| 2 | 电磁离心铸造Al-15Si-6Ni外层颗粒增强梯度材料成形机制显示文摘在常规的过共晶Al-Si合金离心铸造成形时,初晶Si颗粒、气孔和夹渣会同时在内层偏聚,降低了Si颗粒在增强层的强化作用。为了避免这一缺点,以Al-15%Si-6%Ni为坯料,采用电磁离心铸造的方式进行成形,成功制备了初晶Si与初晶NiAl_3颗粒在外层偏聚,气孔、夹渣在内层偏聚的梯度复合材料。对不同工艺参数下的多个试样分析显示,在离心力场中,密度较大的初晶NiAl_3颗粒会推动密度较小的初晶Si颗粒一起向外层运动,形成外层具有高体积分数的梯度复合材料。电磁场的施加,有效降低了初晶颗粒的粘连与团聚,并细化了晶粒。 | 唐立超 翟彦博 | 2019 | 铸造2019,68,3: | 3 |
| 3 | Effect of compound field on horizontal continuous casting of Al-1wt.%Si alloy显示文摘A travelling magnetic field, a power ultrasonic field, and a compound field were used separately during the horizontal continuous casting process of Al-1wt.%Si alloy. The samples obtained were characterized using an optical microscope, a scanning electron microscope, a tensile testing machine, and an electron probe microscopic analyzer to test the microstructures, properties, and element distribution of the samples. The results show that the application of a single fi eld can enhance the mechanical properties and reduce the segregation of Si element in Al-1wt.%Si alloy to some extent. The application of a compound field can obtain the best refi nement and homogeneity of the Si element in the alloy, leading to the highest increase of tensile strength and elongation among the three applied fi elds. | 4 | Influence of Si content and heat treatment on microstructure of Al-Fe-Si alloys显示文摘The effect of Si addition and heat treatment on the Al-5wt.%Fe alloy has been investigated by OM, SEM-EDS and XRD. The results show that the Si plays a significant role in refining the primary Al3 Fe phase. It was found that the addition of 3.0wt.% Si made the alloy present the finest and well-distributed primary Al3 Fe phase, but the Al3 Fe phase almost disappeared when 5wt.% Si was added. With further increase in the Si content, some Fe-rich phases appeared in the inter-grains and coarsened. In addition, the heat treatments exert a significant impact on the microstructural evolution of the Al-5wt.%Fe-5wt.%Si alloy. After heat treatment for 28 hours at 590 oC, the coarse platelet or blocky Fe-rich phase in Al-5wt.%Fe-5wt.%Si alloys was granulated; the phase transformation from metastable platelet Al3 FeSi and blocky Al8Fe2 Si to stable Al5 FeSi had occurred. | 8 | Effects of direct ultrasonic treatment on microstructure and elongation of semi-solid Sn-62Bi alloy显示文摘A new direct ultrasonic treatment(DUT) setup with the ultrasonic horn placed in the horizontal direction was developed and used in the preparation of semi-solid Sn-62 Bi slurry. The influence of DUT temperature on microstructure and properties of Sn-62 Bi alloy were studied. The test results of XRD showed that the semi-solid Sn-62 Bi alloy obtained by the DUT process exhibits pronounced preferential orientation of Bi(2 0 2), Bi(-1 1 1), Bi(-2 0 1), Sn(1 1 0) and Sn(2 2 0) planes. Compared to the conventional liquid casting Sn-62 Bi alloy without DUT, it was discovered that the primary Bi blocks of semi-solid Sn-62 Bi alloy prepared with the DUT process distribute more homogeneously and are smaller. With the treatment by ultrasonic vibration in the semi-solid state for 120 s, the higher the primary Bi phase fraction in the slurry, the smaller the size of primary semi-solid Bi blocks formed after solidification. The average side length of the primary Bi blocks was from 30 μm to 80 μm. The elongation of Sn-62 Bi alloy treated by DUT for 120 s at 145 °C is 43.21%, reflecting a distinctly improvement by 129.10%, as compared to the conventional liquid casting Sn-62 Bi alloy without DUT. This indicates that DUT process could improve dramatically the ductility of Sn-62 Bi alloys content.
