| 1 | Dynamic Topology Multi Force Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm and Its Application显示文摘Particle swarm optimization(PSO) algorithm is an effective bio-inspired algorithm but it has shortage of premature convergence. Researchers have made some improvements especially in force rules and population topologies. However, the current algorithms only consider a single kind of force rules and lack consideration of comprehensive improvement in both multi force rules and population topologies. In this paper, a dynamic topology multi force particle swarm optimization(DTMFPSO) algorithm is proposed in order to get better search performance. First of all, the principle of the presented multi force particle swarm optimization(MFPSO) algorithm is that different force rules are used in different search stages, which can balance the ability of global and local search. Secondly, a fitness-driven edge-changing(FE) topology based on the probability selection mechanism of roulette method is designed to cut and add edges between the particles, and the DTMFPSO algorithm is proposed by combining the FE topology with the MFPSO algorithm through concurrent evolution of both algorithm and structure in order to further improve the search accuracy. Thirdly, Benchmark functions are employed to evaluate the performance of the DTMFPSO algorithm, and test results show that the proposed algorithm is better than the well-known PSO algorithms, such as μPSO, MPSO, and EPSO algorithms. Finally, the proposed algorithm is applied to optimize the process parameters for ultrasonic vibration cutting on Si C wafer, and the surface quality of the Si C wafer is improved by 12.8% compared with the PSO algorithm in Ref. [25]. | 3 | Grinding Burn Detection Based on Cross Wavelet and Wavelet Coherence Analysis by Acoustic Emission Signal显示文摘Grinding burn monitoring is of great importance to guarantee the surface integrity of the workpiece. Existing methods monitor overall signal variation. However, the signals produced by metal burn are always weak. Therefore, the detection rate of grinding burn still needs to be improved. The paper presents a novel grinding burn detection method basing on acoustic emission(AE) signals. It is achieved by establishing the coherence relationship of pure metal burn and grinding burn signals. Firstly, laser and grinding experiments were carried out to produce pure metal burn signals and grinding burn signals. No-burn and burn surfaces were generated and AE signals were captured separately. Then, the cross wavelet transform(XWT) and wavelet coherence(WTC) were applied to reveal the coherence relationship of the pure metal burn signal and grinding burn signal. The methods can reduce unwanted AE sources and background noise. Novel parameters based on XWT and WTC are proposed to quantify the degree of coherence and monitor the grinding burn. | 5 | Temperature dependent Raman and photoluminescence of vertical WS2/MoS2 monolayer heterostructures显示文摘Heterostructures from two-dimensional transition-metal dichalcogenides MX_2 have emerged as a hot topic in recent years due to their various fascinating properties. Here, we investigated the temperature dependent Raman and photoluminescence(PL) spectra in vertical stacked WS_2/MoS_2 monolayer heterostructures. Our result shows that both E_(2g)~1 and A_(1g) modes of WS_2 and MoS_2 vary linearly with temperature increasing from 300 to 642 K. The PL measurement also reveals strong temperature dependencies of the PL intensity and peak position. The activation energy of the thermal quenching of the PL emission has been found to be equal to 69.6 meV. First, we corrected each expert of acupoint location system error itself,to obtain a rational quantification for each expert of acupuncture and moxibustion acupoint location consistent support degree, to obtain pointwise variable precision fusion results, to put every expert's acupuncture acupoint location fusion error enhanced to pointwise variable precision. | 15 | Specific Antitumor Effects of Tumor Vaccine Produced by Electrofusion between Osteosarcoma Cell and Dendritic Cell in Rats显示文摘Dendritic cells (DCs) are potent antigen-presenting cells capable of inducing primary T-cell responses. Several immunotherapy treatment strategies involve manipulation of DCs, both in vivo and ex vivo, to promote the immunogenic presentation of tumor-associated antigens. In this study, an electrofusion protocol was developed to induce fusion between osteosarcoma cells and allogeneic bone marrow-derived DCs. Preimmunization with irradiated electrofusion products was found to provide partial or complete protection from tumor challenge in the UMR106 tumor model. Vaccinated survivors developed long immunological memory. The therapeutic potential of this type of approach was suggested by the ability of UMR106-DC electrofusion products which could induce tumor rejection in a substantial percentage (60%) of hosts bearing pre-established tumor cells.These results tended to indicate that treatment with electrofused tumor cells and allogeneic DCs might be capable of inducing a potent antitumor response and could conceivably be applied to a wide range of cancer indications for which tumor-associated antigens have not been identified.
