| 1 | Homotopic mapping solving method for gain fluency of a laser pulse amplifier显示文摘The model for gain fluency of a laser pulse amplifier is studied. Using the homotopic mapping method, firstly, the system of the original model is packed up standardization; secondly, introducing a homotopic mapping, taking the property of the mapping, inducing a contrived parameter, the solving of a nonlinear problem translates into the solving of a linear problem. Then the approximate expressions of the solution for the corresponding model are obtained. And the precision for the approximate solution is compared. It illuminates that the obtained approximate solution using the homotopic mapping method possesses higher approximate degree. At one time, the expansion of solution through the homotopic mapping method can be kept in the analytic operation. | 3 | QTL IciMapping:Integrated software for genetic linkage map construction and quantitative trait locus mapping in biparental populations显示文摘QTL Ici Mapping is freely available public software capable of building high-density linkage maps and mapping quantitative trait loci(QTL) in biparental populations. Eight functionalities are integrated in this software package:(1) BIN: binning of redundant markers;(2) MAP: construction of linkage maps in biparental populations;(3) CMP: consensus map construction from multiple linkage maps sharing common markers;(4) SDL: mapping of segregation distortion loci;(5) BIP: mapping of additive, dominant, and digenic epistasis genes;(6) MET: QTL-by-environment interaction analysis;(7) CSL: mapping of additive and digenic epistasis genes with chromosome segment substitution lines; and(8) NAM: QTL mapping in NAM populations. Input files can be arranged in plain text, MS Excel 2003, or MS Excel 2007 formats. Output files have the same prefix name as the input but with different extensions. As examples, there are two output files in BIN, one for summarizing the identified bin groups and deleted markers in each bin, and the other for using the MAP functionality. Eight output files are generated by MAP, including summary of the completed linkage maps, Mendelian ratio test of individual markers, estimates of recombination frequencies, LOD scores, and genetic distances, and the input files for using the BIP, SDL,and MET functionalities. More than 30 output files are generated by BIP, including results at all scanning positions, identified QTL, permutation tests, and detection powers for up to six mapping methods. | 4 | 四川天宝山铅锌矿床硫化物微量元素组成:LA-ICPMS研究显示文摘'川滇黔接壤铅锌矿集区'是我国西南大面积低温成矿域的重要组成部分,对于其中铅锌矿床是否属于MVT型矿床存在较大争议。本文以该矿集区中代表性矿床——四川天宝山矿床为例,通过LA-ICPMS原位元素分析,结合元素Mapping,以认识该矿床中闪锌矿和方铅矿微量元素组成特征及其赋存状态。研究表明,矿床中闪锌矿以富集Cd、Ge贫Fe、Mn、In、Sn、Co为特征,这些元素均以类质同象形式赋存于闪锌矿中,但含量变化范围较大,这可能与其成矿流体属于低温混合流体有关,这类盆地卤水流体在长期和长距离运移过程中,流经不同基底地层,活化出其中不同微量元素,因此成分变化较大,但以低温元素为主。此外,矿床中闪锌矿Ge和Cu呈现较好正相关关系,暗示其与Zn置换方式为:nC u^(2+)+Ge^(2+)(n+1)Zn^(2+),这可能是该矿床富集Ge的重要原因之一;矿床中方铅矿以富集Ag、Sb贫Bi为特征,含微量Cd和Tl,类质同象是这些元素主要赋存形式,其置换方式为(Ag)^(1+)+(Sb)^(3+)2Pb^(2+);矿床中Ge主要赋存于闪锌矿中,而方铅矿中不含Ge。总体上,本矿床硫化物微量元素组成与MVT型矿床基本一致,明显有别于喷流沉积型矿床、岩浆热液型矿床和远源夕卡岩型矿床,其成矿温度属于低温范围,成矿流体运移方向可能为深部→浅部。结合其矿床地质地球化学特征,本文认为天宝山铅锌矿床属于MVT型矿床,但其中闪锌矿中富集Cu,而方铅矿中富集Ag,可能暗示其形成具有一定特殊性。 | 叶霖 李珍立 胡宇思 黄智龙 周家喜 樊海峰 DANYUSHEVSKIY Leonid | 2016 | 岩石学报2016,32,11: | 61 |

| 7 | Identification and mapping of genes for improving yield from Chinese common wild rice (O.rufipogon Griff.) using advanced backcross QTL analysis显示文摘To identify useful genes from wild rice which have been lost or weakened in cultivated rice has become more and more important for modern breeding strategy. In this study, a BC4 population derived from 94W1, an accession of common wild rice (Oryza rufipogon Griff.) from Dongxiang in Jiangxi Province of China, as the donor, and a high-yielding Indica cultivar (O. sativa L.), 'Guichao 2', as the recipient, was used to identify quantitative trait loci (QTL) associated with yield and its components. Based on the analysis for the genotype of BC4F1 population with 87 SSR markers distributed throughout the genome and investigation of the plant height, yield and yield components of BC4F2, a total of 52 QTLs, were detected. Of 7 QTLs associated with grain yield per plant, 2 QTLs on chromosome 2 and chromosome 11 for grain yield, explaining 16% and 11% of the phenotypic variance respectively, were identified. | 8 | Susceptibility weighted imaging: Clinical applications and future directions显示文摘Susceptibility weighted imaging(SWI) is a recently developed magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) technique that is increasingly being used to narrow the differential diagnosis of many neurologic disorders. It exploits the magnetic susceptibility differences of various compounds including deoxygenated blood, blood products, iron and calcium, thus enabling a new source of contrast in MR. In this review, we illustrate its basic clinical applications in neuroimaging. SWI is based on a fully velocity-compensated, high-resolution, three dimensional gradientecho sequence using magnitude and phase images either separately or in combination with each other, in order to characterize brain tissue. SWI is particularly useful in the setting of trauma and acute neurologic presentations suggestive of stroke, but can also characterize occult low-flow vascular malformations, cerebral microbleeds, intracranial calcifications, neurodegenerative diseases and brain tumors. | 9 | China's wetland change (1990-2000) determined by remote sensing显示文摘Two wetland maps for the entire China have been produced based on Landsat data acquired around 1990 and 2000. Wetlands in China have been divided into 3 broad categories with 15 sub-categories except rice fields. In 1990, the total wetland area in China was 355208 km2 whereas in 2000 it dropped to 304849 km2 with a net loss of 50360 km2. During an approximate 10-year period, inland wetland reduced from 318326 to 257922 km2, coastal wetland dropped from 14335 to 12015 km2, while artificial wetland increased from 22546 to 34911 km2. The greatest natural wetland loss occurred in Heilongjiang, Inner Mon- golia, and Jilin with a total loss of over 57000 km2 of wetland. In western China, over 13000 km2 of wetlands were newly formed in Xinjiang, Tibet, and Qinghai. About 12000 km2 of artificial wetlands were also added for fish farm and reservoir constructions. The newly formed wetlands in western China were caused primarily by climate warming over that region whereas the newly created artificial wetlands were caused by economic developments. | 14 | Research on Key Technologies of Precise InSAR Surveying and Mapping Applications Using Automatic SAR Imaging显示文摘Precise interferometric synthetic aperture radar (InSAR) is a new intelligent photogrammetric technology that uses automatic imaging and processing means. Precise InSAR has become the most efficient satellite surveying and mapping (SASM) method that uses the interferometric phase to create a global digital elevation model (DEM) with high precision. In this paper, we propose the application of systematic InSAR technologies to SASM. Three key technologies are proposed: calibration technology, data processing technology and post-processing technology. First, we need to calibrate the geometric and interferometric parameters including the azimuth time delay, range time delay, and atmospheric delay, as well as baseline errors. Second, we use the calibrated parameters to create a precise DEM. One of the important procedures in data processing is the determination of phase ambiguities. Finally, we improve the DEM quality through the joint use of the block adjustment method, long and short baseline combination method and descending and ascending data merge method. We use 6 sets of TanDEM-X data covering Shanxi to conduct the experiment. The root mean square error of the final DEM is 5.07 m in the mountainous regions. In addition, the low coherence area is 0.8 km 2. | 16 | Molecular mapping of Verticillium wilt resistance QTL clustered on chromosomes D7 and D9 in upland cotton显示文摘Verticillium wilt is a destructive disease with international consequences for cotton production. Breeding broad-spectrum resistant cultivars is considered to be one of the most effective means for reducing crop losses. A resistant cotton cultivar,60182,was crossed with a susceptible cultivar,Jun-mian 1,to identify markers for Verticillium resistance genes and validate the mode of its inheritance. Genetic segregation analysis for Verticillium wilt resistance was evaluated based upon infected leaf percentage in the seedling stage using major gene-polygene mixed inheritance models and joint analysis of P1,P2,F1,B1,B2 and F2 populations obtained from the cultivar cross. We found that resistance of upland cotton cultivar 60182 to isolates BP2,VD8 and T9,and their isoconcentration mixture was controlled by two major genes with additive-dominance-epistatic effects,and the inheritance of the major gene was dominant. Furthermore,a genetic linkage map was constructed using F2 segregating population and resistance phenotypic data were obtained using F2:3 families inoculated with different isolates and detected in different developmental stages. The genetic linkage map with 139 loci was comprised of 31 linkage groups covering 1165 cM,with an average distance of 8.38 cM between two markers,or 25.89% of the cotton genome length. From 60182,we found 4 QTL on chromosome D7 and 4 QTL on D9 for BP2,5 QTL on D7 and 9 QTL on D9 for VD8,4 QTL on D7 and 5 QTL on D9 for T9 and 3 QTL on D7 and 7 QTL on D7 for mixed pathogens. The QTL mapping results revealed that QTL clusters with high contribution rates were screened simultaneously on chromosomes D9 and D7 by multiple interval mapping (CIM),whether from resistance phenotypic data from different developmental stages or for different isolates. The result is consistent with the genetic model of two major genes in 60182 and suggests broad-spectrum resistance to both defoliating isolates of V. dahliae and nondefoliating isolates.
