| 1 | Short-term Load Prediction of Integrated Energy System with Wavelet Neural Network Model Based on Improved Particle Swarm Optimization and Chaos Optimization Algorithm显示文摘To improve energy efficiency and protect the environment,the integrated energy system(IES)becomes a significant direction of energy structure adjustment.This paper innovatively proposes a wavelet neural network(WNN)model optimized by the improved particle swarm optimization(IPSO)and chaos optimization algorithm(COA)for short-term load prediction of IES.The proposed model overcomes the disadvantages of the slow convergence and the tendency to fall into the local optimum in traditional WNN models.First,the Pearson correlation coefficient is employed to select the key influencing factors of load prediction.Then,the traditional particle swarm optimization(PSO)is improved by the dynamic particle inertia weight.To jump out of the local optimum,the COA is employed to search for individual optimal particles in IPSO.In the iteration,the parameters of WNN are continually optimized by IPSO-COA.Meanwhile,the feedback link is added to the proposed model,where the output error is adopted to modify the prediction results.Finally,the proposed model is employed for load prediction.The experimental simulation verifies that the proposed model significantly improves the prediction accuracy and operation efficiency compared with the artificial neural network(ANN),WNN,and PSO-WNN. | Leijiao Ge Yuanliang Li Jun Yan Yuqian Wang Na Zhang | 2021 | Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2021,9,6: | 11 |

| 3 | Expression and subcellular localization of mechano-growth factor in osteoblasts under mechanical stretch显示文摘Mechano-growth factor (MGF) is a stretch sensitive factor in myocytes, and it might also be produced by other mechanocytes under mechanical stimulation. In this study, both the mRNA and protein expression of MGF were detected in stretched osteoblasts. Quantitative analysis showed that a cyclic stretching stimulation caused a quick and sharp increase of MGF mRNA and protein expression from a low basal level under no stretch; the mRNA and protein levels respectively peaked in 6 and 12 h to 5 and 5.2 fold over the basal level and returned to normal by 24 h. The subcellular distribution of MGF protein was revealed by immunofluorescence analysis to be restricted to the nucleus. Constant beamwidth is important in sonar systems for sea bottom observation and classification applications. For a given frequency band, a number of frequency points are chosen to represent the response of an arrary element. For each frequency point a beamforming weight vector can be deduced to satisfy the given beamwidth requirement by existing methods. Therefore, for a broadband array of N elements, each row of the N’ M weighting matrix represents the frequency response of an element of the array which can be satisfied by a FIR filter designed by model - reference adaptive technique. | 9 | Physiological responses of osteoblasts to cyclic stretching and the change of intracellular calcium concentration显示文摘The development of bone tissues is regulated by mechanical stimulation. Cyclic stretching was applied to the osteoblasts that were delivered from rat calvarie. The results showed that stretching at 500 me increased the cell prolifera-tion while loading at 1000 me and 1500 me inhabited cell growth. Loading also increased the adhesive force between cells and substrate as well as spreading areas of osteobalsts. Furthermore, the fluorescence probe Fluo-3/AM was used to investigate the effect of stretching stimulation on the intra-cellular calcium concentration of osteoblasts. The intracellu-lar calcium concentration of osteoblasts that were stretched at 500 me for 5 min was 92.9% higher than the control. After being treated with the panax ontoginseng saponins, the stretched osteoblasts still expressed 28.6% higher intracellu-lar calcium concentration than that of the control, which proved that both the influx of extracellular calcium and the release of intracellular calcium store were involved in the increase of intracellular calcium concentration when os-teoblasts responded to the cyclic stretching. | 12 | Optimal design and verification of temporal and spatial filters using second-order cone programming approach显示文摘Temporal filters and spatial filters are widely used in many areas of signal processing. A number of optimal design criteria to these problems are available in the literature. Various computational techniques are also presented to optimize these criteria chosen. There are many drawbacks in these methods. In this paper, we introduce a unified framework for optimal design of temporal and spatial filters. Most of the optimal design problems of FIR filters and beamformers are included in the framework. It is shown that all the design problems can be reformulated as convex optimization form as the second-order cone programming (SOCP) and solved efficiently via the well-established interior point methods. The main advantage of our SOCP approach as compared with earlier approaches is that it can include most of the existing methods as its special cases, which leads to more flexible designs. Furthermore, the SOCP approach can optimize multiple required performance measures, which is the drawback of earlier approaches. The SOCP approach is also developed to optimally design temporal and spatial two-dimensional filter and spatial matrix filter. | 13 | Expressions of apoptosis-related proteins in rats with focal cerebral ischemia after Angong Niuhuang sticker point application显示文摘In this study, we extracted and purified components in the Angong Niuhuang pill. Then we applied transdermal enhancers to Angong Niuhuang stickers by modern technology. The Angong Niuhuang sticker includes extracts from curcuma, berberine hydrochloride, baicalin, geniposide, borneol, and musk. Angong Niuhuang stickers at different point application doses (1.35, 2.7, and 5.4 g/kg) were administered to Dazhui (DU14), Qihai (RN6) and Mingmen (DU4). Rats in the different dose point application and acupuncture groups were continuously administered for 7 days. Then a middle cerebral artery occlusion model was prepared for simulating human cerebral ischemia. Twelve hours later, expressions of Bcl-2, Bax and p53 protein in hippocampal CA1 were detected with immunohistochemistry. The expression level of Bcl-2, an anti-apoptotic protein, significantly increased in the high-, medium- and low-dose point application groups and the acupuncture group, while the expression of the pro-apoptotic proteins, Bax and p53, significantly decreased compared with the middle cerebral artery occlusion rats; and the Bcl-2/Bax ratio was significantly increased. The difference was noticeable for the high-dose point application group, which showed statistical difference compared with the low-dose point application group and the acupuncture group. Our experimental findings indicate that point application with Angong Niuhuang stickers promotes the expression of Bcl-2, and inhibits the expressions of Bax and p53 in the hippocampal CA1 area of rats after focal cerebral ischemia. The paper proposes a new principle for dealing with the problem. This new principle is called matched field noise suppression (MFNS). Based on a previous work of the au-thors group, a full understanding about how a discrete noise source shows effects on the performance of a towed hydro-phone line array has been obtained. In light of that finding, MFNS is proposed, which explores and utilizes the charac-teristics of the noise transmission channel to achieve much greater suppression of the noise in comparison with existing approaches. MFNS combines the concept of matched field processing (MFP) and optimal sensor array processing (OSAP) together to suppress the discrete noise source and to maintain an optimal beam for receiving far-field wanted plane wave signals. | 17 | Tracking-positioning of sound speed profiles and moving acoustic source in shallow water显示文摘An ensemble Kalman filter(EnKF) approach is proposed to perform sequential tracking of water column sound speed profile(SSP) using a moving acoustic source. First,the SSPs are discretized in depth and range, and are expressed by the empirical orthogonal functions(EOFs). Second, the acoustic source state information and the first three orders of EOF coefficients are expressed as the state variable, and the acoustic field information received by the vertical line array are the measured values. Successively, the state variables and measured values are used to establish the state-measure model. Last, the EnKF is utilized to track the state variables. The simulation results show that the root mean square error of SSP and the absolute error of source are all small, and thus the acoustic source tracking-positioning has high accuracy. Moreover, increasing the number of sample collection, the signal-to-noise ratio and the number of receiving elements can improve the tracking-positioning results.
