1硬磁性Nd_(60)Al_(10)Fe_(20)Co_(10)大块金属玻璃的玻璃转变和晶化过程显示文摘采用动态力学热分析 (DMTA) ,示差扫描量热法 (DSC) ,X射线衍射 (XRD)和扫描电子显微镜 (SEM)考察了Nd60 Al10 Fe2 0 Co10 大块金属玻璃 (BMG)的玻璃转变 ,晶化过程及晶化过程对磁性能的影响规律 .结果表明用DMTA方法确定Nd60 Al10 Fe2 0 Co10BMG在 1 0K/s的升温速率下玻璃转变温度为 480K ,初始晶化温度为 5 88K .晶化过程为 :非晶→非晶 +亚稳FeNdAl新相→非晶 +初晶δ相→初晶δ相 +共晶δ相 +Nd3 Al+Nd3 Co .该体系合金具有硬磁性是由于合金中存在高度弛豫的非晶相 。魏炳忱 汪卫华 赵德乾 张勇 闻平 潘明祥 胡文瑞 2001中国科学(A辑)2001,31,4:5

3Bulk metallic glass rings prepared by a modified water quenching method显示文摘Bulk metallic glass rings have the potential applications as annular gasket and active solder in special fields. The bulk metallic glass ring of Zr41.2Ti13.8Cu12.5Ni10.0Be22.5 with the outer diameter,the inner diameter,and the thickness of 38,36,and 5 mm,respectively,was prepared by using a special shaped quartz tube water quenching method. The mechanical properties along the whole cross section were investigated by a nanoindentation method,and no evident variation of the Young's modulus and hardness was found,further indicating the single amorphous structure. 4Effect of niobium on glass-formation ability and soft magnetic properties of Gd-doping glassy alloys显示文摘The effect of niobium on glass-formation ability and soft magnetic properties were studied in Fe-Gd-B glassy alloys. The glassy alloys exhibited high glass-formation ability when the element of Nb was added. Bulk glassy rod (Fe0.87Co0.13)68.5Gd3.5Nb3B25 with a diameter up to 3 mm was produced by copper mold casting. The size of the atom might play an important role in increasing glass-formation ability. The coercive force of glassy (Fe0.87Co0.13)71.5-xGd3.5NbxB25 (x=1.2, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 4) alloys decreased after the addition of niobium element and was in the range of 1.5-2.9 A/m.
