2Changes of tumor microcirculation after transcatheter arterial chemoembolization:First pass perfusion MR imaging and Chinese ink casting in a rabbit model显示文摘AIM: To observe the change of tumor microcirculation after transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) with bletilla microspheres by using first pass perfusion MR imaging (FP) and Chinese ink casting.METHODS: VX2 carcinoma cells were surgically implanted into the left and right lobes of liver of 30 New Zealand white rabbits, which were divided into 3 groups at random. Emulsion of lipiodol mixed with mitomydn C, and 5-FU bletilla microspheres were injected into the hepatic artery respectively, and saline was used as control agent. MR imaging was performed with turbo-flash sequence 14 d after tumor implantation and 7 d after interventional therapy. The steepest slopes (SS) of the signal intensity versus time curves were created for quantitative analysis, 7.5% Chinese ink gelatin solution was injected through ascending artery (17 cases) or portal vein(2 cases) for lesion microvessel area (MVA) measurement after the last MRI examination.The correlation between perfusion imaging and MVA was studied blindly.RESULTS: The SS values at the rim of tumor in lipiodol group (mean, 49% per second) and bletilla group (mean,35% per second) were significantly decreased (P<0.05) as compared with control group (mean, 124% per second), no difference was found between lipiodol and bletilla groups(P>0.05). In lipiodol group, the MVAs (24 974±11 836μm^2) in the center of the tumor were significantly smaller than those of the control group (35 510±15 675 μm^2) (P<0.05),while the MVAs (80 031±22 745 μm^2) around the tumor were significantly increased because small and dense plexuses appeared around the tumor which correlated to intense reaction of granulation tissue. None of the vessels was seen in the tumor in bletilla group, the peripheral MVAs of the tumor were significantly smaller than those of the control group (P<0.05) and lipiodol group (P<0.05). There was a good correlation between SS and MVAs in control group (rsl, 0.985, P<0.0001) and bletilla group (rsl, 0.743,P<0.05), the correlation was not significant in lipiodol group(rsl, 0.527, P>0.05).CONCLUSION: TACE with bletilla microspheres may enhance its anti-tumor effect by inhibiting the angiogenesis,and FP-MRI provides useful information to assess the TACE effect by depicting tumor vascularization and perfusion,Jun-GongZhao Gan-ShengFeng Xiang-QuanKong XinLi Ming-HuaLi Ying-ShengCheng 2004World Journal of Gastroenterology2004,10,10:22
3兔转移性乳腺癌模型:肿瘤生长及转移显示文摘 目的:建立移植性兔VX2乳腺癌模型,观察肿瘤生长及转移进程。方法:采用组织块悬液注射法制作兔VX2乳腺癌模型 28只,测量并记录瘤体大小变化,触诊检查有无腋窝淋巴结转移,影像学方法检查有无远处组织或器官转移,记录荷瘤生存时间,兔死亡后解剖并做病理检查。结果: 28只兔植瘤后 1周均在注射部位形成可触及的实体瘤。除去 5只中途意外死亡兔,共有 23只兔进入研究。全部模型肿瘤增长迅速,腋窝淋巴结转移发生率21 /23(91. 3% ),纵隔淋巴结转移发生率 5 /23(21. 7% ),腹腔淋巴结转移发生率 2 /23 (8. 7% ),肺转移发生率 6 /23(26. 1% ),肝转移发生率 3 /23(13. 0% ),骨转移发生率 1 /23(4. 3% )。肿瘤局部浸润侵犯胸膜腔 2 /23(8. 7% ),胃2 /23(8. 7% )。荷瘤兔平均生存时间(51. 2±8. 6)天,瘤灶病理切片检查符合乳腺鳞状细胞癌。结论:兔VX2乳腺癌模型的生物学行为和病程进展与人类转移性乳腺癌相似,是进行人类晚期乳腺癌实验研究的理想动物模型。凌瑞 陈江浩 姚青 杨华 魏光全 汪静 李国权 2005中国癌症杂志2005,15,1:15

5兔肾VX2肿瘤声像图特点及超声造影的实验观察显示文摘目的分析兔肾VX2肿瘤在二维灰阶超声(2DUS)、彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)、方向性能量多普勒(CCD)及超声造影(CEUS)的表现,探讨CEUS在检测兔肾VX2肿瘤中的作用。方法采用超声引导下组织悬浊液注射法建立18只兔肾VX2肿瘤模型,应用2DUS、CDFI和CCD观察肾肿瘤的大小、形态、内部回声和血流表现,实时观察肿瘤在CEUS模式下的造影剂灌注。结果肿瘤2DUS以低回声-等回声为主要表现,形态呈圆形或欠规则,CDFI及CCD呈星点状、短棒状或树枝状血流。肿瘤大部分表现为低增强或者环形增强模式。结论常规超声可作为检测VX2兔肾肿瘤的有效手段,用来实时观察肿瘤的生长变化,CEUS能更好地反映了兔肾种植瘤的特征性血供及微血管灌注情况。田海燕 胡兵 徐繁华 张步林 邝胜利 2008中国介入影像与治疗学2008,5,2:6
6彩色与能量多普勒评价超声造影在兔实验性肾肿瘤中的诊断价值显示文摘目的 探讨自制超声微泡造影剂在兔实验性肾肿瘤灰阶对比以及血流显像中的作用。方法 新西兰兔14只,手术植入法建立VX2 肿瘤肾荷瘤模型。常规条件与造影条件下分别行二维超声、SonoCT、CDFI和PDI检测肾肿瘤。经耳缘静脉注射自制声学造影剂,随即以1ml生理盐水冲洗。以磁光盘记录声学造影前后的声像图变化,视频密度定量分析肾脏肿瘤结节中心、边缘与临近正常肾皮质的灰阶差值。观察造影前后肿瘤病灶的血流灌注、血管形态及半定量方法计数血管的数目。结果 超声造影后肾皮质灰阶信号显著增强,病灶呈低于肾皮质的负显影,轮廓清晰,形态较规则,内部回声不均质,病灶检出率由89.5 % (17/19)提高到10 0 % (19/19)。造影后CDFI主要是2级血流显示率增高达78.9% (15 /19) ,但总的血流显示率仍为89.4% (17/19) ;PDI则主要是3级血流改变巨大,由无升到5 7.9% (11/19) ,总的血流显示率则由89.4% (17/19)上升到10 0 % (19/19)。此种变化表现为血管由点显示变化为短棒状显示,可见多达11个病灶出现短暂的贯穿性血流。而造影前不能观察到血流的两个病灶也发现有点状的血流信号。结论 使用超声造影剂有助于提高肾脏微小病灶的检出率,深入了解病灶周边与内部的血流供应情况。造影PDI成像比CDFI成像具有更高的敏感性。杜文华 王翔 杨未晓 熊秀勤 王晖 2005临床超声医学杂志2005,7,2:6
7兔肾VX2肿瘤的超声造影实验研究显示文摘目的:探讨兔VX2肾肿瘤超声造影的图像特征。方法:12只新西兰兔采用包埋法于右肾植入VX2肿瘤,共12个结节。经外周静脉注射声诺维(SonoVue),分别于植瘤后7、14、21 d进行超声造影,观察VX2肿瘤大小及其灌注特点。结果:肿瘤最佳干预时间为植入后2-3周,3周后易发生坏死。VX2肾肿瘤超声造影后主要表现为充盈缺损的"负显影",可使肾肿瘤的检出率由造影前的57.1%(12/21)提高至造影后的100%(21/21)。结论:超声造影可明显加强肿瘤血流信号的显示,显著提高VX2肾肿瘤的诊断率。沈德娟 杨斌 倪黎登 傅宁华 王江陵 2008医学研究生学报2008,21,5:6
8相干对比造影成像观察兔肝VX2肿瘤血管影像的价值显示文摘目的 探讨相干对比造影成像技术 (CCI)检测肿瘤特征性血供的价值。方法 选用肝VX2肿瘤模型兔 8只 ,利用Sequoia5 12彩色多普勒超声仪 ,以相干对比成像模式观察自制声学造影剂注射后肿瘤血管影像的动态增强变化。同时 ,利用血管铸型方法 ,建立兔肝VX2肿瘤血管三维构筑模型。结果 肝脏VX2肿瘤声学造影大致可分为 3个时相 ,即动脉相、门静脉相、肝实质相。其中 7只肿瘤兔在动脉相出现了特异性的肿瘤血管增强 ,肿瘤区见强回声网络状血管结构显影。血管铸型可清晰显示肿瘤周边的滋养动脉包绕并伴有分支伸入肿瘤内 ,肿瘤内密集、紊乱、吻合丰富的动脉网也显示清晰。结论 通过血管铸型技术可为超声造影所见的特征性图像提供解剖形态学依据 ;CCI技术可观察到特征性的肿瘤血管增强影像 ,提高诊断特异性。王翔 杜文华 杨未晓 李陶 熊秀勤 2005第三军医大学学报2005,27,3:3
9Establishment of VX2 breast carcinoma model in rabbit by injecting tumor mass suspension显示文摘Objective: To establish a stable model of VX2 breast carcinoma in rabbit and select the optimal way. Methods: Thirty female New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups with 10 in each. Tumor cell suspensions or tumor mass suspensions were injected into breast tissues of rabbits of group A and B, respectively. Tumor blocks were surgically implanted in rabbit breasts of group C. Tumor formation rate, tumor growth rate, and tumor-bearing survival time was compared, and the histological feature of tumor was observed. Results: Models were established conveniently and successfully in rabbits received injection of tumor mass suspensions. Tumor proliferated rapidly with the biological feature of squamous cell carcinoma. Conclusion: VX2 breast carcinoma model in rabbit was established successfully. 11Grey scale enhancement of rabbit liver and kidney by intravenous injection of a new lipid-coated ultrasound contrast agent显示文摘AIM: To assess the grey scale enhancement of a new lipidcoated ultrasound contrast agent in solid abdominal organs as liver and kidney.METHODS: Size distribution and concentration of the lipidcoated contrast microbubbles were analyzed by a Coulter counter. Two-dimensional (2D) second harmonic imaging of the hepatic parenchyma, the inferior vena cava and the right kidney of the rabbits were acquired before and after contrast agent injection. Images were further quantified by histogram in Adobe Photoshop 6.0. Time-intensity curves of hepatic parenchyma, inferior vena cava and renal cortex were qenerated from the oriqinal qrev scale.RESULTS: The 2D images of hepatic parenchyma and cortex of the kidney were greatly enhanced after injection and the peak time could last more than 50 min.CONCLUSION: This new lipid ultrasound contrast agent could significantly enhance the grey scale imaging of the hepatic parenchyma and the renal cortex for more than 50 min.PingLiu Yun-HuaGao Kai-BinTan ZhengLiu SongZuo 2004World Journal of Gastroenterology2004,10,16:3
12兔乳腺VX2移植癌的高频超声表现显示文摘目的应用高频彩超探讨兔乳腺VX2移植癌的组织形态学和血流动力学改变.方法建立兔乳腺VX2移植癌模型15只.彩超每周观测肿瘤生长情况共6周,于1、2、3、4周测量血流动力学参数PSV、PI和RI并进行自身对照.结果二维声像图示1周肿瘤体积小,呈均质低回声;2~3周肿瘤生长率463.09%,见强回声斑点钙化灶;3~4周见坏死液化,4周腋下可探及肿大淋巴结;5~6周见坏死囊腔形成.1~4周PDI探及星点状、短棒状和条状血流信号;血供分级呈0~Ⅲ级;测得动脉频谱,PSV值6.07~39.8 cm/s, RI值0.168~0.622;2~3周PSV增高(P〈0.05),各时期PI和RI值差异无显著性.结论高频彩超显示,兔乳腺VX2移植癌在2~3周时增长最快、血供最为丰富,较适宜进行肿瘤传代、模型制作及肿瘤血管研究.王玲 张炽敏 李嘉 苏俊 王咏梅 2006中国医学影像技术2006,22,4:2
13超声造影技术在肝脏局灶性病变诊治中的有效性及其应用进展显示文摘传统彩色多普勒和能量多普勒超声对肝脏位置较深或体积较小的病灶缺乏良好的对比度,限制了临床应用。以微气泡超声对比剂为介质的超声造影技术提高了传统超声对血流的探测能力,并能动态观察组织的增强过程,有效反映病变的血流动力学变化,从而提高了超声对肝脏局灶性病变诊断的敏感性和特异性。超声造影技术在提高肝癌的检出率,鉴别肝脏良恶性局灶性病变方面显示出比常规超声和增强CT更多的优势,可以为肝肿瘤介入治疗后评估疗效提供新的途径。本文就目前应用超声造影技术诊断肝脏局灶性病变及其在评估治疗后的进展进行综述。李建华 王兰君 韩炜 梁韶明 2008医学综述2008,14,23:2
14超声引导下兔肾VX2肿瘤穿刺接种技术的研究显示文摘目的探讨超声引导下穿刺制备兔肾VX2实质性肿瘤(实体瘤)模型中的注意事项及操作技术改进。方法对25只新西兰大白兔,采用超声引导下经皮穿刺方法将VX2肿瘤组织混悬液注射到肾实质内,分别在接种术后3、7、9、11、13、16d,采用超声观测病灶的形态、大小、回声、血供等改变,并观察大体及镜下肿瘤组织的形态特征。结果在接种术后第7天超声即可检测到肿瘤生长,第16天有24只实验兔(24/25)检测到肿瘤,以等至稍高回声表现为主,其中18只(18/24)是实体瘤,另6只肿瘤内部出现液性无回声区。兔肿瘤较小时,可见血流信号伸入肿瘤内部,表现为短棒状,少数可见树枝状血流信号;在肿瘤直径达1cm以上时,血流主要分布在周边,形成抱球状,内部仅见少许点状血流信号。结论采用超声引导下经皮穿刺接种方法制备肾实质性肿瘤模型简单易行,成功率高,所获得的肾实体瘤动物模型能基本满足经皮肿瘤消融治疗实验的需要。徐繁华 胡兵 田海燕 张步林 邝胜利 2007中华医学超声杂志(电子版)2007,4,4:1
15稀硫酸和无水乙醇注射治疗兔肝脏移植性VX2肿瘤显示文摘目的 探讨稀硫酸和无水乙醇兔VX2肝肿瘤内注射的临床价值。方法 移植性VX2肿瘤兔 16只 ,随机分为稀硫酸和无水乙醇组 ,分别于肿瘤内注射 10 %稀硫酸和无水乙醇各 0 .5ml。结果 兔移植性VX2肿瘤内分别注射 10 %稀硫酸和无水乙醇各 0 .5ml,2 4h后 ,稀硫酸组肿瘤坏死率大于乙醇组 (P <0 .0 5 )。电镜观察肿瘤细胞表现为变性 ,坏死及凋亡改变。MRI扫描肿瘤术前T1WI、T2WI和T2DWI分别表现为均匀低信号、高信号和高信号 ,边界清楚 ;术后表现为混杂不均匀信号。肿瘤凝固性坏死在T1WI和T2WI上表现为高信号和稍低信号 ,增强时病灶无明显强化。结论 稀硫酸是一种新型肿瘤细胞灭活物质 ,经皮硫酸注射疗法创伤小 ,无明显副作用 ,可成为肝癌治疗的一种新方法。欧阳祖彬 黄永火 罗天友 欧阳羽 曾勇明 文明 吕发金 朱明霞 陈鑫 2004中国介入影像与治疗学2004,1,1:1
16门脉癌栓兔模型的超声及CT影像表现显示文摘目的分析兔门脉VX2细胞株肿瘤模型的影像学表现,探讨超声及CT检查在监测门静脉癌栓中的价值。方法 VX2肿瘤细胞株接种于兔大腿形成稳定的种植瘤,将瘤块接种于20只新西兰大白兔肝脏门静脉内,采用剖腹门脉穿刺及门脉切开两种方法建立门静脉癌栓模型,用超声及CT观察肿瘤的形成情况。结果超声显示肿瘤成活率90%(18/20),瘤株接种后12~15d可探及门脉癌栓,接种21~23d可显示瘤体血流情况。CT平扫瘤体呈低密度或等密度灶,增强扫描动脉期呈不均匀强化。结论超声可及时显示门脉癌栓形成情况,CT扫描能准确判断癌栓形成情况,综合影像学检测手段能够及时准确评价门脉癌栓动物模型的瘤灶生长情况,可为进一步的门脉癌栓治疗试验研究提供有用信息。周明强 刘长珠 刘斯润 罗超元 王俊芳 宁映霞 2013中国医药指南2013,11,16:1
17门静脉癌栓兔模型建立及超声监测显示文摘目的 建立肝癌伴门静脉癌栓的动物模型 ,探讨超声在监测门静脉癌栓生长中的作用。方法 新西兰大白兔12只 ,开腹后将VX2 肿瘤块直接注入门静脉主干内 ,接种后每日超声观察门静脉内癌栓生长情况 ,记录癌栓的大小、位置、回声及血供情况。结果 10只门静脉癌栓模型成功建立 ( 10 / 12 )。种植后 2周超声可探及门脉内癌栓 ,3周可发现其血供情况。结论 门静脉内直接种植肿瘤块是建立门静脉癌栓模型的可靠方法 ,成功率较高。姜露莹 张贵祥 杨亚汝 赵京龙 李玉洁 许小云 2004中国医学影像技术2004,20,11:1
