| 1 | Effect of chrysanthemum extract on myocardial fibrosis in rats with renovascular hypertension显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate the inhibitory effect of chrysanthemum extract on myocardial fibrosis in rats with renovascular hypertension, and explore the possible mechanism underlying this effect.METHODS: Sixty Wistar rats were randomly divided into six groups: sham operation, model, positive control, and low-, medium-, and high-dose Huai chrysanthemum extract groups(ten rats per group). With the exception of the sham operation group, a renal hypertensive model was established in rats using the 'two-kidney, one clip' method. After 6 weeks, low-, medium-, and high-dose groups were intragastrically administered chrysanthemum extract at 1, 2, or 4 g/kg, respectively, once daily for 4 weeks. The positive control group was administered Kato Pury at 50 mg/kg once daily for 4 weeks,while sham operation and model groups received an equal volume of distilled water once daily for 4 weeks. Blood pressure changes were examined before modeling, 6 weeks after modeling, and after 4 weeks of treatment administration. Ventricular remodeling indexes were measured by high frequency echocardiography after 4 weeks of treatment administration. Pathological changes were observed by hematoxylin and eosin, and Masson’s trichrome staining methods. Collagen type sion were eⅠxa(Col minedⅠ) and type Ⅲ(Col Ⅲ) expres by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays. Transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1), sma mad 3(Smad3),Smad7, Ras homolog gene family, member A(RhoA), and Rho-associated protein kinase 1(ROCK1) protein expression were detected by Western blot.RESULTS: Compared with the model group, chrysanthemum-administered groups and the positive control group showed significant improvement of arterial blood pressure, echocardiography indicators, and degree of myocardial fibrosis(P < 0.05). In addition, these groups exhibited decreased expression of Col Ⅰ, Col Smad3, and increaseⅢ, RhoA, ROCK1, TGF-β1, and d Smad7 expression. Such improvements were most obvious in the high-dose chrysanthemum extract group(P < 0.05).CONCLUSION: Chrysanthemum extract could effectively reduce myocardial fibrosis in rats with renovascular hypertension by a mechanism that potentially involves inhibition of RhoA/ROCK1 and TGF-β1/Smad signaling pathways. | Pei Lixin Shu Shengnan Wang Xuanying Ji Baoyu | 2019 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2019,39,4: | 6 |
| 2 | Protective effect of Yi-Qi-Huo-Xue Decoction against ischemic heart disease by regulating cardiac lipid metabolism显示文摘Yi-Qi-Huo-Xue Decoction(YQHX)is the recombination of Dang-Gui-Bu-Xue Decoction(DBD),which is one of the well-known traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)prescription,and has long been shown to have significant protective effects against myocardial ischemic injury.In previous studies,we found that YQHX could regulate lipid and glucose metabolism,promote angiogenesis,attenuate inflammatory response,and ameliorate left ventricular function in myocardial ischemia rat models.However,the underlying mechanism of how YQHX involves in lipid metabolism remains unclear so far.In this study,the underlying mechanism of YQHX in lipid metabolism disorders was elucidated in a myocardial ischemia rat model and a hypoxia-induced H9 c2 cell injury model.YQHX(8.2 g·kg-1)and positive-control drug trimetazidine(10 mg·kg-1)were administered daily on the second day after left anterior descending(LAD)operation.At 7 days and 28 days after surgery,changes of cardiac morphology,structure,and function were evaluated by H&E staining and echocardiography,respectively.The plasma lipid levels and mitochondrial ATP content were also evaluated.Western blot and RT-PCR were used to determine the protein and mRNA expressions of AMPK,PGC-1α,CPT-1α,and PPARα.YQHX improved cardiac function and ameliorated lipid metabolism disorders.Furthermore,YQHX increased the expression of p-AMPK,PGC-1α,and CPT-1αwithout changing PPARαin ischemic rat myocardium.In vitro,YQHX activated the protein and mRNA expression of PGC-1α,CPT-1α,and PPARαin hypoxia-induced H9 c2 cells injury,whereas AMPK inhibitor Compound c blocked the effects of YQHX.Taken together,the results suggest that YQHX reduces lipid metabolism disorders in myocardial ischemia via the AMPK-dependent signaling pathway. | LI Fang-He HUANG Xiao-Lou WANG Hui GUO Shu-Wen LI Ping | 2020 | Chinese Journal of Natural Medicines2020,18,10: | 5 |
| 3 | 益气活血方改善冠心病介入术后患者心脏功能与超敏C反应蛋白相关性的研究显示文摘目的:探讨益气活血方对冠心病介入术后心脏功能与超敏C反应蛋白的相关性。方法:150例冠心病行PCI术患者按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组75例予西医常规药物治疗,治疗组75例在对照组治疗基础上予加服益气活血方,分别于入院时、出院后60d、出院后180d观察两组MIDAS评分、超声心动图结果、血清C反应蛋白的差异。两组治疗疗程为3个月,随访时间为6个月。结果:治疗后两组患者的生命质量和心功能均较入院时改善,但在出院后两组患者的心功能、血清C反应蛋白具有明显差异性,出院后180d时实验组的生命质量和心功能改善程度较对照组更为显著(P<0.05)。实验组患者MIDAS评分在出院后180 d时明显高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者血清超敏C反应蛋白在出院180 d后明显低于对照组;在6个月的随访中,超声心动图结果表明实验组左室射血分数、每搏出量、左室舒张、收缩末期内径改善较对照组明显(P<0.05);在MACE发生率中,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:益气活血方能够改善PCI术后康复期患者的心功能,且益气活血方可以显著降低冠心病介入术后患者炎性因子血清超敏C反应蛋白水平。 | 何贵新 玉黎燕 秦伟彬 刘鹏业 林琳 肖婷 申永艳 | 2019 | 大众科技2019,21,10: | 4 |
| 4 | 益气活血方对冠心病介入术后患者生命质量及心功能影响的临床研究显示文摘目的探讨益气活血方对冠心病介入术后患者心脏康复的影响。方法选择150例因冠心病行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)的患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各75例。对照组予常规西药治疗,研究组在对照组治疗基础上加服益气活血方,疗程3个月,随访6个月。分别记录两组患者入院时、出院后2个月、出院后6个月的生活质量量表(SF-36)评分及中医证候评分;记录入院时、出院后6个月的心功能评价指标结果;比较两组患者随访期间主要心脏不良事件发生率。结果出院后2个月、6个月两组患者的SF-36量表评分均较入院时降低(均P<0.05),出院后6个月,研究组的SF-36量表评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。出院后6个月,两组患者的左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、每搏输出量(SV)、左室射血分数(LVEF)均较入院时明显改善(均P<0.05),且研究组较对照组更明显(P<0.05)。出院后两组患者的中医证候积分均较入院时升高,且研究组较对照组更为明显(均P<0.05)。两组均未出现明显的不良反应。结论益气活血方能够改善PCI术后康复期患者的心功能和远期生命质量。 | 何贵新 玉黎燕 秦伟彬 刘鹏业 林琳 肖婷 申永艳 | 2019 | 微创医学2019,14,5: | 4 |
| 5 | 参七益气活血汤治疗心肌梗死的临床效果及对生活质量的影响显示文摘目的探讨参七益气活血汤治疗心肌梗死的临床效果及对生活质量的影响。方法选取我院在2015年1月~2017年12月收治的心肌梗死患者100例,平均分为对照组和研究组,每组各50例。对照组采用常规西药进行治疗,研究组则在对照组基础上联合参七益气活血汤进行治疗,比较两组患者的临床效果。结果研究组临床有效率要高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者的中医证候积分无明显区别(P>0.05),治疗后研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者的GCS以及QOL评分明显升高,研究组评分情况要优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用参七益气活血汤治疗心肌梗死能够取得比较理想的临床疗效,可以更好地改善患者胸闷胸痛、心悸、气短等临床症状,防止患者血栓的形成发生再梗死,能有效改善患者的生活质量,且安全性良好,临床上值得进一步推广和应用。 | 罗子幸 王文会 贺青军 胡智超 黄嘉文 于远航 | 2019 | 中国现代医生2019,57,20: | 2 |
