| 2 | 不同光滑度立方体氧化铁对液晶电光性能的改善显示文摘向列相液晶被广泛应用于液晶显示中,但是由于杂质的存在,会导致液晶的驱动电压变大,增加能耗。为了降低阈值电压和饱和电压,通常向液晶中添加纳米颗粒来提高电光性能。本文利用水热法制备了表面粗糙和光滑的两种立方体Fe2O3纳米颗粒,其形貌均匀,尺寸约550nm。将二者分别掺杂到向列相液晶E7中,结果表明,粗糙立方体Fe2O3/E7复合体系具有比光滑立方体Fe2O3/E7复合体系和向列相液晶E7更优的电光性能,且在掺杂质量分数为0.4%时,其电光性能达到最优,阈值电压和饱和电压分别降低9.9%和11.6%,对比度增大80%,响应时间降低至6.0ms。这归因于粗糙立方体Fe2O3具有足够的表面积和表面所带电荷更多,所以会更易吸附体系中的杂质离子和减弱杂质离子的屏蔽作用,从而提高了电光性能。 | 王猛 张彬 韦德泉 梁兰菊 宗明吉 刘凤收 | 2019 | 应用化学2019,36,6: | 7 |

| 4 | Effects of CuInS_(2)nanoparticles on the alignment control of liquid crystals显示文摘Liquid crystal-nanoparticle composite systems have attracted particular attention for both academic interests and applications in inducing macroscopic alignment,altering electro-optic response of the liquid crystal hosts,and generating ordered,tunable soft metamaterials.Herein,the synthesis of two shapes of CuInS_(2)nanoparticles,tremelliform-like CuInS_(2)and frame-like CuInS_(2),and their utilization in producing uniform homeotropic alignment of liquid crystals are reported.Through exploring the mechanism in detail,the crystal structures of CuInS_(2)nanoparticles were found to rely heavily on the reaction solvents during the growth process,which in turn play a significant role on the anchor of liquid crystal molecules.The achieved homeotropic alignment shows high thermal stability,owing to the outstanding stability of the CuInS_(2)nanoparticles.In addition,combining this feasible method with parallel-aligning technique,variable pretilt angles in a range of~0.9°to~7.2°could be continuously achieved. | Dongyu Zhao Yuanyuan Guo Weihua Bi Xin Li Ran Duan Lin Guo | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,8: | 0 |

| 6 | Au纳米颗粒对向列相液晶取向性能的影响显示文摘液晶分子的初始排列在液晶显示器中起着关键的作用。纳米粒子掺杂到液晶体系可扰乱液晶分子的排列,从而改变液晶的自组装特性,进而影响液晶的各项性能。将制备的Au八面体纳米颗粒掺杂到向列相液晶4-氰基-4′-正戊基联苯(5CB)中,灌入液晶盒后,通过使用偏光显微镜对液晶盒的观察发现,掺杂的八面体Au纳米颗粒诱导5CB液晶分子发生了垂直取向,而球形Au纳米颗粒不能诱导液晶分子垂直取向。这归因于八面体Au纳米颗粒的表面能比较小,液晶分子间的作用力比较大,使液晶分子易于垂直取向。随着O-Au NPs的浓度增大,液晶分子的取向效果先变好又逐渐变差。这是因为O-Au NPs的浓度越高,可诱导越多的液晶分子垂直取向排列,但随着纳米粒子浓度的增加,纳米粒子团聚,减少了与液晶分子的作用,使取向效果变差。动态过程实验显示,0.1%的八面体金纳米颗粒可诱导向列相液晶5CB在2 min内快速完成垂直取向,表明O-Au NPs具有优异的诱导5CB取向的动态效果。 | 王旭娟 马杰 梁兰菊 王娅茹 | 2020 | 光电子.激光2020,31,2: | 0 |
| 7 | Nanosize-effect on the distribution of heavy metals in copper smelting dust:Based on sophisticated dust sorting approach显示文摘Dust particles emitted from smelters can be hazardous to ecosystems and humans,as they are often enriched in metallic compounds.Here,we combined multi-method mineralogical analysis with a sophisticated size sorting approach for copper smelting dust to study the nanosize-effect on heavy metal distribution,which has hitherto been underestimated.Three types of dust were collected from a copper flash smelter and then size-sorted using a Dekati low-pressure impactor.Results showed that all three samples could easily sort out nanoscale dust particles(<1μm,grades 10–2)and even those smaller than 100 nm(grades 5–2).Especially for electrostatic precipitators dust,the mass fraction of nanoscale dust(<1μm)could reach 10.71%.The presence of heavy metals(Pb,Zn,Cu,and As)and their mineral species in dust was examined at various particle sizes.It was discovered that different heavy metals are enriched on nanoparticles in specific sizes.In micron-sized particles,heavy metals are generally found in discrete phases(e.g.,CuSO_(4),PbSO_(4),and As_(2)O_(3)).In nanoscale particles,the dominant phase is Fe_(3)O_(4),while heavy metals are mostly found in lattice substitution(e.g.,CuFe_(2)O_(4)and ZnFe_(2)O_(4)).Two distinct nano-dust morphologies were found:One with irregular mesh or chain structures consisting of particles of a few nanometers,and the other with polygonal crystals in larger sizes of hundreds of nanometers.The enrichment of heavy metals in the latter morphology is more pronounced,possibly because lattice substitution of heavy metals is more likely to occur when polycrystalline particles are formed. | Ken Li Zuwu Liao Hengdi Ye Qingzhu Li Fenghua Shen Qian Li Hui Liu Qingwei Wang Xu Yan Zhang Lin Liyuan Chai | 2024 | Nano Research2024,17,1: | 0 |
| 8 | AIEgen containing side-chain liquid crystalline polymers: Photoluminecence or photothermal, which dominate?显示文摘Why many luminescent liquid crystalline polymers(LLCPs)containing aggregation-induced emission luminogen(AIEgen)show weak emission is a question still to be answered.Herein,a series of LLCPs(α-Pns,n=4,8,and 12)with polynorbornene as main chain and twoα-dicyanodistyrylbenzene(α-DCS)as side chain are successfully synthesized to solve this issue.Differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),polarized light microscopy(PLM),one-dimentional(1D),two-dimentional(2D)middle-angle and wide-angle X-ray scattering(MAXS and WAXS)results demonstrate that the polymers form smectic A(SmA)phase with the side chains interdigitated packed within the smectic layers.Meanwhile,the photophysical properties ofα-Pns were investigated by ultraviolet-visible(UV-vis)absorption,steady state and time-resolved spectroscopy,and photothermal effect.Results show that the polymers are AIE active,but emit weak emission.The emission peak ofα-Pns film red-shift from 473 to 531 nm,the quantum yield gradually increases from around 1.6%to 14.7%,and the photothermal conversion efficiency decreases from 39%to 19%with the alkyl tail length increased.The photothermal effect,but not photoluminescence,dominates the excited state relaxation. | Lei Tao He-Lou Xie Xin Qi Jun Song Hong Xin Zhen-Qiang Yu | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,10: | 0 |
