| 2 | Static aeroelastic analysis of very flexible wings based on non-planar vortex lattice method显示文摘A rapid and efficient method for static aeroelastic analysis of a flexible slender wing when considering the structural geometric nonlinearity has been developed in this paper. A non-planar vortex lattice method herein is used to compute the non-planar aerodynamics of flexible wings with large deformation. The finite element method is introduced for structural nonlinear statics analysis. The surface spline method is used for structure/aerodynamics coupling. The static aeroelastic characteristics of the wind tunnel model of a flexible wing are studied by the nonlinear method presented, and the nonlinear method is also evaluated by comparing the results with those obtained from two other methods and the wind tunnel test. The results indicate that the traditional linear method of static aeroelastic analysis is not applicable for cases with large deformation because it produces results that are not realistic. However, the nonlinear methodology, which involves combining the structure finite element method with the non-planar vortex lattice method, could be used to solve the aeroelastic deformation with considerable accuracy, which is in fair agreement with the test results. Moreover, the nonlinear finite element method could consider complex structures. The non-planar vortex lattice method has advantages in both the computational accuracy and efficiency. Consequently, the nonlinear method presented is suitable for the rapid and efficient analysis requirements of engineering practice. | 5 | 非平面三棱形PDC齿破岩机理研究与现场试验显示文摘非平面三棱齿的破岩机理不清晰,导致三棱齿PDC钻头达不到预期的破岩效果。为此,采用有限元法对非平面三棱齿进行数值模拟分析,分析破岩过程中的各项切削力的变化规律,研究其破岩机理。数值模拟和刮切试验结果表明,三棱齿与平面PDC齿在破岩过程中的岩石受力状态存在明显的差异,相同条件下三棱齿切削破碎砂岩时的切向力及切向力的波动幅度均小于常规平面齿。三棱齿PDC钻头现场试验表明,其在研磨性高、冲击性强地层中的破岩效率较高,抗冲击性能较好。研究表明,三棱齿主要通过拉剪作用破坏岩石,切向力和扭矩更小,抗冲击性和耐磨性更高,能够提高破岩效率、延长钻头使用寿命。 | 刘建华 令文学 王恒 | 2021 | 石油钻探技术2021,49,5: | 7 |

| 10 | A two-step transient liquid phase diffusion bonding process of T91 steels显示文摘In this study,a two-step heating process is introduced for transient liquid phase( TLP) diffusion bonding for sound joints with T91 heat resistant steels. At first,a short-time higher temperature heating step is addressed to melt the interlayer,followed by the second step to complete isothermal solidification at a low temperature. The most critical feature of our new method is producing a non-planar interface at the T91 heat resistant steels joint. We propose a transitional liquid phase bonding of T91 heat resistant steels by this approach. Since joint microstructures have been studied,we tested the tensile strength to assess joint mechanical property. The result indicates that the solidified bond may contain a primary solid-solution,similar composition to the parent metal and free from precipitates. Joint tensile strength of the joint is not lower than parent materials. Joint bend's strengths are enhanced due to the higher metal-to-metal junction producing a non-planar bond lines.Nevertheless,the traditional transient liquid phase diffusion bonding produces planar ones. | 15 | Oxidative stress and apoptosis of Carassius auratus lymphocytes induced by nonplanar (PCB153) and coplanar (PCB169) polychlorinated biphenyl congeners in vitro显示文摘Among all the 209 kinds of polychlorinated biphenyls(PCBs) congeners,nonplanar and coplanar PCB congeners have different levels of toxicity on mammal cells such as neuronal cells,but little is known about their toxicity on fish cells although PCB congeners usually have high bioaccumulation abilities in the detected fish bodies.This study showed that 2,2',4,4',5,5'-hexacholorbiphenyl(PCB153,nonplanar congener) and 3,3',4,4',5,5'-hexacholorbiphenyl(PCB169,coplanar congener) caused apoptosis on the isolated crucian carp(Carassius auratus) lymphocytes and the induced cytotoxicity was structure-dependent.According to the laser confocal microscope observations,apoptosis was clearly distinguished by condensation of nucleus,shrinkage and formation of apoptotic bodies.DNA fragmentation was detected by agarose gel electrophoresis.These typical morphological and biochemical characteristics indicate the occurrence of apoptosis on fish lymphocytes.According to the flow cytometry analysis,after the cells were exposed to 10μmol/L PCBs for 3 h,the apoptotic percentage induced by PCB153 was 23.41%,while that induced by PCB169 was even higher(31.03%) . Furthermore,incubating PCBs with fish lymphocytes enhanced levels of reactive oxygen species(ROS) and malondialdehyde(MDA) ,clearly indicating the presence of oxidative stress and lipid peroxidation.Our data also demonstrate that the different cytotoxic effects induced by coplanar and nonplanar PCBs were correlated with their structural characteristics and the coplanar congener was more cytotoxic than nonplanar congener.This study suggests that cytotoxicity mechanisms of the PCB congeners on fish lymphocytes depend on their planarity and chemical structures. | ZHANG Jianying ZHANG Hangjun NI Wanmin | 2009 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2009,21,9: | 3 |
