis Bwere enrolled in this study. They all received interferon alpha-2b treatment as following: 3 million units, i.m.. t.i.w., for 18weeks. Sera of all patients were obtained respectively forevaluation of ALT, HBsAg, HBcAg, HBeAg, HBV DNA andTIMP-1 before and afterinterferon treatment, also a liverbiopsy pre- and post-treatment was performed forcomparison of HAI, HBsAg, HBcAg, HBeAg, TIMP-1 andactivated HSC in the liver tissue.RESULTS: Patients who had normalization of serum ALTand seroconversion of HBeAg and/or HBV DNA (blothybridization) after treatment were defined as responders. The response rate in this study group was 37.5 % (7/24).Compared to pretreatment, the serum HBV DNA and TIMP-1 decreased significantly (P<0.05), so did the HAI, HBo Ag,HBeAg, TIMP-1 and activated HSC (P<0.05).CONCLUSION: The significant decrease in HBV DNA insera, the seroconversion of HBeAg, and the decrease ofviral expression in liver indicated that interferon alpha-2btreatment can inhibit viral replication. The normalization ofALT in sera and the improvement of HAI in liver showedthat interferon alpha-2b can improve the liver histology ofpatients with chronic hepatitis B. At the same time, interferonalpha-2b treatment can reduce the TIMP-1 in serum andliver and decrease the number of activated HSC, which mayallievate or inhibit hepatic fibrosis. Although the responserate was unsatisfactory, interferon play a benefical role onpatients with chronic hepatitis B in other respects. We stillneed further studies to improve the therapy effects. | Hong-Lei Han Zhen-Wei Lang Department of Pathology,Beijing Youan Hospital,Beijing 100054,Beijng City,China | 2003 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2003,9,1: | 12

An Exploration on Adaptive Iterative Learning Control for a Class of Commensurate High-order Uncertain Nonlinear Fractional Order Systems显示文摘This paper explores the adaptive iterative learning control method in the control of fractional order systems for the first time. An adaptive iterative learning control(AILC) scheme is presented for a class of commensurate high-order uncertain nonlinear fractional order systems in the presence of disturbance. To facilitate the controller design, a sliding mode surface of tracking errors is designed by using sufficient conditions of linear fractional order systems. To relax the assumption of the identical initial condition in iterative learning control(ILC), a new boundary layer function is proposed by employing MittagLeffler function. The uncertainty in the system is compensated for by utilizing radial basis function neural network. Fractional order differential type updating laws and difference type learning law are designed to estimate unknown constant parameters and time-varying parameter, respectively. The hyperbolic tangent function and a convergent series sequence are used to design robust control term for neural network approximation error and bounded disturbance, simultaneously guaranteeing the learning convergence along iteration. The system output is proved to converge to a small neighborhood of the desired trajectory by constructing Lyapnov-like composite energy function(CEF)containing new integral type Lyapunov function, while keeping all the closed-loop signals bounded. Finally, a simulation example is presented to verify the effectiveness of the proposed approach. | Jianming Wei Youan Zhang Hu Bao | 2018 | IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica2018,5,2: | 2
