1The clinicopathological and prognostic significance of PD-L1 expression in pancreatic cancer:A meta-analysis显示文摘Background: Immunotherapy has shown promise against solid tumors. However, the clinical significance of programmed cell death 1(PD-1) and programmed cell death ligand 1(PD-L1) in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma(PDAC) remains unclear. This meta-analysis aimed to analyze the prognostic effect of PD-L1 in PDAC.Data sources: Electronic search of the Pub Med, Cochrane Library and Web of Science was performed until December 2016. Through database searches, we identified articles describing the relationship between PD-L1 status and PDAC patient prognosis. Meta-analysis was performed to investigate the relationship between PD-1 and overall survival(OS).Results: Nine studies with 989 PDAC patients were included for PD-L1 expression analysis. And 5 studies with 688 PDAC patients were included in the prognostic analysis. The PD-L1 positive rate measured by immunohistochemistry(IHC) was higher than that measured by polymerase chain reaction(PCR)(P < 0.001). PDAC patients with high expression levels of PD-L1 had significantly reduced OS(HR = 2.34;95% CI: 1.78–3.08). Subgroup analysis showed that the prognostic effect of PD-L1 levels was similar between the IHC and PCR methods. The PD-L1 positive rate was associated with PDAC T stages; the PD-L1 positive rate in the T3–4 group was higher than that in the T1-2 group(OR = 0.37; P = 0.001).Conclusions: High PD-L1 expression levels predicted a poor prognosis in PDAC patients. 2Comparative pharmacokinetics of chlorogenic acid after oral administration in rats显示文摘The present study was aimed at the comparison of the pharmacokinetics of pure chlorogenic acid and extract of Solanum lyratum Thunb.The animals were allocated to two groups,and were administered chlorogenic acid or extract of S.lyratum Thunb.at a dose of 50.0 mg/kg orally.Blood samples were collected up to 8 h post-dosing.Plasma chlorogenic acid analyses were performed using an HPLC method with UV detector.The pharmacokinetic parameters were evaluated using non-compartmental assessment.Significant differences existed in the two groups for AUC 0 t,AUC 0 N and CLz/F.The reliable HPLC method was successfully applied to the determination of chlorogenic acid in rat plasma at dosage of 50.0 mg/kg.Wei Qi Ting Zhao Wen-Wen Yang Guang-Hou Wang Hua Yua Hai-Xiao Zhao Chen Yang Li-Xin Suna 2011Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis2011,1,4:6

4Structural Design and Application of Azo-based Supramolecular Polymer Systems显示文摘This article presents a brief overview of recent advances in azo-containing supramolecular systems.In literature,it has been shown that azo supramolecular polymers and their composite materials exhibit fast and intelligent responses to various external stimuli,such as temperature,pH change,redox reagents,ligands,coupling reagents,etc.In applications,these systems are widely used for molecular motors,shape memory,liquid crystal,solar thermal energy storage,signal transmission,intelligent encryption,and other purposes.Furthermore,these systems can function as key components for device upgrade processing.However,the design and rules of azo supramolecular polymers are still not supported by an exact theory.Information about the relationship between the spatial structure and behavior is lacking,and new supramolecular materials cannot be designed by adding functional moieties to known azo polymers.Based on the current research status,this review mainly summarizes the structural design principles as well as structures and applications of known azo supramolecules;meanwhile,it highlights the emerging development fields,recent advances,and prospects in fabricating sei住assembling intelligent supramolecular systems with azo supramolecular polymers as responsive units.The goal of this review is to bring new inspiration to researchers who want to optimize the chemical structure,steric conformation,electrostatic environment,and specific molecular functionalization.Hui-Tao Yua Jun-Wen Tang Yi-Yu Feng Wei Feng 2019Chinese Journal of Polymer Science2019,37,12:4

9Blockchain-based continuous data integrity checking protocol with zero-knowledge privacy protection显示文摘The cloud computing technology has emerged,developed,and matured in recent years,consequently commercializing remote outsourcing storage services.An increasing number of companies and individuals have chosen the cloud to store their data.However,accidents,such as cloud server downtime,cloud data loss,and accidental deletion,are serious issues for some applications that need to run around the clock.For some mission and business-critical applications,the continuous availability of outsourcing storage services is also necessary to protect users'outsourced data during downtime.Nevertheless,ensuring the continuous availability of data in public cloud data integrity auditing protocols leads to data privacy issues because auditors can obtain the data content of users by a sufficient number of storage proofs.Therefore,protecting data privacy is a burning issue.In addition,existing data integrity auditing schemes that rely on semi-trusted third-party auditors have several security problems,including single points of failure and performance bottlenecks.To deal with these issues,we propose herein a blockchain-based continuous data integrity checking protocol with zero-knowledge privacy protection.We realize a concrete construction by using a verifiable delay function with high efficiency and proof of retrievability,and prove the security of the proposal in a random oracle model.The proposed construction supports dynamic updates for the outsourced data.We also design smart contracts to ensure fairness among the parties involved.Finally,we implement the protocols,and the experimental results demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed protocol.Yiting Huang Yong Yua Huilin Li Yannan Li Aikui Tian 2022Digital Communications and Networks2022,8,5:2
