1基于卫星和地面观测的2013年以来我国臭氧时空分布及变化特征显示文摘采用卫星和地面观测臭氧(O_3)浓度,分析2013年以来我国O_3的时空分布和年际变化特征.卫星观测对流层O_3总量和地面观测O_3浓度分布相互印证,我国高浓度O_3主要分布在东部人口密集、经济发达的区域,并且呈现夏季高、冬季低的季节分布趋势. 4个重点关注城市(北京、上海、广州、成都) O_3日变化均呈现单峰分布,最高值在每日15:00~16:00.统计分析发现,4个城市除上海市之外,其他3个城市O_3浓度在周末和工作日没有显著差别,表明O_3的'周末效应'减弱. 2013年4月~2018年6月,我国地面观测O_3浓度呈现明显上升趋势. 2014~2017年,北京、上海和成都市近地面O_3浓度分别以2. 36、3. 3和3. 6μg·(m^3·a)^(-1)的速度显著上升. 4个城市2014~2017年O_3超标天数占比分别为17. 2%(北京)、10. 7%(上海)、8. 8%(广州)和11. 2%(成都),北京市O_3超标天数最多、超标期间O_3浓度最高,O_3污染最为严重.张倩倩 张兴赢 2019环境科学2019,40,3:29
2大连市臭氧污染特征及典型污染日成因显示文摘通过对大连市区10个空气监测子站的监测数据进行分析,探讨了大连市臭氧污染的时空分布、气象条件对臭氧污染的影响,对臭氧污染日进行了归类分析。结果表明,大连市臭氧污染主要出现在4—10月。在强紫外辐射、高温、低湿、低压和低风速的气象条件下,监测点位的臭氧浓度较高。臭氧污染日的日变化分为单峰型、双峰型和夜间持续升高型3种类型。通过对2015年的一次高浓度臭氧污染过程的气象条件、污染物浓度和污染气团轨迹进行分析,发现臭氧浓度在夜间持续升高现象与区域输送密切相关。包艳英 徐洁 张明明 唐伟 孟凡 2017中国环境监测2017,33,4:27
3中国东部地区的O_3污染形成机制及趋势的初步探讨(英文)显示文摘本文探讨了中国地区在高气溶胶污染下臭氧形成的问题。过去对臭氧污染的讨论主要集中在臭氧前提物(NOx,CO和VOCs)的讨论。并根据其各自的排放量研究臭氧形成在本地区是由NOx还是VOCs控制的。然而,在中国高气溶胶频发的条件下,太阳辐射被强烈压抑,极大减少了臭氧形成的光化学过程。因此本文建议,除去臭氧形成的NOx及VOCs控制条件,还应有一个太阳光子控制条件。而中国由于高气溶胶污染,目前臭氧的形成应是受太阳光子控制条件的影响。因此压抑了臭氧的形成。然而,随着气溶胶污染的治理和改善,光化学活动的增强,臭氧污染会成为中国将来的严重问题,应加以重视。铁学熙 戴文婷 2016地球环境学报2016,7,1:9
4Remote sensing of environmental change over China:A review显示文摘China is a large country by area. In situ monitoring of the environment cannot meet the demand of the society. For large areas, remote sensing is the only viable technology for environmental monitoring of the entire area. Although satellite observation capabilities as well as remotely sensed data acquired on board of satellites from both within and outside China are widely available, research is rare that targets the entire territory of China for environmental monitoring. In this paper, the process of environmental change has been categorized into changes in driving forces, environmental change, materials transport and transformation, concentration and abundance change, exposure and infection change of human and ecosystems, and impacts. The potential in monitoring changes in these various aspects is assessed. The progress of environmental change monitoring over the entire territory of China is reviewed. It is suggested that at the methodological level, remote sensing should not only be applied to observation and experiments as well as understanding the change mechanism, but also be coupled with environmental simulation and forecasting so as to support environmental policy making. At the application level, remote sensing should be used beyond its traditional application fields to include species diversity, biological invasion, public health, air and water quality monitoring. 5国内外建筑涂料行业VOCs污染控制法规与标准研究显示文摘建筑涂料行业是我国挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)污染人为排放源之一。对美国与欧盟的建筑涂料行业VOCs污染控制法规政策和标准体系进行了总结,并对我国建筑涂料行业VOCs政策与标准现状进行分析。在此基础上提出了我国建筑涂料行业VOCs污染控制及标准制定的建议,供有关部门参考。研究认为,应通过开展建筑涂料行业VOCs排放控制调查和污染特征研究,加强源头控制,实行市场准入标准和环境标志标准并行,制定相应管理措施,走出一条适合我国建筑涂料行业VOCs排放控制的高效之路。高美平 聂磊 邵霞 王海林 2017中国涂料2017,32,3:4
6上海市环境空气VOCs在线监测关键物种的识别研究显示文摘该文以上海市6个环境空气监测站2020年57个PAMS物种在线监测数据为基础,依托国家现有质控质保技术方法,通过正向筛选和逆向验证的手段,筛选并确认了上海市环境空气VOCs在线监测的关键物种。首先通过单站点和站点间逐级筛选关键物种17个,然后经年均浓度和OFP占比验证其适用性,再结合监测经验和基础数据补充关键物种2个,最终识别出3-甲基戊烷、异戊烷、正戊烷、环己烷、正己烷、异丁烷、正丁烷、丙烷、乙烷、乙烯、丙烯、异戊二烯、乙炔、间/对-二甲苯、邻-二甲苯、甲苯、乙苯、苯共计19个关键物种。研究成果可为生态环境管理部门对VOCs在线监测的质控质保工作提供分类管理的依据。王巧敏 柴文轩 崔虎雄 2021环境科学与技术2021,44,10:3
7Pollution plumes observed by aircraft over North China during the IPAC-NC field campaign显示文摘Strong pollution emissions from large urban and industrial centres in eastern China are thought to greatly impact regional air quality and global atmospheric chemistry.In this study,we investigate extensive pollution plumes over North China,observed by aircraft during the IPAC-NC(Influence of Pollution on Aerosols and Cloud Microphysics in North China)field campaign in spring 2006.Several pollution plumes were encountered,characterized by sharp and strong increases of SO2and NOx(NO plus NO2)as well as remarkable O3variability.During a flight performed downwind of the megacity Tianjin on 9 April,O3was found to be depleted at NOx>15 ppbv and enhanced at NOx mixing ratios of 6–7 ppbv.Our analysis indicates that the plumes had recently been released by industrial plants,and partly mixed with urban emissions,giving rise to the large-scale transport of air pollution and substantial degradation of air quality.MA JianZhong WANG Wei LIU HongJie CHEN Yue XU XiaoBin LELIEVELD Jos 2013Chinese Science Bulletin2013,58,34:0
