1低空急流对中国褐飞虱重大北迁过程的影响显示文摘低空急流是褐飞虱远距离迁飞的理想空中通道之一,为了揭示低空急流对褐飞虱北迁的动力作用机制,在全面分析2007年中国褐飞虱虫情资料的基础上,筛选出典型个例,结合相应的气象背景资料,对低空急流在褐飞虱北迁中的动力影响进行了系统的研究。研究表明:(1)低空急流作为一种大尺度天气系统,对2007年中国褐飞虱的重大北迁产生了重要的影响,这种影响体现在对虫源输送和降虫上;(2)低空急流的时空分布和强度变化对褐飞虱降虫时段、降虫范围、降虫量多少和主降虫区位置的选择有重要的影响;(3)逆推轨迹计算的结果显示:迁入主降区的褐飞虱是由低空急流输送的,这与其动力作用相吻合;(4)低空急流中的下沉气流对降虫区分布有着决定性的影响。包云轩 谢杰 向勇 徐希燕 刘宇 2009生态学报2009,29,11:22
2Effects of nitrogen on the tolerance of brown planthopper,Nilaparvata Lugens, to adverse environmental factors显示文摘The effect of nitrogen content in rice plants on the tolerance of brown planthopper (BPH), Nilaparvata lugens Stal to high temperature, starvation and insecticide, was studied in the laboratory at International Rice Research Institute (IRRI), Philippines. Survival of nymphs and adults, fecundity and egg hatchability were significantly increased by the increase of nitrogen content in host plants at 38℃. Moreover, the survival of nymphs,fecundity and egg hatchability were significantly higher in BPH populations on rice plants with a high nitrogen regimen than those on rice plants with a low nitrogen regimen.Meanwhile, the tolerance of female adults to starvation and nymphs to growth regulator buprofezin on rice plants with a high nitrogen regimen were slightly increased. This indicates that the tolerances of BPH to adverse environmental stresses were positively increased by the application of nitrogenous fertilizer. 3烯啶虫胺对水稻褐飞虱田间控制效果显示文摘田间试验结果表明:烯啶虫胺对水稻褐飞虱具有较好的速效性、持效性,药后3 d,50%烯啶虫胺WSG 22.5~52.5 g/hm2对褐飞虱的防治效果为84.70%~90.81%;药后14 ~21 d,50%烯啶虫胺WSG 37.5~52.5 g/hm2对褐飞虱仍有89.84%~96.06%的防治效果.因此,从防治效果和防治成本的角度考虑,50%烯啶虫胺WSG防治水稻褐飞虱的适宜用量为37.5~52.5 g/hm2,防治适期在褐飞虱若虫高峰期,用水量不低于750 kg/hm2.束兆林 孙庭东 张芳 缪康 赵来成 2010江西农业学报2010,22,9:13
4分子标记辅助选择抗褐飞虱基因改良桂农占的BPH抗性显示文摘本研究通过分子标记辅助选择和连续回交的方法将来源于栽培稻的抗褐飞虱基因Bph3、来源于野生稻的抗褐飞虱基因Bph14和Bph15分别转入到华南高产水稻品种桂农占中,在BC3F3获得了含单个抗性基因的稳定株系和含Bph14和Bph15的稳定株系,其遗传背景与桂农占相似达95%以上。这些株系苗期对褐飞虱的抗性评价表明,在含单个抗性基因的株系中,含Bph3的株系抗性水平最高,含Bph14的最低,而含Bph14和Bph15的株系抗性水平高于含单个基因的株系。对农艺性状的调查发现,含抗性基因的株系与桂农占在抽穗期方面表现出显著差异。在单株产量方面,含抗褐飞虱基因的株系与桂农占没有显著差异。研究结果可为培育抗褐飞虱基因高产水稻品种提供材料。胡巍 李艳芳 胡侃 江奕君 张扬 2015分子植物育种2015,13,5:13
5Impact of Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Potassium on Brown Planthopper and Tolerance of Its Host Rice Plants显示文摘The brown planthopper(BPH),Nilaparvata lugens(St?l),appeared as a devastating pest of rice in Asia. Experiments were conducted to study the effects of three nutrients,nitrogen(N),phosphorus(P) and potassium(K),on BPH and its host rice plants. Biochemical constituents of BPH and rice plants with varying nutrient levels at different growth stages,and changes in relative water content(RWC) of rice plants were determined in the laboratory. Feeding of BPH and the tolerance of rice plants to BPH with different nutrient levels were determined in the nethouse. Concentrations of N and P were found much higher in the BPH body than in its host rice plants,and this elemental mismatch is an inherent constraint on meeting nutritional requirements of BPH. Nitrogen was found as a more limiting element for BPH than other nutrients in rice plants. Application of N fertilizers to the rice plants increased the N concentrations both in rice plants and BPH while application of P and K fertilizers increased their concentrations in plant tissues only but not in BPH. Nitrogen application also increased the level of soluble proteins and decreased silicon content in rice plants,which resulted in increased feeding of BPH with sharp reduction of RWC in rice plants ultimately caused susceptible to the pest. P fertilization increased the concentration of P in rice plant tissues but not changed N,K,Si,free sugar and soluble protein contents,which indicated little importance of P to the feeding of BPH and tolerance of plant against BPH. 6Recent advances in molecular biology research of a rice pest, the brown planthopper显示文摘The brown planthopper, Nilaparvata lugens St?l, has become a major threat in tropical Asian and China since the rice green revolution of the 1960 s. Currently, insecticide application remains the primary choice for controlling this rice insect pest, but heavy use of insecticides poses dangerous risks to beneficial natural enemies and pollinators, and stimulates N. lugens reproductivity, and has caused a resurgence of the pest in the major rice-planting regions throughout Asia. Achieving the long-lasting goal of sustainable management of N. lugens requires understanding of the molecular basis of outbreaks of the pest and the development of environment-friendly pest-control strategies. Here, we review the recent molecular advances in N. lugens research on the aspects of its endosymbionts, virus transmission, insecticide resistance, and interaction between N. lugens and rice plants. 7Community structure, dispersal ability and functional profiling of microbiome existing in fat body and ovary of the brown planthopper, Nilaparvata lugens显示文摘The endosymbionts play vital roles in growth, development and reproduction in insects. Yeast-like endosymbionts (YLSs) have been well studied in Nilaparvata lugens (N. lugens), but little is known about the tissue-specific bacterial microbiomes, especially on the microbial intersection among internal tissues. Here, the correlation of microbial composition, structure, dispersal ability and functional profiling were illuminated in two tissues, the fat body and ovary in N. lugens. A total of 11 phyla and 105 genera were captured from all samples;Firmicutes and Proteobacteria were the most predominant and accounted for more than 99% in all samples. However, the relative abundance ofFirmicutes and Proteobacteria was significantly different in ovary and fat body through Fisher's Least Significant Difference test. Microbial diversity but not the richness index in the two tissues exhibited significant difference. Furthermore, the microbial community structure of the ovary and fat body were primarily determined by tissue quality. Firmicutes showed strong dispersal ability between ovary and fat body based on the quantitative null model assessing, indicating the frequent interaction of these microbiomes in the two tissues. In addition, the Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes pathways of microbial participation were delineated. The ten most abundant pathways counted for over 46% of the annotation and were shared between the two tissues, mainly containing Energy Metabolism and Amino Acid Metabolism/Biosynthesis. 8FAR gene enables the brown planthopper to walk and jump on water in paddy field显示文摘Many insects can live on water and survive being caught in the rain.Current research has shown that insect cuticular hydrocarbons(CHC)confer desiccation resistance to maintain water balance.In this study,we identified a fatty acyl-CoA reductase gene(NlFAR)of the rice brown planthopper,Nilaparvata lugens that is essential for the production of CHCs,and found that NlFAR is essential for N.lugens to walk and jump on water when moving from one rice plant to another in paddy fields.NlFAR was mainly expressed in the integument at the beginning of each molt.Cuticular surface analysis by scanning electron microscopy and characterization of CHC extracts indicated that N.lugens with knockdown of NlFAR using RNA inference(RNAi)had a neater epicuticle layer and a significant decrease in CHC contents.Knockdown of NlFAR did not influence the desiccation resistance of N.lugens,but the ds NlFAR-treated insects were easily adhered and moistened by water droplets or their own secreted honeydew and unable to walk or jump on water.These results suggested that NlFAR is a crucial enzyme for CHC biosynthesis and cuticle waterproofing,but not for water retention of N.lugens,which may provide a potential strategy for pest management.Dan-Ting Li Xuan Chen Xin-Qiu Wang Chuan-Xi Zhang 2019Science China(Life Sciences)2019,62,11:4
9贵州不同地区褐飞虱种群对三种杀虫剂的敏感性显示文摘为明确贵州省不同地区褐飞虱(Nilaparvata lugens Stal)对吡虫啉、噻虫嗪和异丙威的抗性,采用点滴法测定了贵州省黄平县、开阳县和桐梓县褐飞虱种群对吡虫啉、噻虫嗪和异丙威的敏感性。结果表明,三地褐飞虱种群对供试杀虫剂的敏感性存在差异,桐梓种群对吡虫啉和噻虫嗪的敏感度高;开阳种群对吡虫啉和异丙威敏感度低;黄平种群对异丙威的敏感度高,而对噻虫嗪的敏感度低。与敏感品系相比,黄平种群、开阳种群和桐梓种群对吡虫啉的抗性倍数分别为18.7、25.7和13.9,表现出中等水平抗性;对异丙威的抗性倍数分别为6.2、9.4和7.5,表现出低水平抗性。曾祥盛 李明 赵文晋 2014湖北农业科学2014,53,2:3
10褐飞虱ABCG基因的克隆与表达分析显示文摘三磷酸腺苷结合盒转运蛋白(ATP-binding cassette,ABC)广泛分布于各种生物体中,是最大的膜蛋白家族之一。在昆虫中,ABC转运子不仅在分子转运过程中有重要的功能,同时在杀虫剂抗性、代谢和发育中都起到重要的作用。克隆和鉴定了褐飞虱(Nilaparvata lugens Stal,BPH)ABCG基因(Nl ABCG),结果表明Nl ABCG基因全长1 222 bp,含有一个长度为789 bp的开放阅读框,编码263个氨基酸。Nl ABCG蛋白与内华达古白蚁(Zootermopsis nevadensis)ABCG的同源性最高,达到69%。利用q RTPCR检测Nl ABCG基因在褐飞虱不同发育阶段和不同组织中的表达,发现Nl ABCG转录本在褐飞虱的所有发育阶段都有表达,在1龄若虫中表达量最低,随着生长发育表达量逐渐升高。Nl ABCG在褐飞虱5龄若虫的中肠中表达量最高。Nl ABCG基因的序列特征和表达谱非常保守,为其功能的分析提供了信息。闸雯俊 王芳芳 李三和 胡刚 陈志军 刘凯 周雷 杨国才 游艾青 2014湖北农业科学2014,53,23:3
11田间噻嗪酮与黄绿绿僵菌对褐飞虱的协同防治显示文摘在广州郊区稻田中用黄绿绿僵菌Metarhiziumanisopliaevar acridumBosenbergetStrand和低用量农药噻嗪酮(buprofezin)对褐飞虱NilaparvatalugensSt l进行了协同防治作用药效试验。试验验共设低用量噻嗪酮、高用量噻嗪酮、黄绿绿僵菌、l低用量噻嗪酮和黄绿绿僵菌混施、清水对照共5个喷雾处理,每处理3个重复小区(4m×5m),随机区组排列。在处理前1天、处理后的第2、6、11、16、21d分别调查褐飞虱每丛的飞虱数。结果表明,低用量噻嗪酮与黄绿绿僵菌混施可以有效的控制田间稻飞虱的种群密度,对成虫的防效在第16天、对若虫第21天时达到95%以上,其相对防效和虫口减退率都有明显升高并表现出明显的协同作用,这种协同作用对褐飞虱成虫的防治效果优于对褐飞虱若虫的防治效果。耿博闻 张润杰 2005中山大学学报(自然科学版)2005,44,3:2
12Comparative analysis of the ecological fitness and transcriptome between two genotypes of the brown planthopper Nilaparvata lugens显示文摘Insect quantity is an important index for determining the degree of damage to plants.The brown planthopper(BPH),Nilaparvata lugens(Stal),is one of the most important rice pests in Asia.Here,we used two genotypes of BPH,a highfecundity genotype(HFG)and a low-fecundity genotype(LFG),to measure their ecological fitness and to explore possible causes for genotype differentiation by transcriptome sequencing.Our results showed that there were significant differences in body weight,egg hatching rate and honeydew secretion between the HFG and LFG,particularly,the number of eggs laid per female was more significant.Transcriptional analysis showed that a total of 1966 differentially expressed genes(DEGs)were mainly involved in energy metabolism,carbohydrate and lipid syn thesis,in sect horm one syn thesis and fecun dity-related pathways.Moreover,we found that the phosphorylation levels of AMPK,AKT and FoxO and the synthesis of ecdysone were different between the two genotypes of BPH.These findings may partially explain the differenee in the ecological fitness between HFG and LFG.This study is the first to compare the differences between two genotypes of BPH and to provide transcriptomic evidenee to further understand the fecundity of BPH.LIU Kai CHEN Zhan SU Qin YUE Lei CHEN Wei-wen ZHANG Wen-qing 2020Journal of Integrative Agriculture2020,19,6:2
13基于液体饲喂模式的褐飞虱取食行为监测技术研究显示文摘采用刺探电位图(EPG)技术监测褐飞虱(Nilaparvata lugens Stal)对人工取食液的取食行为,参考褐飞虱取食水稻的EPG波形,对褐飞虱取食Parafilm膜下液体状物质的EPG波形进行解析,发现褐飞虱在液体饲喂模型中产生5种典型波形,分别为非刺探波形(np波)、口针刺入波形(P波)、口针在液体中移动波形(M波)、主动抽吸波形(I波)和口针在液体中的未知波形(X波)。采用饲喂模式分析褐飞虱取食不同浓度蔗糖溶液的刺吸行为,发现褐飞虱对2.50%-20.00%浓度范围的蔗糖溶液吸食时间较长,尤其是5.00%和20.00%蔗糖组的褐飞虱有一半左右的记录时间处于主动吸食状态。蔗糖溶液在用于褐飞虱EPG监测的液体饲喂模式时,推荐5.00%-20.00%作为候选人工取食液浓度。常菊花 2015湖北农业科学2015,54,6:1
14用ENSO事件的特征进行褐飞虱发生程度长期预测的研究显示文摘根据江西省泰和县1991~2007年褐飞虱发生程度的资料及1990~2007年ENSO事件的特征值资料,采用相关分析和逐步回归分析方法,建立了泰和县褐飞虱发生程度(Y)的长期预测模型:Y′=-0.20790X1+0.22877X2+4.05618,其中X1为上一年厄尔尼诺的强度,X2为当年3月南方涛动指数(Southern Oscillation Index,SOI)。该模型1991~2007年的历史拟合符合率为82.35%,2008~2009年的预报准确率为100%,并预测2010年泰和县褐飞虱发生程度为中等(3.11级)。黄荣华 姚英娟 曾小军 曾宜杰 舒畅 2010江西农业学报2010,22,8:0
15Brown planthopper E78 regulates moulting and ovarian development by interacting with E93显示文摘The brown planthopper(Nilaparvata lugens) is the main migratory pest in many rice growing areas in Asia. E78 is a member of the nuclear hormone receptor superfamily which plays an important role in egg development and maternal regulation of early embryogenesis. In this study, brown planthopper E78(NlE78) was cloned, and the predicted amino acid sequence showed that it contains two conserved domains: NR-LBD and DBD. qRT-PCR showed that the expression of NlE78 is high in the fifth instar nymphs and the ovaries of females. After downregulation of NlE78, the rate of moulting failure(33.2%) increased significantly, and ovarian development was delayed. However, when NlE78was downregulated together with NlE93, the emergence rate increased significantly(78.79%), and ovarian development was similar to that when NlE78 was downregulated but not delayed. A co-immunoprecipitation experiment showed that NlE78 interacts with NlE93, a crucial downstream transcription factor of the ecdysone signalling pathway. Cellular localization by immunofluorescence revealed that NlE78 and NlE93 are expressed in the nucleus. This study indicates that NlE78 regulates ovarian development and moulting, possibly through its interaction with NlE93. 16karmoisin and cardinal ortholog genes participate in the ommochrome synthesis of Nilaparvata lugens (Hemiptera:Delphacidae)显示文摘Ommochrome is the major source for eye coloration of all insect species so far examined.Phenoxazinone synthetase (PHS)has always been regarded as the terminal step enzyme for ommochrome formation,which is encoded by cardinal or karmoisin genes. Our previous study indicated that the karmoisin ortholog gene (Nl-karmoisin)product in the brown planthopper (BPH)was a monocarboxylate transporter,while not a PHS. Here,based on full-length complementary DNA,the cardinal ortholog gene in BPH (Nl-cardinal)product was predicted to be a haem peroxidase rather than a PHS.We suggest for the first time that neither karmoisin nor cardinal encodes the PHS,but whether PHS participates in BPH eye pigmentation needs further research.Nymphal RNA interference (RNAi)experiments showed that knockdown Nl-cardinal transcript led the BPH ocelli and compound eye to color change from brown to red,while knockdown Nl-karmoisin only made the ocelli present the red phenotype.Notably,not only the Nl-cardinal transcript, dscd injection (Nl-cardinal targeting double-stranded DNA (dsRNA))also significantly reduced the Nl-karmoisin transcript by 33.7%,while dska (Nl-karmoisin targeting dsRNA) injection did not significantly change the Nl-cardinal transcript.Considering the above RNAi and quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction results,we propose that Nl-cardinal plays a more important role in ommochrome synthesis than Nl-karmoisin,and it may be an upstream gene of Nl-karmoisin.The present study suggested that both karmoisin and cardinal ortholog genes play a role in ommochrome synthesis in a hemimetabolous insect.Shu-Hua Liu Ju Luo Bao-Jun Yang Ai-Ying Wang Jian Tang 2019Insect Science2019,26,1:0
