1Protein kinases in plant responses to drought, salt,and cold stress显示文摘Protein kinases are major players in various signal transduction pathways. Understanding the molecular mechanisms behind plant responses to biotic and abiotic stresses has become critical for developing and breeding climate-resilient crops. In this review,we summarize recent progress on understanding plant drought, salt, and cold stress responses, with a focus on signal perception and transduction by different protein kinases, especially sucrose nonfermenting1(SNF1)-related protein kinases(Sn RKs),mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK) cascades,calcium-dependent protein kinases(CDPKs/CPKs),and receptor-like kinases(RLKs). 2前锯肌平面阻滞对胸腔镜手术患者术后急性疼痛和炎症反应的影响显示文摘目的观察前锯肌平面阻滞(SAPB)对胸腔镜手术患者术后急性疼痛和炎症反应的影响。方法选择2018年2月至2020年2月拟行胸腔镜手术患者104例,男64例,女40例,年龄26~64岁,BMI 18~24 kg/m^(2),ASAⅠ或Ⅱ级,采用随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组52例。S组采用全麻联合术前30 min行SAPB。C组术中采用单纯全麻。记录术后2、4、12、24 h静息及咳嗽状态下VAS疼痛评分。记录术前、术毕、术后12、24 h的T淋巴细胞亚群水平(CD4^(+)、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、皮质醇(Cor)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)浓度。记录术中丙泊酚和瑞芬太尼用量、镇痛泵总有效按压次数(D_(1))、镇痛泵实际按压次数(D_(2))、D_(1)/D_(2)、氟比洛芬酯和舒芬太尼补救例数及不良反应发生情况。结果术后2、4、12 h S组咳嗽时及静息状态下VAS评分明显低于C组(P<0.05)。术毕、术后12 h,S组的CD4^(+)、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平明显高于C组(P<0.05)。术毕、术后12 h S组血清IL-10、TNF-α、Cor浓度明显低于C组(P<0.05)。S组术中丙泊酚和瑞芬太尼用量、D_(1)、D_(2)、氟比洛芬酯和舒芬太尼补救例数明显少于C组,D_(1)/D_(2)明显高于C组(P<0.05)。两组恶心、呕吐、胸膜刺破等不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义。结论全麻联合SAPB可为胸腔镜手术患者提供良好的术后镇痛,且能减轻炎症反应。王和节 蒋毅 诸光峰 金晓伟 2021临床麻醉学杂志2021,37,7:13
3植物低温胁迫调控机制研究进展显示文摘低温是影响植物生长发育和植被分布的一种非生物胁迫。当环境温度持续低于植物生长的最佳温度时即形成低温胁迫,包括冷害和冻害。冷害是指零度及以上低温对植物造成的伤害,细胞内不结冰,但会使喜温类植物产生生理性障碍,引起该类植物受伤或死亡。冻害是指零度以下低温对细胞造成损伤甚至死亡的现象。植物从感知低温到功能基因表达,进而抵御低温胁迫,相关调控机制一直是研究热点。本文综述了近年来植物低温胁迫相关研究,从信号感知、信号传导、功能基因表达、低温诱导的生理和细胞调机制等几个方面进行了分析讨论,并对植物抗寒研究做出展望,这将有助于抗寒植物新种质的培育。陈思琪 孙敬爽 麻文俊 王军辉 赵曦阳 胡瑞阳 2022中国农学通报2022,38,17:10
4Integration of light and temperature signaling pathways in plants显示文摘As two of the most important environmental factors,light and temperature regulate almost all aspects of plant growth and development.Under natural conditions,light is accompanied by warm temperatures and darkness by cooler temperatures,suggesting that light and temperature are tightly associated signals for plants.Indeed,accumulating evidence shows that plants have evolved a wide range of mechanisms to simultaneously perceive and respond to dynamic changes in light and temperature.Notably,the photoreceptor phytochrome B(phy B)was recently shown to function as a thermosensor,thus reinforcing the notion that light and temperature signaling pathways are tightly associated in plants.In this review,we summarize and discuss the current understanding of the molecular mechanisms integrating light and temperature signaling pathways in plants,with the emphasis on recent progress in temperature sensing,light control of plant freezing tolerance,and thermomorphogenesis.We also discuss the questions that are crucial for a further understanding of the interactions between light and temperature signaling pathways in plants.Lijuan Qi Yiting Shi William Terzaghi Shuhua Yang Jigang Li 2022Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2022,64,2:4
5前锯肌平面阻滞对心肺转流下胸腔镜心脏手术患者应激反应和术后镇痛的影响显示文摘目的探讨前锯肌平面阻滞(SAPB)对心肺转流(CPB)下胸腔镜心脏手术患者应激反应和术后镇痛的影响。方法选择2018年1月至2019年3月行CPB下胸腔镜心脏手术患者40例,男25例,女15例,年龄18~64岁,BMI 18~28 kg/m^(2),ASAⅢ级。采用随机数字表法分为两组:SAPB组(S组)和对照组(C组),每组20例。S组于麻醉诱导前行超声引导下SAPB,在前锯肌表面缓慢注射0.5%罗哌卡因20 ml,30 min后测定阻滞效果,满意后实施全凭静脉麻醉。C组不做处理。两组采用相同的全凭静脉麻醉方法,术毕均行静脉自控镇痛。分别于麻醉诱导前(T_(1))、CPB前(T_(2))、CPB结束时(T_(3))、手术结束时(T_(4))、手术结束后24 h(T_(5))抽取静脉血,测血浆皮质醇(Cor)、肾上腺素(E)、血糖(Glu)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)的浓度。记录术中及术后24 h舒芬太尼的用量、苏醒时间、气管拔管时间、心胸外科重症监护室(ICU)停留时间、术后24 h的VAS疼痛评分以及术后并发症发生情况。结果与T_(1)时比较,T_(2)—T_(5)时两组血清Cor、E、Glu、IL-6浓度明显升高,血清IL-10浓度明显降低(P<0.05)。与C组比较,T_(2)—T_(5)时S组Cor、E、Glu、IL-6浓度明显降低,IL-10浓度明显升高,术中及术后24 h舒芬太尼用量明显减少,术后24 h静息和活动时VAS疼痛评分明显降低,苏醒时间、气管拔管时间、心胸外科ICU停留时间明显缩短(P<0.05)。两组术后恶心呕吐、肺部感染、低氧血症、肾功能失代偿等并发症发生率差异无统计学意义。结论对心肺转流下胸腔镜心脏手术患者实行超声引导前锯肌平面阻滞联合全凭静脉麻醉,可明显降低应激反应,术后镇痛效果更好。熊梦莹 付婷婷 刘婧迪 王秀红 陶哲 陈世彪 2022临床麻醉学杂志2022,38,10:4
6The direct targets of CBFs:In cold stress response and beyond显示文摘Cold acclimation in Arabidopsis thaliana triggers a significant transcriptional reprogramming altering the expression patterns of thousands of cold-responsive(COR) genes. Essential to this process is the C-repeat binding factor(CBF)-dependent pathway, involving the activity of AP2/ERF(APETALA2/ethylene-responsive factor)-type CBF transcription factors required for plant cold acclimation. In this study, we performed chromatin immunoprecipitation assays followed by deep sequencing(ChIP-seq) to determine the genomewide binding sites of the CBF transcription factors. Cold-induced CBF proteins specifically bind to the conserved C-repeat(CRT)/dehydrationresponsive elements(CRT/DRE;G/ACCGAC) of their target genes. A Gene Ontology enrichment analysis showed that 1,012 genes are targeted by all three CBFs. Combined with a transcriptional analysis of the cbf1,2,3 triple mutant, we define 146 CBF regulons as direct CBF targets. In addition, the CBF-target genes are significantly enriched in functions associated with hormone, light,and circadian rhythm signaling, suggesting that the CBFs act as key integrators of endogenous and external environmental cues. 7Genome-wide identification and cold stress-induced expression analysis of the CBF gene family in Liriodendron chinense显示文摘Cold-resistance pathways that operate in model plants such as Arabidopsis thaliana and Oryza sativa have been studied extensively.It has been found that CBF genes play an important role in plant cold resistance.Liriodendron chinense,a tree known for its graceful tree shape and widely spread in south China,has weak cold tolerance.However,little is known about its response to cold.To further study the function of L.chinense CBF gene family,we started by characterizing all members of this gene family in the L.chinense genome and their expression profiling.Phylogenetic analysis found that 14 CBF genes in L.chinense are more closely related to their homologues in woody plants and A.thaliana than those in O.sativa.Cis-acting elements and GO analysis showed that some LcCBF genes participated in the biological process of cold stress response.The transcriptomic and RT-qPCR data showed that most of LcCBF genes displayed an initially increasing and subsequently decreasing trend during cold stress course and the expression profile of each member was different.Some LcCBF genes exhibited a different abundance in callus,root,stem and leaf tissues.The structure and expression characteristics of LcCBF genes imply that they may have similar and different functions in response to cold stress conditions.The identification and analysis of LcCBF gene family have laid the foundation for future studies into L.chinense cold stress mechanisms and for the cultivation of cold-resistance cultivars.Yuanlin Guan Siqin Liu Weihuang Wu Kaiyue Hong Rongxue Li Liming Zhu Yang Liu Ye Lu Jinhui Chen Liming Yang Jisen Shi 2021Journal of Forestry Research2021,32,6:3
8Reciprocal regulation between the negative regulator PP2CG1 phosphatase and the positive regulator OST1 kinase confers cold response in Arabidopsis显示文摘Protein phosphorylation and dephosphorylation have been reported to play important roles in plant cold responses.In addition,phospho-regulatory feedback is a conserved mechanism for biological processes and stress responses in animals and plants.However,it is less well known that a regulatory feedback loop is formed by the protein kinase and the protein phosphatase in plant responses to cold stress.Here,we report that OPEN STOMATA 1(OST1)and PROTEIN PHOSPHATASE 2C G GROUP 1(PP2CG1)reciprocally regulate the activity during the cold stress response.The interaction of PP2CG1 and OST1 is inhibited by cold stress,which results in the release of OST1 at the cytoplasm and nucleus from suppression by PP2CG1.Interestingly,cold-activated OST1 phosphorylates PP2CG1 to suppress its phosphatase activity,thereby amplifying cold signaling in plants.Mutations of PP2CG1 and its homolog PP2CG2 enhance freezing tolerance,whereas overexpression of PP2CG1 decreases freezing tolerance.Moreover,PP2CG1 negatively regulates protein levels of C-REPEAT BINDING FACTORs(CBFs)under cold stress.Our results uncover a phosphor/dephosphor-regulatory feedback loop mediated by PP2CG1 phosphatase and OST1 protein kinase in plant cold responses.Jian Lv Jingyan Liu Yuhang Ming Yiting Shi Chunpeng Song Zhizhong Gong Shuhua Yang Yanglin Ding 2021Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2021,63,8:2
9七氟醚复合依托咪酯维持麻醉对胸腔镜手术单肺通气时应激反应的影响显示文摘目的分析七氟醚复合依托咪酯维持麻醉对胸腔镜手术单肺通气时应激反应的影响。方法选取2018年5月至2021年5月我院胸腔镜手术者91例,随机分为对照组43例,观察组48例。对照组术中采用七氟醚复合丙泊酚维持麻醉,观察组术中采用七氟醚复合依托咪酯维持麻醉。比较两组手术时间、单肺通气时间与麻醉恢复,呼吸恢复时间、清醒时间、拔管时间,对比麻醉诱导前(T0)、单肺通气开始前(T1)、单肺通气30 min后(T2)、手术结束时(T3)血流动力学MAP、HR、SpO_(2)及MDA、SOD、Cor。结果观察组呼吸恢复时间、清醒时间、拔管时间短于对照组(P<0.05);T1、T2时对照组MAP高于T0,HR、SpO_(2)低于T0,T2时对照组MAP高于T1,HR、SpO_(2)低于T1;T1、T2时观察组MAP低于对照组,HR、SpO_(2)高于对照组;T2、T3时两组MDA、Cor高于T0、T1,SOD水平低于T0、T1,且T3时两组MDA、Cor水平高于T2,SOD低于T2(P<0.05);T2、T3时观察组MDA、Cor低于对照组。结论七氟醚复合依托咪酯维持麻醉应用于胸腔镜手术单肺通气中能促进麻醉恢复,血流动力学稳定,减轻应激反应。刘闯 张秀丽 丁孟瑶 2022中华肺部疾病杂志(电子版)2022,15,5:1
10Convergent evolution of AP2/ERF Ⅲ and IX subfamilies through recurrent polyploidization and tandem duplication during eudicot adaptation to paleoenvironmental changes显示文摘Whole-genome duplication(WGD or polyploidization)has been suggested as a genetic contributor to angiosperm adaptation to environmental changes.However,many eudicot lineages did not undergo recent WGD(R-WGD)around and/or after the Cretaceous-Paleogene(K-Pg)boundary,times of severe environmental changes;how those plants survived has been largely ignored.Here,we collected 22 plants from major branches of the eudicot phylogeny and classified them into two groups according to the occurrence or absence of R-WGD:12 R-WGD-containing plants(R-WGD-Y)and 10 R-WGD-lacking plants(R-WGD-N).Subsequently,we identified 496 gene-rich families in R-WGD-Y and revealed that members of the AP2/ERF transcription factor family were convergently over-retained after R-WGDs and showed exceptional cold stimulation.The evolutionary trajectories of the AP2/ERF family were then compared between R-WGD-Y and R-WGD-N to reveal convergent expansions of the AP2/ERF Ⅲ and IX subfamilies through recurrent independent WGDs and tandem duplications(TDs)after the radiation of the plants.The expansions showed coincident enrichments in-times around and/or after the K-Pg boundary,when global cooling was a major environmental stressor.Consequently,convergent expansions and co-retentions of AP2/ERF Ⅲ C-repeat binding factor(CBF)duplicates and their regulons in different eudicot lineages contributed to the rewiring of cold-specific regulatory networks.Moreover,promoter analysis of cold-responsive AP2/ERF genes revealed an underlying cis-regulatory code(G-box:CACGTG).We propose a seesaw model of WGDs and TDs in the convergent expansion of AP2/ERF Ⅲ and IX genes that has contributed to eudicot adaptation during paleoenvironmental changes,and we suggest that TD may be a reciprocal/alternative mechanism for genetic innovation in plants that lack WGD.Liangyu Guo Shuo Wang Yuqi Nie Yirong Shen Xiaoxue Ye Wenwu Wu 2022Plant Communications2022,3,6:0
11植物lncRNA及其对低温胁迫响应的研究进展显示文摘低温限制植物生长区域,决定种植范围;导致作物产量和品质下降,严重可能造成植株死亡。为了抵抗低温胁迫,植物进化出了复杂的防御机制。lncRNA是存在于细胞核和细胞质中、由体内基因组转录产生的一类转录本。近年来,已证实lncRNA可以通过多聚腺苷酸化、与某些蛋白酶协同作用、与miRNA竞争性结合等方式来响应植物低温胁迫。本文就lncRNA的定义、来源、分类以及低温条件下lncRNA在模式植物拟南芥和农经作物中的研究进展进行了总结,期望为植物耐低温机理研究及植物耐冷分子育种提供参考。陈晓 于茗兰 吴隆坤 郑晓明 逄洪波 2023生物技术通报2023,39,7:0
12豌豆CBF基因家族的生物信息学及低温胁迫下的表达分析显示文摘【目的】为了更加全面地探究CBF基因家族在豌豆中的进化及生物学特征。【方法】通过生物信息学方法从基因家族鉴定、结构分析、蛋白基本理化性质、亚细胞定位、染色体定位、顺式作用元件、蛋白质相互作用与表达分析等方面,对豌豆PsCBF基因家族进行系统鉴定和分子特征分析。【结果】在豌豆中共鉴定出21个PsCBF基因,染色体定位显示18个PsCBF基因分布在1、2、4、6与7号染色体上,其余3个未组装到染色体上(PsCBF19~PsCBF21)。21个PsCBF基因编码蛋白的氨基酸数在123(PsCBF09)~349(PsCBF11),且均属于疏水性蛋白。亚细胞定位预测显示18个PsCBF基因(85.71%)定位在细胞核上,二级结构主要以无规则延伸为主。蛋白基序显示同一类群的基因都具相似的保守基序特征且该家族成员包含1~7个保守基序;同一类群的基因也具有相似的基因结构,且该家族基因含1~2个外显子。PsCBF基因启动子区分析表明其含有多种顺势作用元件,在激素反应,组织特异表达以及逆境响应中起作用。蛋白聚类网络图显示其蛋白可能在豌豆应对非生物胁迫中起调节作用。此外,本研究发现低温胁迫后K2SiO3处理下大部分PsCBF基因的表达发生显著变化。【结论】本研究结果将为进一步分析豌豆PsCBF转录因子调控碗豆生物学过程及功能、碗豆抗寒的分子鉴定以及抗寒资源创新利用研究提供参考依据。张楠 王旺田 孙万仓 武军艳 马骊 杨刚 蒲媛媛 刘丽君 2023甘肃农业大学学报2023,58,1:0
13超声引导下前锯肌平面阻滞在老年周围型肺癌手术中的应用观察显示文摘目的观察超声引导下前锯肌平面阻滞(SAPB)在老年周围型肺癌手术中的应用价值。方法将90例老年周围型肺癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。观察组在麻醉诱导后行超声引导下SAPB,对照组麻醉诱导后直接进行手术。采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)比较患者的疼痛程度,简易精神状态检查量表(MMSE)评估患者的认知功能,同时比较两组患者的细胞免疫功能和不良反应。结果观察组患者术后2、4和12 h在静息和咳嗽时的VAS评分明显低于对照组,MMSE评分高于对照组(P<0.01)。术后24 h,两组的CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)和CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均明显降低,观察组降低的幅度低于对照组(P<0.05或0.01)。观察组不良反应总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论超声引导下SAPB可减轻老年周围型肺癌手术患者的疼痛程度、术后认知功能障碍和细胞免疫功能损伤,同时可降低不良反应发生率。杨伟才 李霜 莫海龙 陈建廷 2023广东医科大学学报2023,41,2:0
