| 1 | 响应面优化超声波微波协同提取灵芝子实体多糖工艺显示文摘为提高灵芝多糖提取率,研究超声波-微波协同提取灵芝子实体多糖工艺,通过单因素试验,选取超声波功率、微波功率、料液比3个影响因素,以多糖提取率为响应值进行响应面优化。结果表明,超声波-微波协同提取灵芝子实体多糖,提取率显著高于传统提取法,灵芝子实体多糖最佳提取工艺为超声波功率638 W、微波功率400 W、料液比1︰45(g/mL)、提取温度90℃、提取次数2次。利用最佳工艺提取的灵芝子实体多糖提取率为26.99±0.71mg/g。 | 张柳莲 黄清铧 王丽宁 马年方 梁磊 王庆福 | 2023 | 食品工业2023,44,2: | 2 |
| 2 | 响应面法优化美国灵芝姬松茸复合酸奶加工工艺显示文摘利用美国灵芝、姬松茸开发一种健康的新型酸奶产品,以感官评定、持水力、酸度为综合评定指标,通过单因素试验确定最佳菌比例(美国灵芝:姬松茸)、菌总添加量、发酵温度和发酵时间,并在此基础上利用响应面试验进行优化,结果显示美国灵芝姬松茸复合酸奶的最佳加工条件为:菌比例(美国灵芝:姬松茸)=1∶1、菌种总添加量为5%、发酵温度为43℃、发酵时间为7 h。在此条件下美国灵芝姬松茸复合酸奶的感官评分、持水力、酸度均相对较优。且随着灵芝、姬松茸菌丝的加入,对酸奶蛋白质含量有着显著提升。 | 王鑫 成学冰 魏玉凯 王佳燕 李硕 韩都柱 王鑫 王琳琳 | 2022 | 粮食加工2022,47,2: | 2 |
